Went to Tate Bros to get tires, due to a horrible experience at Quality Tire in Munford. I waited over 2 weeks to get my set of tires in at Quality Tire, and they still never told me if they were in or not. Every time I called, they didnt have an answer for me other than let me check and call you back.Tate Bros ordered the SAME EXACT tires, and I got them delivered and installed THE NEXT DAY. The 2 people that worked with me behind the front desk were awesome! Theyve definitely earned my business in the future. Highly recommend!

I brought my truck to Tate Bros for cleaning and detailing. They did an outstanding job and I plan on using them for my other cars. I am recommending them to all of my friends and people that I work with. Great job. I will use them in the future.

I went up to Tate brothers to get a wheel alignment on Monday. I sat up there for an hour and a half before they called me to the desk, they didnt even do the alignment. They told me I had a bad pitman arm, that it had too much slack. Well I just had the whole front end apart replacing parts, I knew it was completely fine otherwise I wouldve replaced it. I assumed it might have broke loose while driving it up there with a bad alignment. They wanted over $200 for a $40 part and 10mins of labor. So I brought it back home got up under the truck to see what they were talking about, the pitman arm was perfectly fine. No slack at all just like before I took it up there. Had 3 other guys look at it just in case i was crazy, and they said the same thing. So not only did they not do my alignment, they also lied about a part being bad AND were crooks about the price to fix it

Wont take our vehicles to anyone else for maintenance and tires. Our whole family has been coming to Logan since before he opened his own shop. Staff is always friendly. I highly recommend.

The parts they put on my truck broke in less than a year. Upper & lower A arms. Then they couldnt fix it for 2 weeks. I had to take my business to Gateway for same day repairs

Great family owned company. Professional, polite yet personable. Had some custom rims put on my 2019 Expedition and had the outside detailed. There were some very bad water spots on the paint of it due to sitting outside at the dealer for awhile and improper care. Detail at Tate Bro’s were able to get it all out and have it shining like a 2019 should. They have my business and I have already recommended them to several people.

They are great and always there to help and if you need air in those tires well its free . If you need oil change they are fast and reasonable.

This shop is awesome! Logan really knows how to take care of his customers. We drove in from Fort Worth TX with a bad tire. He made sure that we were taken care of so that we could enjoy our stay and have a safe trip home the following day. Truly felt welcomed.

I had them mount two different tires on two different occasions. Both times they crossthreaded the lug nut onto the stud. Once I can understand, a mistake that happens when you work with tires all day. But to do it twice just means the employees do not have the proper training or just flat out dont care. So now Im gonna have to replace the studs myself. Not to mention that on my second trip, I told them about the crossthreaded nut, and they said theyd fix it. And then told me they fixed it and said no charge only to find out that they had done nothing. The people at Tate Tire only care about their wealthy clientele and keeping them satisfied. If you look poor or middle class and dont drive a brand new vehicle they couldnt care less about your satisfaction or even the quality of their workmanship. My dad recently went there for a leaky tire, and they charged him for an oil change. The cute little girl they have working the counter and pulling the cars back for service doesnt even know how to drive a stick shift. Which makes me think she was hired based on her appearance and not her knowledge of the job requirements. It seems to me they hire unskilled labor and pay them next to nothing because its obvious they either dont care about their jobs or dont know how to do them.

I brought my car in during my lunch break and they had it fixed before close. Quick diagnosis in particular. They explained what was wrong, but didnt go into detail of what exactly they changed. The receipt also didnt detail it, so Im not entirely sure if $100 for a tune up is normal. Im sure if I had asked the right questions they would have told me, because they were very friendly. Overall, Ill probably work with them again.
