Called ahead of time to see when they could take a look at it. Told me Monday, dropped it off 2 days prior. Monday came, no call, Tuesday came, no call. I called them Wednesday and they told me they still haven’t had a chance to look at it. Waited. Waited. Friday came I called again and they said they didn’t know what to do or how to fix it. I said alright, go ahead and leave my keys in the car and I’ll go look at it when I have time. Went there that night after work, no keys in the car. Called the next Monday when they were open, said they forgot. But they’ll but then in there this time. Cool. Went to grab my keys and fiddle around with stuff. Found out it was the fuel pump. Didn’t take long, just primed the fuel to see if it would start, and of course it did. Come back with a fuel pump in hand telling them that was the problem and asked how much they would charge to replace it, started cussing and telling me they wouldn’t work on it because it was dirty. So now I have to take it somewhere else 🤣 don’t waste your time with these people.

Worst business in Millington. I went for a diagnostic for my A/C. I brought my car to them early in the morning about 8 o’clock cause they open at 7. My car was sitting up there for 7 to 8 hours for him to not call me at all for an update or when he was done. The second time I called it was 4 o’clock almost 5 when they closed and I asked was my car done getting looked at and he gone say “Oh yeah, you have a bad compressor.” Took 7 hours for him to tell me that when not one time did he call me about my car. I called him then when I called from the beginning for the service they told me $60/tax and $64/tax . Then the man got attitude with because I said that’s not what you told me on the phone. He gone say plus tax plus tax and gone said with an attitude you mad over $4 extra and repeated his self I ignored him. I don’t argue and plus I felt unsafe. So I paid the money because I didn’t want problems but this place is the most unprofessional place there is in Millington and I’m never going back!

I dropped my car off around noon yesterday, was given a diagnostic at 4:30 pm. Dropped the part I needed off at 7am the next morning and it was completed before I started work at 11am. Amazing service by Eric done in 24hrs. If I ever need service again, I know where Im going.

I have used them for years they are honest and fair on pricing I highly recommend them.

I have been going to B&E for decades and they have earned my trust over the years. They provide quality service and products, while their rates are so low I am surprised they make enough profit to stay in business! This is not a big chain auto shop, that is trying to make top dollar off every customer...this is a family owned business who makes its money on repeat business and word of mouth. You can drop your car off, walk over to Old Timers restaurant, and by the time your meal is done, they are usually done with servicing your car. It is definitely worth the drive from my home in Southaven,MS!

B&E was recommended by co-workers when I first moved to the area. I had been told by a mechanic before I moved from Maryland that my brakes needed work, but they could wait until I got to Tennessee. I went to B&E and requested a brake job, based on what I had been told. They told me my brakes were fine and didnt need work (over my repeated insistence that work needed to be done). You dont find that kind of honesty in this profession very often. I go there for all my repairs.

Shortly after having an oil change done at SEARS my altima started smoking due to an oil leak. SEARS couldnt find the problem. My first visit to B&E they not only found the issue, but fixed it the same day before my work shift was over! I will use B&E as my #1 place for car maintenance now

I called to simply get a quote done for some simple work. brakes, cv joint, and a belt tensioner...they told me i had to bring it in to see exactly what all needs to be done. if im just replacing parts why would i need to bring it in to get a quote. i told them if i cant get a quote over the phone then im not coming in at all...they said well have a nice day and hung up...i had just got a quote from someone else right before i called them. unprofessional and laziness is what i experienced
