Store is always clean - which I appreciate! But there are never enough cashiers - always a long line to check out, the workers arent very friendly and never offer to help when customers are in need, and unfortunately their sales are never very good (same clothes from 2 years ago only have a 25% discount) like other NEX stores. Typically, NEX inventory goes on sale for the holidays at a great discount of 75%-90% off but I have never seen this happen here.

Smaller than most NEX’s but prices are great- especially anything they put out on clearance! Could use some more general cleaning maintenance for the bathrooms but overall great deals!

Great if you have military ID. I only go to buy liquor.

Customer service is horrible everytime we go. You can just tell me go somewhere else but this is why the military members and their families deserve something that doesnt have sales tax while/after serving the country!!!! Yes! Navy Exchange associates and cashiers STOP being mean and rude! If you dont like your job... why are you still working there!!!! Shout out to the people in customer service... all of the ladies work there are super rude!! I am here to shop and be happy. This people will just RUIN your day.. I swear!!!!

Everytime I come to this exchange its something different. Let just start with the fact that I was charged for a purse that I did not get. So I spent a evening calling the Navy exchange for no one to answer. Next morning I woke up starting calling at 9 am After calling through out the day with answer. I drove the 35 minutes back to the exchange only for them to tell me I should have called before I came. When they finally watched the security cameras I still have to drive back again to get my $100+. The manager didnt apologize or anything and acted as if I inconvenienced her. Another incident I ordered bedroom furniture for my daughter. Well they told me it would take eight to ten weeks. The next weekend the assistant manager start calling your furniture is in. So then another phone call then another. She told me that they did not have storage and she needed me to pick up my furniture. So I sale the old furniture and show up to pick it up only for the warehouses guy to look for almost 40 minutes. Then send me back over to the furniture store. She tell tme she made a mistake. My furniture was not in. You called me 2 times just yesterday. I rented a uhaul. I sold my daughter bed. She says Im going to give you a 2 $50 gift card. Only to give me 2 $20 gift cards. I was over it. The today Im shopping and get ready to put clothes in the layaway and the Lady say we closed at 4. I just laid the stuff down and walked out. There is no kind of customer service. The whole situation and atmosphere is unsatisfactory.

We recently visited and the lines ran smoothly for making purchases. The store is clean and organized and the staff is friendly and helpful.

With this much fraud waste and abuse on base. BUYER AND VENDOR BEWARE. Do not shop on base. Do not use your Military Star Card. Period.

Proportionate in size to the bases. Discounted name brand clothing as expected from an Exchange. Did not expect to see the brands and inventory they have! Their electronics and home appliances sales and discounts are worth considering.

The cosmetics dept has GREAT prices but good luck finding what you need. They dont seem to be in line with current marketing displays running in retail department stores. I saw nothing like the normal summer displays and bling. I browsed in the area for 20 minutes and No associate ever showed up. It was around 5:20 so maybe they were off.

My husband and l shopped at Millington Navy Exchange on yesterday. Our air conditioner went out at home, so we decided to make the short trip there. I love to checkout their Clearance racks. I found a nice black top for about $10 bucks that l am glad l purchased. However, l was disappointed that they still have not stocked my favorite perfume- Obsession. We found some good buys at the commissary, also. It was a nice getaway! Their Deli always have fresh meat. I sampled a new item - Curried chicken which has a nice, spicy, unique flavor. We had a great experience as the employees are always helpful, friendly, and professional.

I grew up on military bases all over the country and this one is one of the best. Excellent service, great selections and always the best prices. You wont be disappointed.

I usually enjoy shopping at the Navy Exchange. However, their selection of toys for children was awful! Only 1 isle and very limited choices. I would have thought that they would have expanded their toy selection for Christmas shoppers. Disappointed.

I give it a 3 star because its military xchange, but.... service is horrible. Older ladies are mean. No costumer service what so ever 🤪 think burger king has better service..

