Had 60,000 mile preventative maintenance done which is big. First time to go here. They gave me a quote ahead of time which held true when work was done. They were flexible for date and time I wanted to bring car in. Ready with loaner car when I got there. Kept me updated. Very polite and professional. Gave me paperwork after and explained what was done. Got coupons to use in future. I will definitely be back and highly recommend you try them out.

I went to the service department because my battery had died in the morning and I needed a jump start to even get it going at all(its not even holding a charge), I had asked to get a new one. I brought it in and told them what happened (mind I had literally just bought the 2018 crv two days ago) and they told me everything was fine and it was just low from sitting on the lot and that I should just drive it for a half hour and itll charge. I am aware that that is not how car batteries work when they dont hold a charge, but I didnt have time to sit and tell them not to treat me like I didnt know what I was doing just because Im a young woman. I had to finish running my errands before going into work.

This place does thorough and fair service. Never had a problem with price or quality of service.Their car wash is frequently out of commission, so dont be surprised if your car is still dirty when you pick it up.

I bought my 2017 Subaru Impreza here in 2018 and have been returning to the dealership for oil changes and maintenance ever since. The associate that assisted me in purchasing the car was down-to-earth and close to my age (mid 20s to early 30s). The age bit is important here because I felt like he was speaking to me as a person and not a potential sale.Recently, I used the Pickup & Drop-Off service where a representative comes and grabs your vehicle, takes it in for repairs, and returns it. I had had a late night and forgot about it, and the tech waited for so long for me to come outside! He was a gentleman and I was happy to tip him when he dropped the vehicle off. The maintenance team is always pleasant to talk to on the phone and are happy to call you to discuss issues. I also had signed up for some filter replacements, but they realized my filters were great so canceled the charge! Its not common, in my experience, for a shop to willingly avoid making more money!Overall awesome location.

I purchase a 2022 Legacy Subaru from Morries in Brooklyn Park. I live around 6 hours north of Mpls so all of my business was done remotely until the day I flew down to pick up the car. They had a team of people that worked together well. David the salesperson who initially reached out to me regarding my online inquiry, Tina from financing, Ryan made sure I had the accessories to keep my car looking great (paint sealant & body moldings) and of course the general manage Jerry was in contact to make sure everything was going okay. I enjoyed my experience of purchasing a car from Morries and dont have any hesitation recommending Morries for you next car purchase. They made it easy!

Schedulers were flexible and helped me find a time to get in and out and back to work. I was offered a loaner, but didn’t end up needing it — they were able to fix my tire (slow leak due to a screw stuck in it) and send me in my way. Price for repair was reasonable. I will be glad when a shuttle is available, but understand that’s not possible under health guidelines with the pandemic. Thanks for the great service.

I had a 10am appointment and waited in my car in the left lane while the cars in the rights lane was being serviced a lot faster and about 20 minutes of waiting I decided to get out of my car and that’s when I was noticed. I dropped off my car on a Friday morning for 3 recalls and a 60,000 miles serviced I asked for my car to be washed and was told it would be and there’s a possibility it may not be done on Friday because of how much work needed to be done. I was fine with that.Saturday morning, I called for an update and they were going to check and call me back. They told me what needed to be repaired and I agreed to what I thought was about $1600 and they would need to see if they have the part in stock.I got a call around 3:30pm on Saturday saying my car will be ready in about a 1/2 hour but I wasn’t available to pick up. I told him I would pick up on Monday morning and on Monday morning the about $1600 turned out to be almost $1900 and for $1900 they couldn’t even wash my car as we talked about. They said they had given my a coupon for about $200 off. The person I dealt with was great.

I was having some issues with my car I bought less than a year ago and the dealership I bought it from, not Morries of Brooklyn Park, was nothing but problems for me. I called the Morries and they were amazing. I worked with Michelle in service for the duration my car was in the shop. She made contact with me daily to let me know the progress, was extremely informative about everything that was going on, overall one of the best interactions I’ve had with a car dealership in the past decade. This is far as the best dealer service place I been to. Every time I go into for service I get different advisor, which could get little confuse for me. But I also love the ways every single one of the greet me with friendly smile and do everything they can above and beyond to help me out. I am glad I switch to this place, since the dealer service I bought my car from lack on communication skills, nor make me feels like I am a value customer. They scratch my rim the day I get my car. I have to wait and I get a smelly rental. But again, I am so glad I switch to this place. Love it! Hopefully when time I get a new model, I might take a look at their sales floor too.

Good work on the car BUT 1 star for transparency. Went in for my 60 and had to return within a month because I couldnt afford all of the extra work/charges that were found all at once. While I was contacted to approve the additional work, my quotes were inaccurate and I showed up to a surprise total; they forgot to include labor fees over the phone. Both times I went in I ended up paying double what I was quoted at because things kept getting found... and I had JUST been in a month ago. No reason I should be investing $1.5k every month. Was also OFFERED a rental car during the time of my service and discovered a $50 miscellaneous fee on my receipt which was not disclosed up front. I would have paid for an uber for less than half the price seeing as I only went 10 minutes away and back.

Did what I requested and a car wash and video of auto window repair. However, even though windshield washer fluid light was on, forgot to fill the reservioir. Would be nice if they also vacuumed the interior and washed rubber mats to take it to the next level.

I made an appointment online assuming it meant that I’d have my car worked on at that time. I didn’t get out of there until an hour and a half later. I’ve had faster experiences using the express service. What’s the point of making an appointment if they let people go ahead of you anyway? I understand that that person might have been there first, but as soon as someone who has scheduled an appointment shows up, they should be next in line if others are using the express service. Very annoying.

