I came here to purchase a rifle with my cousin and we were both pleased with the excellent customer service. A gentleman named Randy helped us complete our purchase and treated us in a very professional manner. We will definitely do business with Britts in the future for our purchases of firearms ammunition and accessories.

Randy has been extremely helpful with getting me the perfect firearm. He is very knowledgeable, honest and has lots of experience with the many different types of firearms he sells. He’s not there just to make the sale, he’s there to take the time and explain to you the pros and cons on the firearm your looking for. Everyone has different needs when it comes to purchasing a firearm and Randy explains everything to you in full detail. Not to mention his shop is conveniently located 1/2 mile up from the Nassau County Police Department in Mineola, so adding your pistol on your license is pretty quick, once your done you head back to Britt and pick up your firearm! Done! Thanks Randy for everything!

Ive been shopping at Mr Britt since the early 80s and they always has great service and deals keep up the GREAT WORK GUYS.

I was a stocking firearms retailer from the 80s to mid 90s and Mr. Britt and Randy were the go to gunsmith on LI that I used exclusively! Good people, honest and most of all - - - the best work around. Ill be visiting them soon.

Ripped me off to apply for a NYS target license. I did not know I could do this on my own. Charged me close to $900 to help with the paperwork. Creep and a lowlife.

Weird, called asking about FFL and the person just hung up on me. I called back incase we were disconnected and he hung up again. If you dont offer FFL transfer you can easily just say so. To hang up on a customer because you dont perform a certain service is uncalled for.

The gun shop is located under a bridge. The location is a bit difficult to find. It is a small gun shop but the business is very hot. Many of the guns I was looking for have been sold out. I got injured when I used a second-hand gun in the shop. The clerk was very attentive, took band-aids for me, and also answered some questions I wish to know.The gun shop is located under a bridge.
