We took my daughter to the doctor and as usual they asked me for the pharmacy that I use, I indicated this and the clinic sent the prescription here, my daughter had a urinary infection and the doctor ordered her to start medication immediately, we went to get the medicine at the pharmacy they said it was not ready and that my insurance did not cover it I said there was no problem that I would pay it myself, they told me the value would be U$ 70.00, they asked me to come back in 2 hours, I came back 3 hours later a 30-minute queue when Im attended to the clerk cant find it, she said she doesnt have this request I show it in the clinic application she convinces herself that its right there, a second clerk comes to see and says I dont have insurance so its not ready, again I answer Ill pay with cash, they ask me for another 2 hours, I gave up I asked to change pharmacy, honestly I cant trust these attendants, I prefer to go for another place they want my money.

👍Neat and clean Walgreens situated in W CALAVERAS BLVD, Milpitas. Well organized stuff arranged properly on each and every shelves.👎The only down part is the photos section. We went their to take a print of 4x6, it’s a self service and most of the time there are no staff at the counter. We waited for staff who was busy inside receiving the stocks for close to 15 min. Quite disappointing though. We were not able to take the print because of the slow self service machine. Quite frustrating though.Advice to the store manager- Sometimes the customer don’t know how to use the self service machine, it is always advisable to have someone to help when needed. Other than that everything looked great. You can take Fedex pickups and also buy clipper card.

The pharmacy drive through is slow when more than two cars are in line, suggest using the standard counter in the store

Worst experience! Photo center lady is asking me to come back after 30 minutes to take photo just because she was doing something on her computer. And she’s being rude!

My sons Pediatrician prescribed 2 medicine and told to buy 1st one as it’s the best but expenses if you don’t want the expensive one go for 2nd option.But pharmacy auto switched to the 2nd option as they didn’t have the 1st one in stock.They didn’t inform me as well realized it when reached home. When went back they were blaming me you should have checked before paying.Never expected them to do this. Disappointing service.

A good pit stop.Fairly decent Walgreens if need something that you did notpack for trip as you travel on the freeway. The proximity toall the Asian eats just across the Blvd makes this a no-brainer.

One of the better walgreens in south bay area in selection of items. They usually carry more items than other walgreens in this area and also do curb side pickup. I take one star off because outside is a bit dirty and also you dont feel safe in the parking lot.

I went here to get passport size photo with a non white background. The photo was taken very unprofessionally and was very expensive for service and quality. The person who was taking the photo wasnt even patient enough to listen to the requirements.I had specifically asked for grey background for which the representative turned the whole photo into grey.

Went in for a passport photo, took the picture and paid only to find out they gave me a 1x5 (which can’t be used in a passport). Went back and was told they can’t make a 2x2 passport photo so I got stuck with a 1x5 (which again, they won’t accept).

Photo department is completely incompetent. Took 40mins to get a passport photo.

Called the store to get some information and they just set the phone aside without even the courtesy of asking to wait. Was patient for 5 mins waiting to be attended by someone before hanging up. Terrible service.

Came here for photo print. The staff was very unfriendly. They asked soe silly paperwork even for photo prints.

Super rad, The pharmacist went brought me a sling to the drive thru because I dislocated my shoulder and couldnt pick up my sleeping two year old.

Expensive, parking is good, right next to Highway but prices on items kill it. They should rationalize their prices
