We contacted the company in reference to buying a mobile home. The company has done nothing but lied from the beginning and taken our money. We have given them almost $7,000 towards a mobile home and have yet to see anything. The whole process started prior to October and since we never got the mobile home delivered but all kinds of excuses WE JUST WANT OUR MONEY BACK. We spoke with Tammy Burke and got lies, we spoke to Michelle Martinez and got lies. Which I later found out she had gone to Prison which I see she had not learned anything for her time severed. The owners Hugh and Ennis Burke will pass you back and forth stating I will have the other to give you a call and take care of the request but still nothing. I later read a review from a previous employee that stated how they are known for ripping people off then changing their name on the business. When we first started they were listed under Breckenridge Homes now I see they are under Park Ranch Homes. I am going to reach out to the State of Georgia to have them look into this business with all of the same type of complaints under the Better Business Bureau and see if they can not hit them with a large fine and monitor their books or better yet take their license for doing unethical business after so many complaints. I will post until this issue has been resolved. This company is taking advantage of those less fortunate than they are or better yet lets just say not of the same race.

I was considering using this company, but not anymore. People are giving you their hard earn money and your not following through as agreed upon. Until the complaint about Tonya s family is resolved, I would encourage everybody to avoid them. Dont forget- they change names often.

They rip people off, we stood outside with signs protesting today. There were others that approached us stating they had been ripped off as well. KEEP YOUR MONEY after we requested a refund for a trailer that was never delivered they stated that on the paperwork it says non refundable. FYI the paperwork they are referring to is a receipt after they have taken your money not mentioned up front. Which means according to them they can hold your money how ever long they want to without producing anything, ... Now thats what they told us....

I am so glad I did a little more research on this company and their other companies(Ranch Park Homes) as well. I was interested in working with this company. I left a voicemail which was not returned, and man am I thankful they didn’t!!! Thank you to all those that have posted their review and experience online. You have saved me from what sounds like an illegal nightmare! How are these people still allowed to be in business and not in jail!?

I used to work here. Do not do business here unless your choices are that limited. Youll regret it I assure you. Why do you think they changed the name and nature of the business??? Ranch Park Homes. Look it up too.

This place needs to be shut down! The owners are very unprofessional and nobody wants to work for them because they owe everyone from previous jobs! We purchased a home from them 7 months ago and it is still not completed because they have no money. We had to find our own contractors as well as spend money out of our pockets because of them. I could write a long review of the shadiness of this “so-called” company but I will not. I will just close this review out by saying, “ STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE”, it has been nothing but a nerve racking nightmare to me and my family!

Nice people and beautiful homes. They also do land and home combination packages.

The worst place I have ever had to deal with in my life . Promises made to us on construction broken over and over . Very unprofessional and unorganized. Tryed to speak with owner manager never returned my calls . Spoke with other customers and they were having same issues as us.

Totally dishonest people, to lazy to walk outside to show models or displays.
