“Curbside pickup” is SO slow I was the only person in the reserved pickup spots and it still took them 30 minutes to give me my stuff. My order was ready for over an hour before I got there. So if my order was packed and ready to go why would it take them so long? Oh because they put all the stuff back. So ridiculous and unprofessional. And then they wonder why they don’t get paid more WHAT A JOKE.

I would give 0 stars but I had to give at least one to write this review!! The Pharmacy staff are literally so rude!! The lady I spoke with over the phone to fill my medicine sounded so impatient like she hated her job and like it was an inconvenience for me to even call and fill my medication!! The lady who came to bring me my medicine was so unprofessional and rude when she found out I was paying with cash and didnt have a card! She didnt even tell me the total price for my meds! She was so unprofessional and rude that she walked off before I could make other arrangements! Her attitude was just terrible!! I called the pharmacy back and spoke with the pharmacist and he was very nice! The lady who brought my medicine afterwards was very nice as well. As a customer I shouldnt have to throw a fit just to get decent customer service!! With that being said, I will be transferring to Walgreens!!!

The pharmacy staff is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Tricia and Dorothy, two of the pharmacy technicians are completely unprofessional, unfriendly, & have zero disregard for their customers!!!! We decided to start going to Walmart in Millington, because of the wait times from Walgreens Pharmacy in Covington due to Kroger closing and sending all of their prescriptions there. We regretted it immensely. Almost every time we went my medicine wasn’t filled in the time promised. We also had issues with them calling my doctors office trying to get my prescriptions changed because my insurance would only cover one a day. Instead of calling me to find out what I wanted to do, they took it upon themselves to just refrain from filling my prescriptions and make that call. I was waiting on a prior authorization to be approved where I could get a refund on out of pocket expenses on medication. Tricia told me to keep my receipt and they would reimburse me once it was approved. The next week I had the issue again of them calling without my approval to try to get my prescription changed. Luckily within thirty minutes of just telling them I would pay out of pocket again I received the phone call that my PA was approved. Tricia is very rude, unsociable, and should be absolutely ashamed of not only how she treats customers but speaks to them as well. Especially considering her employment time with Walmart which is an extended amount. When trying to engage in conversation with her, she just pretends that she doesn’t hear you. When I asked about turning in the receipt from the out of pocket expenses to be reimbursed she acted like she had no idea what to tell me. She simply said call the insurance company which is not what she had told me the week prior to that. She simply didn’t feel like dealing with it. I filled out a “nice survey” on her behavior as well as the pharmacy’s, only to see that next week she was hiding her name tag. When I told her that her name tag was backwards, she ignored me. It took three attempts before she turned it around correctly. Roger the manager that calls regarding the surveys stated that they had a pharmacist quit over the morale of the staff there. He also said he has had several complaints regarding the staff and their behavior. Yet, he almost seemed to be making excuses for them when speaking to him over the two surveys I filled out regarding the staff there. Plus, they don’t offer any RX discounts on my medication due to them “fighting the opioid epidemic” when my medicine is used to fight the same battle. Dorothy that works the drop off line is very unsociable, does not engage in any conversation, and never smiles. With all of that being said, please do something regarding your unprofessional staff that clearly not only dislike their job but are a menace to your business ethics and morals. I will continue to fight this battle by taking these issues to even higher up management.

Love this pharmacy. Everyone one is so helpful. If you have questions they always answer them and it such a polite manner. I have never been treated rude. Medication is always in stock always ready when they say it is. The pharmacist are so nice about questions as well. I feel like the people that Work there like what there doing and it shows. Always clean almost zero wait time when picking things up. They will be my pharmacy for a long time. Also recommend them. Thank you all for your hard work!

Long lines. Disorganized displays. Dirty floors. Empty shelves. Self-checkouts never work properly, forcing you into the long lines.
