Company stinks! My elderly mom used them for over 30 years, On a few occasions, I caught the repair man going through our closets. So, I called the owner, told him what happened because we were missing some of our possessions. The owner called me a lier! He is a nasty man. Although, this happened a few years ago, I feel the owner should have at least listed to what I had to say. So hear me now, you lost a good loyal customer!

I have been with Nuzzi for many years and cannot imagine being with any other company. Excellent customer service and service technicians. They are always reliable no matter the weather conditions. Very competitive with great prices!!

Nuzzi delivers top notch service and fuel delivery. The biofuel New York state tax credit is a great addition to their already excellent pricing and contracts. I would highly recommend Nuzzi Fuel, they won’t let you down.

They took down multiple negative reviews several times (not only from me, but from several other customers). Each time they do so, I will be sure to add to my story about company. I will be editing this review to provide information about Nuzzi that has occurred since August of 2017. I am currently in the process of creating my review. It will take some time as the stories and problems are endless. Im currently waiting for a minimum of a $70.00 bill adjustment, been lied to several times, hung up on, ignored, never actually contracted when I thought I was, and my heat broke down 4 times in 24 hours due to their negligance. I also took off an entire day of work to be home for an annual tune up that never occurred. If I can save at least one customer from dealing with this horrible company, I will feel as if Ive helped the Long Island community.Since I last added this review, I finally met someone who actually cares at the company by the name of Carolyn. She made the necessary adjustments to my bill, although their overall neglagance led to my boiler breaking down.Please do not try to even speak to one of the receptionists. She should not even be allowed to interact with customers. She is the rudest woman I have ever met in 42 years.

I’ve been with this company forever but they are charging me 40 cents a gallon above full market price for heating oil on Long Island. I guess they think I don’t keep track of current oil prices but I do.
