Chris and the team were A-MAZING!! I called 4 other shops and they could not get me in for 2 more weeks. I was facing a time crunch as I was driving my boyfriends truck across country and needed a misfire in acceleration to be diagnosed. My boyfriend had taken it to a couple different Ford dealership and spent thousands of dollars without ever getting the misfire fixed. One of them even cleared out the computer system so nothing would trigger the check engine light. Of course being a 2005 there was a lot of things that needed to be done!! Chris simplified it within my budget to the most important needs for a safe road trip. The truck now drivers smoother and faster then it probably ever has. The videos showing me exactly what was going on were super impressive. Its not like I walked in and got a piece of paper with a bunch of stuff on it, I actually had proof of the work that needed to be done. I would encourage anyone and everyone to utilize this team and might actually purchase a Ford of my own for the first time in my life!

I had my new truck in for its 10k mile service. It was easy to schedule and they performed all the needed work on time. I liked that they reached out with a contact number that morning in case I had questions or wanted a status update.
My daughter had an issue with her radiator and everyone was very professional and made sure we were taken care of. They offered a loaner car because the part had to be ordered. Jon the service manager kept us informed of the progress and made the experience a positive one. They told us everything would be ok and it was. Thanks for being there for our daughter when she needed help.
They were very accommodating. Ron helped get me worked into their already busy schedule.Then Daniel took over and gave me the cost of a new battery and estimate of time it would take. It was actually finished earlier than previously thought. Daniel was so friendly and helpful. Someone who actually smiled. He was a pleasure to work with!Before I left I had a question regarding the dash oil light that I couldnt get turned off. A technician walked through the process with me.They will always have my business with that kind of service!
This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Ford dealership. I have been to 4 different Ford dealerships to work on my F150 over the years and Morrie’s Ford was by far the friendliest and most professional staff I have worked with. Also, there text message quote and approval system was a unique addition and made the repair very straight forward with no hidden costs or wasted time. Will definitely be doing all future work at this location.
I experienced great service at Morries. I just moved from out of state and thought I needed a front license plate bracket put on my car. For a variety of reasons I had to reschedule my service 3 times at the last minute, and Morries made it easy each time even though I was inconveniencing them. Then, when I finally had the work done, it turned out to be a simpler task than expected and they didnt charge me anything. I was absolutely NOT a model customer, but they still treated me like a king.
I had a really great representative help me out. He explained everything clearly and even threw in free installation for new wiper blades. I always have a really great experience here and appreciate the helpful staff and the comfortable waiting lounges
Bought a 2012 Ford edge panoramic roof not opening and closing or working. Was supposed to be fixed when we bought it two weeks before hand from Morries. The valet service to pickup and dropoff your car at your house or workplace was wonderful, seamless, and free. Much better than waiting around at the shop. I appreciated Katie’s due diligence to check my extended warranty and try to get the damaged part covered for me. I’m happy with continuing my business here.

My 19 year old daughter brought in the 2017 Ford Fiesta I️ purchased for her (at this dealership) to have a non-operational power window looked at and an (already diagnosed) small exhaust leak repaired. The dealership said “from visual inspection, there’s no exhaust leak”. When Katie, the Service Advisor, called my daughter she quoted the cost for the power window fix and then insisted she needs an alignment of 4 wheels, tire rotation, and check engine diagnosis. (We had 4 new tires plus alignment less than a year ago and she’s driven very few miles.) The cost of this would be in excess of $600 and would not include repairing the problem with the exhaust!The way the Service Advisor spoke to my daughter was incredibly condescending and rude. When my daughter asked a simple question, the response was an exasperated, “nooooooo”. It seems clear that this dealership was trying to take advantage of a 19 year old young woman.
My car buying experiences here have been great. The service I receive there is always exceptional! I get my maintenance done at Morrie’s Minnetonka.They are Always very professional, kind people. Very clean, nice dealership. I can not think of a single negative about this place. Thank you Morrie’s anyone can sell a car, it’s what happens after that sale that makes or breaks a dealership.
I came in for a tire rotation and oil change. The team at Morris’s were professional and took my car right away, even though I was a little early. They also gave it a wash at the end of the appointment and did everything quickly while delivering quality service.

Morries was great! They got me in next day and provided a valet service to get the car from my work. The oil change was reasonably priced, and they provided updates on the overall health of the vehicle. I highly recommend Morries if you have a Ford.
I blew a tire and damaged the rim. They were able to order and have the parts the next day. Took less than 2 hours and car came back good as new and freshly washed.Daniel in Service was very helpful in getting everything set up.

