The customer service is horrible. I order the wrong size of sleep sack by accident. They failed to accommodate me by sending out the correct size, and having me return the incorrect items. I am very disappointed and actual hurt by my experience. I gave birth to a micro preemie, born 17 weeks earlier. Who was hospitalized for 4 months. Halo came highly recommended by the hospital. I wanted to Insure my little one got the best sleep possible.So therefore I placed an order for 3 sleep sacks with a total of. $55. Instead of being understanding and compassionate. I explained I may have ordered the wrong size due to being overwhelmed with my little one being discharged from the hospital and sleepless nights at the hospital. The lack of empathy is disturbing and really heart breaking, considering this is a company for babies and families. Upon wanting to return the items, I contacted Halo customer Service to make sure I was within the 30 days return policy I provided them my order # name date of purchase and telephone number, just be told the account manager will give me a call back to inform me if I was within the 30 days. Because I was informed during my initial call that I was responsible for the return label and shipping. So therefore prior to purchasing a return label I wanted to make sure that I was within the 30 day return policy. Just to be made aware that I will have to wait for the account manager to contact me. Not given a timeframe on when the call will be.I conduct the majority of my shopping online due to having a high risk premature baby, and I never have been told that I have to pay for the return label in order to return the product. I highly would not recommend using halo in the future.Again the lack of competence is unspeakable. I’ve worked in Customer Service for 10 plus years and never deliver red services with such negligence, and blatant disrespect.