No taxes and good prices,but it taken a 2weeks to hear for a price on how much it will cost to put a diamond back in my wedding ring,I still havent heard back from them,its just supposed to be a estimation,I call last week and she the cashier who waited on my husband and I said they will get a email from the people who do the repairs,then they will call me with the information on how much it will cost to fix my ring,shouldnt take this long,Im going to corporate next week,if I dont hear back from them.

Enjoyed taking my parents to get their medical needs and personal items as well as commissary items. Several times mom has had to have special items ordered and cant seem to get the proper personal to help her with this. Shes not well and needs special items that you carry, but needs a bulk ordered. Has been told it would be ordered and nothing was done.

Love it. It is located in Millington, Tn. And we go shopping while we are there.

You need a military I.D. to shop here but it has some great deals on clothes and shoes plus household items as well.

A lot of the smaller displayed items were not marked for a price. Th he only teller kept saying she was too busy with one customer to do a price check. Sent us to a price checker that was not working. Got back to her by that time way too many people in line waiting to check out. Finally found one that worked giving us the price down by the Verizon folks who were not there. Sight and sound area answered our questions about the tablet. Store was not even crowded.

This store has recently been remodeled and is well organized. I appreciate the privilege of shopping there and enjoy the wide range of merchandise, frequent sales, discount coupons, friendly staff and easy returns.

Customer service counter was slow in processing a return. In the same trip I used another register to check out and had no issues expedited through the line. Normally a decent selection of products in stock, this location was recently renovated and the store now looks and feels like stores and other large bases on the east coast and on the West Coast.

I really enjoy coming here they have allot of things i enjoy purchasing or looking at either way they have good deals almost all the time when they run sales you can really find awesome things in the store.

I went to purchase Asics running shoes. I had to look through boxes because the ones I wanted were not displayed. I finally found a pair. I went to check out no cashier was at register, I proceeded to front checkout and after waiting for 5 minutes because cashier could not figure out customer in front of me wanted and no other cashier was present, I proceeded back to first checkout and a cashier was there. I explained my frustration lets see if she passes on to supervisor. This Navy exchange has been this way for years and none of management has corrected since 2005 when I started using. I have stated my frustrations with the shoe department for years with no success.

They stopped selling Blu-rays. Their lack of selection is sad all around. I used to buy large breed Blue Buffalo puppy food but they stopped selling it. I only come here if I need some cosmetics or if the Navy Commissary is out of facial cleansers.

Very clean and has everything you need. Not alot of off brand stuff so if you are looking for cheap low quality you wont find it here. Very nice

I had the opportunity to visit this store for the first time with a friend. I was surprised by the wide selection and even better, they were having a sale, had scratch offs for even more savings, and no taxes!

The new pharmacy procedure takes a little getting use to, but I have no complaints at all.

I have shopped here for a few years, I am very pleased with the look and the selections. Thank you for making me have a wonderful shopping experience.

Not the smallest Exchange facility Ive ever seen, but very close. However, the staff was terrific and helped us locate items.

The cashiers at the navy exchange store were not very friendly and on the verge of just down right rude. I worked in retail for 34 years. I know the difference between being under stress and just being down right rude to customers.

Not the exchange so much as the pharmacy was a zoo. People had been waiting for refills and new meds 4-5 hours. People were being g told to come back on Monday. What if these meds were for an acute condition??

Very Disapointed in this Exchange....Frequently posting the Wrong Prices, Only to be Surprised at the Register everytime anyone I know, goes there! They refuse to back their signs or sales (often ending their sales an hour or more before they close, and have changed out to the next day sales!) They are Nasty if you have any questions at all....Not friendly!🤨

It has just about everything you need, I guess theres nothing really special but the staff there were super nice, when I didnt have my phone they let me borrow the work phone to call my dad, theyre super nice about me having to return stuff all the time for making stupid purchases, just feels really friendly there.

This Navy Exchange is at millington, TN. It is a fair size and has a very good selection of just about every thing you may want. Remember this a military exchange only military allows.