No shuttle, no loaner cars, no pickup service. Had my vehicle for several days. Within 1 day of having it back it reeks of gas and has all kinds of new problems. Vehicle is 1 year old with 24,000 miles on it. Now they are saying they can’t fit me for another week.
Communication is non existent and service is terrible. I tried to check up on my vehicle after I received a vague message saying my car was possibly done with the 40k check and air conditioner repair. When I called to confirm that I could pick it up, nobody knew where my car was, what services were already done or not, or if it was ready for pickup. For a day and a half nobody called me back, the service department wouldn’t answer their phones for me or the call center managers. I needed to get to work, and nobody knew where my car was, but I was told it wasn’t ready to pick up because the service order was still “open” in the system.I finally got tired of getting no communication and showed up at the dealership. Turns out my car was ready for pickup the same day as my appointment, a day and a half ago. One minute to respond to my text message or any of the multiple calls or emails would have been nice, but they did not even bother.

Brought my car in knowing the problem and they told me I had to pay a $100 diagnosis fee. Once they called to tell me they identified the problem I already knew about 2 hours after drop off, they told me to order the parts would be 4 days, it was going to cost $1400 for a part I can get on Amazon for $13.99 and the labor was going to take 2 hours. I was never asked if I would like to schedule a time for repair. They told me they would call me an hour later when I could come pick up to allow them time to process the paperwork. In the end after 5 hours I went back to pick up my car walked in was greeted by being told I owe $100 for the diagnosis fee, then they asked for my name and sent for my car to be brought up. They brought the wrong car. I was handed a packet of papers and sent on my way. No follow up, no new information or assistance really provided to me at all. Will not return for any services.
I have to say this place has come so far in the last few years. I had moved to a different dealership for service years ago because of bad experiences at Morrie’s but I came back yesterday and WOW! Everyone was friendly, efficient and there was wonderful communication! I even came with a car FULL of kids and we did home work in the (lovely!) waiting area while our oil was changed. The head service guy went out of his way to make us feel welcome.If I HAD to not pick, maybe someone at the dealership could find some FORD cars for the kids to play with instead of other brands, just seemed like a missed opportunity 🤣 (and that’s how picky I’d have to be to find anything wrong here...they were seriously amazing!)Well done Morries of Minnetonka Ford Service center!!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Customer friendly and organized. Had vehicle in for a recall on brakes, and was done early with a free car wash. We switched from a closer Ford dealer due to higher cost and poor reputation and experience.
From drop off to pick the communication and customer service was amazing. My car ended up being there longer than we originally thought and they worked very hard to find me a loaner car to get me through the weekend and first part of the week.

These guys are awesome! For years Chris in the service department has been my go to guy. He was taking care another customer. And I had the opportunity to work with Jordan this time. He is awesome as well. (So now I have a plan b option if Chris is not available). I came in thinking I was in need of an oil change as the light indicator was on. Came to the realization from their expertise that tires plus did not alert the sensor. Not only did they put air in my tires, wash my car, and I was not in need of an oil change. They completed everything free of charge! If you’re looking for an honest service department look no further! Thanks guys!
My car was towed to Morrie’s after beginning to run very roughly and then the ‘Check Engine’ light came on. The service was performed well and repaired the problem beautifully. My car is running very well. That said, my only concern was with the amount of time it was sitting and the lack of communication. It was towed on Friday, the problem finally diagnosed late Monday, and the formal estimate presented for approval on Tuesday morning. They said then that they thought it would be done by the end of the day Tuesday but I had to call twice to get through to a live person around 5 pm to find out that it was done and then had to find a ride to pick it up by 7. Once I got there, I waited about 15 minutes as there were only three people left trying to handle customers and phone calls.The people I worked with were great. The initial contact was helpful and polite, as was every other person I was able to get ahold of. I understand that the times are unique and organizations are just trying to make things work but perhaps a staffing review would help by increasing the communication ability of a very pressed customer service staff and providing additional repair staff as my car was there for over two days before the diagnosis and estimate. The service was excellent, as I’ve come to expect from this shop. The timeline however - less than stellar.
Came in for a recall on door latches. The communication was superb! Chris kept me in the loop from start to finish. And they even washed my car before pick up. Would definitely recommend and use again!

