The person who rented me the unit was fabulous. She had great customer service!! I was able to everything over the phone. The unit was nice and clean. The gate and code are easy to use and very secure. The price is competitively low for the area. I highly recommend.

Miranda and her team at EZ Access were easy to work with and extremely helpful. The units are clean and well taken care of, and their business is fair and transparent. I couldnt have asked for more.

Newer units seem decently maintained. Liked that there is a gate to the facility. Noticed that the gutters leak water onto the platform when it rains. There is a lip so theoretically it shouldnt get into the units, but our stuff was only stored there for 4 months and was absolutely covered in mold, so perhaps that contributed to the moisture levels? Not sure if theres much they could have done to prevent it, but it was still disappointing.

Easy folks to deal with, easy access good lighting. The containers are well made. Your item sit well (8) above ground level on concrete slabs.
