Chris was great! He was thorough and patient. He took the time to walk me to a unit so that I could see what it was like because this was my first time renting a self storage space. I asked him to see two different units so I could decide on the space and he was more than willing to show me both but, I decided on the first one that I saw. He took his time to explain the lease to me and make sure that I understood everything. Overall, he was extremely helpful and pleasant which made my experience less stressful.

Shad was excellent. We arrived and he personally walked us to our unit. When we got there I was surprised to find out it was a loft with rolling ladder access. This wasnt going to work for putting a bed in as the virtual space I referenced is not the exact size and shape but the same square footage. So he was very accommodating and helped us refund the original and find a unit at a price we were comfortable with and had the storage specs we needed for getting a mattress into. Cant thank him enough for all his help on short notice as we have to be out by the 31st. But need a few days in between moving out and into the new place. 10/10 will store stuff here again.

I started off with an easy call to get some helpful Information, and then made our reservation for a storage unit. Headed down to peek in person, where I met manager Chris who was exceptional. We did a walk through, answered all my questions with detail and patience, and got me all set up. So far so good!

Great place, clean & easy to navigate. Tim was very helpful in getting everything in place. I knew what I needed from on line research and there was no hard sell at all for anything else. I could not figure out lock and had to go back after weekend (clearly not storing gold bars) and he was more than happy to meet me at space and show me how the lock works. A+ all around!!

Customer service getting my unit was slow.The dimensions of the locker were not 5x10 they were 5x9! Wouldnt lower price for smaller unit. Never told me I could hand pick a locker or that the dimensions and angles change. So we then had to redo a contract once I picked one out.They wouldnt take my card for the monthly automatic payments so now I need to remember to go update it.My first night dropping things off around 10:15pm the garage door entrance was wide open and didnt close on its own, so we closed it on our way outMy 2nd night around 10:15pm dropping things off, I put in my code and I wasnt accepted into the building, the code box told me to call the manager whos not on duty. Somehow we were able to pull the door hard and it opened.So one time I could walk right into this building that should be protected, the next I cant get in.Feel free to ask me how to upgrade your security.

Absolutely Professional Experience!!The pricing was very fair and the units were exactly as described. My company has rented there for almost a year and we have never had one issue. Multiple people were always on site to help or to answer questions. What I can say about the manager Shad, is that he is always actually looking out for your best interest. He helped me on multiple occasions to find cost effective units or even when I locked myself out of one of our units. He calmly provided a solution. This location also has multiple docks for trucks and to make loading and unloading so much easier. It’s also super clean inside and out. I would honestly recommend Extra Space to anybody who needs to store their things. Very forward thinking and customer focused company.

Ive never used a storage facility prior to this, but in conversations with folks who had I was warned to be prepared to be sold something I didnt need. So when I called the facility I was prepared to haggle, but instead Chris answered the phone and he was incredibly pleasant, funny, and enthusiastic about helping me. I described the items I needed to store and he helped me pick the perfect unit. He was extremely patient with me when going over the various options for the period of time that I would need storage and making sure I understood the terms of the agreement. I live near this storage facility, but work in another part of town so getting here from work is a bit of an adventure. I shared this with Chris and he simply said just give us a call and well make sure that we get you in and settled. I would recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone and so thankful for Chris and his kind, personable, and professional attitude!

I just rented 2 units in this facility. Tim guided me through the rental process and showed me a variety of storage units to help me make my final decision. The rates here are very reasonable. The storage units are very clean and well lit. Access to the facility is simple via loading dock and walk-in entrance. Theres ample parking for personal vehicles in addition to moving vehicles. Im confident that my items will be secure and well maintained.

I recently moved my belongings into Extra Space in Milton and had a great experience. From the start to end, its been an easy process. They provide great customer service and are always willing to help. The space suits us well and we like that their are multiple entrances to the building. So you can locate the entrance that is closest to your unit. Makes moving in and out much better then some other storage facilities Ive been to that are very confusing and hard to navigate. Very happy with my experience.

This is by far one of my favorite storage facilities,the entire experience was wonderful I reserved an unit online and although the unit I reserved didnt end being the one I rented nonetheless the staff their allowed me to look at several units while giving me a tour of Extra Space.They are caring and empathetic to your needs. For me with customer service years of experience within a place is a major deciding factor for me because a lot of businesses are here today and gone tomorrow and who else would know your product best than experience internal guest(your employees).This location is near by the old chocolate factory, the establishment is clean well maintained off the beaten path, quiet and HUGE!!!!!!!!! I love it here so much that is my second unit here !

I used public storage about 2 years ago had a great experience. Great prices, first month was free. Which really helped out so much, seeing how I was in the process of moving and funds were limited. I rented for about 6 months no problems. I recently went back this year because my cousin needed to rent a storage same rates, first month free. This location is convenient, the staff are excellent and they actually go above and beyond to make sure your stay at public storage is a great one. I recommend Public storage and especially this location. Thank You Public Storage Staff.

This facility is very clean and well-maintained. Over 2 years, it was always extremely easy getting to my storage unit using my passcode and having access to a large parking lot. There are always plenty of platform trucks/carts for you to use. If I went to my unit after 9:00pm, I would take my brother with me - but during the day or late afternoon or evening, I felt very comfortable going into the large facility alone and felt very safe.

Chris is very professional, courteous, efficient and helpful. He makes great suggestions that saves time and money. He is very knowledgeable and I would recommend anyone to come in and see him for any storage need they may have.