I never though I would be as happy as I am with this dealership or their service department! Seriously nobody compares to them! They listen, are prompt, polite and I am ALWAYS greeted with a smile! I have found being a female I’m not always respected and treated like I have no idea about anything automotive but that’s just not the case here. They explain things to me and every time I’ve brought up an issue they look into it instead of just writing it off as this or that. They seem to genuinely care about what I’m concerned about! I was noticing an issue mainly in the mornings so the gentleman that was helping me kept my car overnight to test drive it first thing in the morning when I was having those issues. Oh and I was given a brand new car to use for free as well. They seriously have a customer for life and I’ve already had a friend buy their subie from them as well!

My 120,000 maintenance was completed. There were a few suggestions such as steering fluid flush that I was informed of before done. The price of all services were communicated to me beforehand. I used to go to a different Suburu dealer until about a year ago. This group of professionals have far exceeded my expectations with the quality of vehicle and customer service.

I recently purchased my first new car ever. A 2021 Subaru Outback XT and could only find the trim and color at the dealer in Eau Claire. However, I live in Brooklyn Park. So its a no brainer to come to Morries for my first 6k mileage checkup and oil change instead. Ive never gotten my car serviced at a dealership before so I wasnt sure what to expect. But I was greeted in the Service area by Alyssa, with a smile and made to feel at home. She was courteous, friendly, and offered prompt service. Alyssa was knowledgeable about what was entailed in the 6k checkup and walked me through the process and what to expect in future visits. In addition to the 6k checkup, I needed to have my spare tire swapped rims with my rear right tire because I picked up a nail the previous week and had plugged it myself. I had forgotten to mention this to them on the phone, and asked last second if they could help me out. She said they could fit that in as well, even though they were quite busy at the time. Which I am very greatful for, as Ive got a road trip coming up shortly and wanted to get that taken care of beforehand. All in all, between Alyssas wonderful customer service, and their teams ability to go the extra mile and help me out in a pinch. Extremely satisfied -- again! I purchased my vehicle here in 2011, and have had it serviced almost exclusively here. My advisor, Mark H., helped me tremendously in getting the right work done. I know many are skeptical about going to a dealer for work, believing that it will cost more -- while rates may be higher for some services, I have found this dealer to be very fair, and often determines less work was required than I had assumed... so, fix what is broken, service what is needed, and pay a fair amount -- this dealer checks all the boxes. Mark especially has been helpful in working within a budget, understanding what work needs to be done, and what could wait for a future service. He understands the work, the vehicles, and his customer. Thanks a lot!

I already spoke with you at length about this. You guys sold me a car that needed major work. I bought a warranty that shouldve never come close to being cashed out on a 60000 mile subaru. I wont ever come in there again. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general as well. Oh, also, after my wife picked our car up, it still has trouble going into reverse with a new transmission in it. When I get back in town, we will be doing more to sort this situation out. Your company doesnt care about customers, only your bottom line. Expect more bad reviews over this situation. Ill be in contact with Subaru of America about this as soon as I can too.

All staff were wonderful, helpful, friendly. The oil change seemed to have been done well, and I got good advice on additional service I should get soon. The only problem is that the windshield fluid they put in froze up a few days later. It had gotten down to -15 degrees overnight and took hours of driving at temps around 11-12 degrees before it thawed again. These temps are not unusual for MN, so I was disappointed that they did not use more appropriate wiper fluid.

Very professional, courteous, helpful, and fast!! Brought my 2015 Forester in for a couple recalls. They gave me a rental, got me in and out really fast, answered all my questions and even offered to help me with my kids carseat. They told me our Forester would be done between 2 and 3pm. They finished by 1:55pm! They sent me a video showing me all the work that was done. I got there, was assisted getting my kidss car seats moved from the rental to my Forester. I was on and out and back in my car super fast. They were super nice, professional, helpful and genuinely seemed happy to be there. I was very impressed. My service experience was terrible. When I bought my car in 2016, I bought the buy happy program. Which included 10 oil changes for half off. When I went to pay for my oil change this time, she tried to charge me full price. I told her it should be $30. She checks and comes back and says itll be $43.95 because oil prices went up. And my buy happy program expires this year, so the remaining oils that I paid for are worthless! I will NEVER go to a Subaru for service again and I will NEVER buy another Subaru vehicle again if this is how you treat your customers. Never do business with companies that don’t honor their agreements.If the reduced price on oil changes were only for three years, someone lied to me, because I only change my oil once a year. I would have never bought 10 oil changes.

When I scheduled my oil change I asked how much it would could. I specifically asked if that was the out the door price including all taxes and fees. I was told that it was and that was the exact amount I would be charged. I doubled checked again and was assured that was the out the door price. When I dropped off my car I asked again and was quoted the same price. When I picked up my car it was $7 more than the quoted price. I was told then that the original price didnt include tax or apparenty looking at the bill misc. fees. Their excuse was that all calls to their dealership actually go to a call center and the call center doesnt know the actual price. I would think that an oil change is a pretty standard charge.

We were in the middle of a cross-country road trip when our check engine light came on and an indication that something was wrong with the transmission. I chose this location because it had one of the earliest appointments available and was reasonably close to where we were staying. They accepted the car early, diagnosed the problem quickly, and finished the work several hours before their estimate. I was really impressed with the professionalism of the employees and system they had in place. They had a nice feature where they send you a video update of the work they are doing as well. While we don’t live in the area, I would recommend this location for service.
