Name is deceiving ..this is not Sears. Rather an offshoot but has nothing to do with the actual company. Went there a day after Thanksgiving & was surprised to know this ...they dont accept any Sears coupons / cards .

I went there about a month ago to buy a fridge for my mom. I used to work at great mall years ago and I had always passed by this store but never actually gone in and well I finally did go with my mom to see what they had. Appearance wise its not the nicest sears but oh well. I did my research before going to check for fridge prices. We end it up picking one of the hot buys that they have once in a while. Its when the product its new and you get it at a lower price. The fridge was around 1,200 but I had checked online for this one that actually value was 3,800. It was a great deal an when they brought it to my house it was new and everything works great. As for the customer service.. I was not impressed the girl who helped knew basic information and when I asked about their credit lines she couldnt really explained them to me. However, the other cashier knew all that information and was very helpful. I think that first girl who helped me was new but it was not a big deal. I would say check out the place if you want a good deal with some stuff and do your own research.

Staff was very courteous in general.Jeff was knowledgeable on appliances and went an extra mile for arranging an early delivery needed by my parents.Once we picked the laundry and cooking range, it took just a few minute for us to “Checkout” which is what we want rather than waiting to leave.

I went in this store last weekend just to price check Refrigerators. I Was helped by a sales associate named Shannon...she was so helpful and knowledgeable that I bought that day. We had such a great experience that Ive already referred my mother to go here to purchase a new dish washer. I would recommend this store to friends

They need trained staff, Im not gonna say anything more because Im furious and its not gonna be nice..Get it together management if there is any. You cant put a new employee in a position to help customers if hes not trained...how about train him on the week day when its slow instead of the weekend while you clearly know he cant help anyone and your standing there watching him drown while your customer is getting shuffled around and not being helped by the person who clearly knows her job and helps the people that just walked up instead of helping me that had been waiting for 45 minutes. I was in the store over an hour so that I could spend my hard earned money and this is the service I get...And I wasnt gonna say anything....hmmmm

Im a relatively new homeowner and just ramped up remodeling projects in the past couple months. Ive purchased a huge Ashley Furniture sectional couch through this Sears Outlet, in addition to a GE dishwasher and french-door style fridge. This place has been a saving grace when compared to the outdated and slightly damaged appliances my previous homeowners left behind for my wife and I. If youre in a bit of a pinch with your budget, I highly recommend checking out a reputable business like Sears Outlet for great deals. Youll get some of the most up-to-date models at a huge discount due to minor cosmetic damage. My fridge had minor scratches on its sides and was missing the handle to the freezer, but I was able to order new handles just fine and the whole thing looks brand-spankin new. Your mileage may vary depending on what youre looking for, I certainly came across some appliances that had dents or scratches I was unwilling to put up with (such as on the door panel). But theyve honestly got so much on inventory to choose from, in addition to constant deliveries, that Im sure youll find something that meets your standards.Huge shout out to Jeff and his team over there. Hes very customer service oriented and will take care of you should you run into any issues.I personally still have to update my oven/range and the microwave above it, and Im pretty much coming back here to get that done.

I love this place. I grew up with Sears and so sad that they had to file for Bankruptcy...but good news is the Sears Outlet chain is not part of the bankruptcy so theyll keep open...Discount appliances, Craftsman tools, lawn mowers, blankets, furnitures, pots & pans...small household stuff is what youll find....The appliances youll have to be really picky...some have dents...some are used and got refurbished...If I were you Id buy the new appliances which they also have and are discountex....dont expect a lot but at least its discounted....

My experience from the store is one from an online purchase. Because I bought this product from Sears I called them to help me solve it which was quite frustrating. Apparently my product came from the store even though I’m on the East Coast it came from California and after calling Michael within minutes of speaking to him The problem was solved he was professional friendly and happy to do his job and apologized for my aggravation. I’m a small business owner on the East Coast if Michael lived in my vicinity I’d hire him in a second.Lisa Ballaro

Lot of discounted home appliances. Good places for home appliances if you do not mind minor cosmetic issue.

The mall is huge and you can find many different good quality brands in the same place.

Compared prices to brand new frigs and learned one thing. They are generally marked down 10-20%. My issue, and the reason for the poor review, is that they were claiming 50% mark down which is a complete lie. There is a reason Sears is Going OUT of Business. What happen to honest business practices.

You used to be able to find some good deals here in exchange with some small cosmetic issue with the appliance. Now everything looks like trash here and you can probably find a better price else where new when they are on sale.

Waste of time!!! Prices are MORE expensive than buying in the box at stores like home depot or lowes.40% off!?! Yeah, 40% of the highest retail price. I think Sears jacks up the price and then lowers it to be outlet price. It is just another way to sell their appliances

Open floor. Warehouse in a mall. Household appliances with a few sofas. Minimal tool selection. No home entertainment equipment.Prices cut 20 to 50 percent off list price.No employees on the floor. So getting questions answered may be a challenge.

We want their for shopping and took some tools went to the counter for billing has some Sears coupons and the person at the counter said its not Sears anymore. We dont accept the coupons issued by sears. Overall a very experience.

