Would not recommend this company to anyone! VERY unprofessional. Does business while talking on the phone. Delivers products and does not hook up or care what happens on your end as long as they get they money. Sent wrong washer and dryer piece she told me I would have to go buy my own to connect my unit. Ghetto is an understatement I’m glad I cancelled when I did!

I have many accounts with Bestway in Millington tn, they always do me right, kept up the good work.

Bought a brand New Recliner out of the shipping box ..got a great deal and the ladies working there were very nice and helpful.

Be careful about buying anything from here or any rent to own store. Dont buy more than you can afford and dont let them talk you into something you know you cant pay for. Other than that I love the store and the merchandise.

Can you tell me why one of your trucks was just travelling down my street at what Im assuming was 45mph when speed limit signs clearly say 20mph?? Kids EVERYWHERE here!! Seriously dangerous.

We have other items from this store which are wonderful. But this review is for an item we just got. We were lied to.We bought a computer that we were told was new. Lady told my mother and I both that. Get it home set is up it freezes. Look on that paperwork we go and the damn thing said it was used. I am royally pissed! Do not trust this store when it comes to electronics.Update we went back and got a new computer which is new. They apologized. But I still say triple check everything before you take it home.

Rented some furniture from them yesterday and they worked with us. Very nice people. They do free delivery which is great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is renting.

Mario Wallace was a wonderful help! I was so appreciative for him. Without him I have no idea how put my new set together. Not only is it beautiful he discussed with me more ways to save money by making online payments. He made sure there was no trash left behind and that the Furniture was properly put together. He even took the extra time to be SURE the bed was properly screwed in. I did not feel like he was in a rush although im certain he had other deliveries to make. THANKS Store #81 I honestly think your entire team rocks!! I will defiantly be returning after i make those first 8 payment for more Furniture.

I went to store to get a washer and dryer for a few months, well the lady charged me way more on my card, then tried to charge me 40$ a week for a messed up washer and dryer and if my husband didnt speak up about it and tell her thats not what the paper says, now Im still waiting on my washer for two days now cause they keep bring me a washer that leaks water.... This place is horrible

Mario was passing out flyers and he talk to me about all the great products at bestway. What a awesome guy.

The whole crew was awesome from start to finish and Mario was very detailed in setting things up and making sure it was to my liking.

Do not rent here they didnt give me a chance to get money into my checking and now they over drafted my account without authorization........so now Ill take my business to conns everyone should go with conns and its way cheaper......... and my name is Baxter Holland now I have to file criminal charges against them

If you ever have to rent anything please pick somewhere elseIf you do decide to go with Bestway DO NOT ever use your credit or debit card they will debit it whenever they feel like it! I’m still waiting on a refund 4 days later. Got my whole account on lock because of this unauthorized transaction!

Ugh so much more expensive compared to the rent to own place we use now and heck of a lot less of a selection here too

They loaned me a loaner dryer did not notify us when our dryer was repaired. Then they were late not on time nor that they were going to be late. I will never do business with them again. Or new management comes in and cleans house. One very unhappy customer.

Best way in Millington Tennessee has bed bugs on there mattress there services suck!!! And they new manger sucks they dont stand up to they contract!!! Dont buy from they store unless it has plastic on it!!

Renting can be a good option and they have it here for you!!!
