Dryer isnt working and was told I would get a replacement n now being told Im gonna have to wait possibly another week without one till the repair guys come out n I can contact them.hiws it my job to contact them .Im never late on my payments and now have no dryer n no timeline on when I will.... probably gonna let it go n find another company who stands behind what they say and not switch up every other day

I needed a refrigerator pretty quick and was unable to go to pick one out. Have done business with Rent-A-Center before and called them again. They worked with me on Tuesday June 16th 2020 and on Friday June 19th 2020 will be delivering our news side by side refrigerator. Great people willing to help other people out.

If they drop something at your house and you not at home and its damage when they drop it off you still have to pay for it

Robert did a fantastic job with the sound bar I purchased. The first one he and I had worked with getting it to work with my tv, but I never worked right. The unit was defective. Would not play in tv mode. He spent his lunch hour hooking it up for us so we tried to work with it but it didn’t work on tv mode with any of our tv’s. He called me and asked me if I could return it for exchange but I had a bad fall and couldn’t do it. He came by picked up the bad on, brought the exchange over, hooked it up and got it to work. I have purchased several items from this store, Robert has always been my go to person. Thanks Robert for doing all you do.

Rent a center is NOT worth any penny. We had them come and get the couch and TV back and the guy moving it broke my damn door. Smh. I sure hope they are gonna pay to get OT fixed.