He was very friendly, outgoing, professional and you could tell he cares about his job, customers and giving you the best customer service possible.I brought my vehicle in to possibly replace the battery because some electrical things were going on. Though they didnt have a loaner available for me the first day, Tyson apologized and was very prompt in getting me one the next day! He felt bad that they didnt have one available immediately but since he was so willing to try and make things right and take good care of me, I didnt mind waiting a day.Tyson also did his best to write down everything I explained that I thought was wrong with my car and assured me theyd do a thorough diagnosis.They did have my vehicle for a couple days but Tyson had excellent communication with me the whole way, keeping me up to date on everything they found and how they would make it right--he even gave me his personal cell to reach out in case I needed anything on his day off.After everything was all said and done, Morries made sure to look into my extended warranty and give me the best deal they possibly could, even discounting some services because they didnt have a loaner for me right away.My experience with Morries Ford was an overall excellent one and I highly recommend when you go in to ask for Tyson; hell make sure to take good care of you and he shows you that he cares. Replaced horn. $100 diagnostic fee was outrageously expensive.
I brought my truck in for an alignment. I was told it could take up to 2 hours for it to be completed. So I waited around for 2 hours before tracking down my service advisor. He assured me that he will come find me when its been completed. 15 minutes later he said that the guy thats certified to perform the service is actually on vacation and I was handed my keys back. I gave 2 stars because the newly renovated dealership is nice and they have a nice free fancy coffee maker you can use in the mean time.

I had a weird smell and noticed a puddle under my car. It turns out their was an oil leak. They were able to fix the issue quickly and give me a fair price.
Jake did a nice job and was detailed. The service department needs more help and needs to start answering the phone. Hire some more people that are skilled like Jake. You have all the new desks - hire some help!
I put off servicing because of Covid. I’m so happy to report that I felt safe with separate spaces to be, coffee, masks on everyone and plenty of space. The ford sales team was able to address my questions with ease. All Aron d great experience!
My heated seats were not working and winter is coming so I called to see what the Service protocol was during the pandemic. I am a senior with a compromised immune system so concerned about my safety. They came and picked up my vehicle and brought it back to me when it was done! Service was excellent. The electrical problem was tricky but they stuck with it until they could figure it out. Amazing. Love them!
My car was in this shop for exactly 8 weeks to get my engine replaced that was covered under warranty. Would go weeks without hearing an update. Took 7 weeks to get the “approval”. Perhaps management/corporate should have gotten involved sooner. It should never take 7 weeks to get approval. The loaner that was provided was a tiny car (Focus) compared to the SUV (Escape) I had in the shop. If you’re looking to get service done in a timely fashion I would not recommend this service center.
Only issue is the timing. Told me my vehicle would be done and it was several hours later as I waited. the service manager accommodated me and was very courteous and professional. Good group to work with.

I was scheduled for 1:45 when I arrived I was informed that they were running an hour 15minutes behind. I was ok with that since I could adjust my schedule. When I returned an hour 15minutes later I found out that they had not started yet. I waited another 1/2 hour-45 minutes. I would have liked to been informed prior to arriving that they were running behind, and I would appreciate honesty in knowing how far behind they were. I then could adjust my schedule accordingly.
Heather in parts and Ron in service were both very friendly and helpful. Repair was made quickly and I received my vehicle much earlier than expected. Vehicle was run through the car wash and I didn’t expect that
Was told it was only going to be $160 or so and it was $260 wasn’t sure why I was charged so much more the the original quote
I had a great experience at Morrie’s! This was my second appointment with them. They were able to work with me and get my warranty to cover part of my expenses!! I had a lot of repairs to be done and they were so helpful, had a rental free of charge for a week! Will be going to Morrie’s for my car needs :)

They need to step up their supposed amazing COVID precautions. Multiple employees walking about with their masks half on, some in buffs, which have been proven to make aerosol of the droplets worse, a long table in the lounge without any hand sanitizer or way to clean the public use tablets. Also, no separation of the chairs at that table either. That did not encourage distancing at all. As someone with 2 underlying conditions, maybe I will go somewhere else next time.
I ordered 3 parts from the parts department. It took over a month and several calls to get status on the order before scheduling the repairs. After I was told the parts were ready, I finally scheduled the repair. During my appointment it was discovered that the mirror was not painted delaying the repair over a weekend. After all the delay very little consideration was made in the final cost of the job. It was very frustrating.

Quick diagnosis but unable to find a hard code to determine specific issue with my car. Instructed to drive car as usual and if warning appears on dash return car to dealership.
F350 truck leaking diesel from the filter. They repaired the leak $500+; but, though they Charged us to clean the engine, they did not. As we continued our trip, diesel came out of the engine compartment & frame of the truck. We had it serviced again at another dealer. They found that it was not leaking but coming from pooled fuel. Another $200 And problem solved. We contacted them for an adjustment but received no call back. We were towing a camper with a propane refrigerator. This was lazy & reckless on their part.
Everything went good on my oil change. A small oil leak was found and I was sent a video from the person working on the vehicle. I did reschedule a future appointment.