I was trying to call ahead of making an online purchase to ask about my pickup options. I am so glad I did! I made 5 phone calls and EVERY single call was answered and then immediately disconnected. What kind of retailer hangs up on their customers without saying a single word????? One that I prefer not to deal with. STAY AWAY! Too bad you cant give ZERO stars...

I think this is some kind of racket, I bought a mattress. The delivery company was a third party(immediate red flag) but I was desperate for the mattress so I went ahead with it anyway. The delivery driver called me after being 50 mins passed the 2 to 4 time-frame they provided! I missed the call because, oh I dont know I had work and was sick of looking at my phone for the delivery!! Well I called back after seeing the missed call which was about 10 mins tops, No answer...So I ran over to my house to see if they were there. No one there! So I called the number about 200 times and still no answer. Then I called the store! These people are so unhelpful! I cannot believe this is an actual business! To think that they are in the Great mall! Its a racket, they are probably using my mattress for some kind of terribleness! Doing unspeakable things to it! Because they couldnt deliver it! Anyway, do yourself a favor and crash your car into a wall...It might have more answers than these people....P.S. they still have not delivered it or answered my calls.

Bought a fridge (whirlpool 4-door) online from this store. Went to pick it up, they started to load beat up (Kenmore 3-door) fridge. Immediately noticed the difference. They no longer had the fridge we bought. They would not make it right and fix their mistake. This is after renting a trailer and driving almost two hours.

Nice staff but short staffed.

Went there to look at washer and dryers. First impression, deserted. Sales person on their phine instead of talking to customers. The price of the washer and dryer is actually not cheaper than regular sears store, feels like they jack up the original price to make you feel like you are getting a discount. A total waste of time coming here. Save yourself a trip.

Ok experience. The guy in the floor got upset easily when asked questions... Its his job, and we asked him which fridge was the best deal, he replied her didnt know and started looking one at a time, youd think Id you worked there 8 hours a day youd know your inventory. When pressed for specific information he got upset and snapped at is twice. If youve got three time and patience you might find a good deal here. Some of the units are pretty beat up and Aimee are ok. They seemed for the most part, expensive given the cosmetic and in some cases damage to hinges, does and equipment that they do not tell you about but which I noticed any studying several fridges carefully.The manager shared with me theyre not even really Sears anymore having been sold off a few years back.

They NEVER answer their phone. Constant ringing and The Extension is not answering. Please wait. You will be transferred to the Operator to which I hear MORE RINGING

A lot good things

I got a major appliance here that had some scratches but was over all a good product. They arent able to answer questions about the products, as they are not schooled on them, but I used the internet. They also dont accept returns on appliances if you take them home and they dont work, thats why they have the warranty policies they push. At first i was impressed by the service they had, because the guy was honest and ready to do his best to help, but then same as all Sears locations, I ended up having to wait about a half hour for the guy to ring up an old ladys warranty policy. Sears loves pushing warranties on people, and their computers are procedures are slow. I dont expect any salesmen there to be speedy and up the quality of their service, because the problem is Sears itself, not their low paid employees. Sears could benefit from having better return policies and better guarantees free of extended warranties. Or at least let the customers plug in these things to check them out.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. I ordered three pieces of furniture and paid extra to have them delivered to my apartment. First my delivery was scheduled for the 5th of November then changed to today which i was informed that they needed to reschedule my delivery again. The front desk lady was disrespectful and hung up on me serveral times. I work in hospitality and in no was is the service i was provided acceptable. I eill never shop her again nor will i recommend this location to anyone

Bought a brand new washer machine in the box on 8/30/15. Officially stopped working on 9/29/2015. Didnt but the scam insurance so NOW I have to wait 5 days for a repair man to come look at it. This washer machine is less than a month old. Horrible customer service!!! If they are going to sell junk then maybe they should hire more technicians to repair the crap quicker!!! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM SEARS AGAIN!!!!!!!! Looks like there is a laundry mat visit in my future..... ridiculous!

I had a horrible support experience after purchasing a defective (brand new) washer and dryer system. It was returned to the store as soon as possible. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Sears Outlet.

I bought a washer/dryer unit online and requested delivery. Delivery wasnt free mind you. I received an email stating that I was supposed to get a phone call to schedule the delivery within 24 hours. I never received a phone call about delivery. I tried to call the store, but as other have said, nobody answers the phone. I ended up having to call the main Sears Outlet line and have them call the store. Finally, the Milpitas store called me to set up a date. They said that they would call the night before the delivery date to set up a time. Surprise, surprise, they didnt call. Now its the delivery day and once again, I cant get them on the phone. I call the Sears Outlet line and after 30 minutes on the phone, I find out that the Milpitas store didnt actually schedule the unit for delivery. I am now in the process of cancelling the order.I suggest you skip this terrible store. Answering the phone isnt hard.

These people are incompetent i did a lease it and had to call the store 20 times just to have them cancel my order....than they cancel it and now i have to wait weeks just to get my money back straight rip off !
