This is super clean target. They have good selection of clothes. Clean toilets and nice layout. It has Starbucks and Pizza Hut Express. It is located near Lunds & Byerlys and a bunch of shopping centers for convenience. However, it has limited opinion of grocery items and parking is confusing and slow to get in and out.

It is a clean store, with a nice parking lot. The layout could use significant work, as the placement of items does not make sense. I had to go on a hunt to find rechargeable batteries, and the largest assortment was at the checkout, but only one use. I found batteries in three different places, and I settled to grab something I did not want, because it was supposed to be a quick run in an out of the store. If a store does not want to employ people to ask the location of items, then place a search kiosk around the store.

Okay the Target it self and products are good. What is bad about this Target is the Layout and Parking. So much so that I will avoid this Target whenever I have another option. Starters the Store. Prepare to walk endlessly as the store has no real logical layout and at the entrance you cannot really tell were anything is. The isles are not standard and the signs that tell you were things are are not visible at the entrance. Forcing you to wander the store. Parking. Imagine being one isle off and that forces you to walk an extra 40 or so yards? Yup that is this location. Parking lot is all one level but not. A good portion of it is 3 or 4 feet higher than the rest so if your off you have to walk all the way around to get to the other side due to a massive fence. They dont even have a small step in the middle.

Its a Target. Always sort of 4/5. Not exceptional, but pretty consistent. As a corporate policy, minus one star for encouraging hipsters by putting a Starbucks in the store. This is where Walmart has is correct....put a McDonalds in there instead.

I thought I lost my wallet, called customer service and Matt was very helpful! He tried looking for my wallet at the self-check out and around the baskets. He even looked in the back. Very kind and great customer service!!

I had a very bad encounter with an employee named Peter in the food area. My wife asked him where the vinegar was and he walked away from her. I went up to him to ask him thinking he didn’t hear her properly but he just ignored me too and walked off into the back room. I felt he acted extremely rude in a very unwarranted way. I really think this Target needs to invest in better employee training. I won’t be shopping at Target anymore after this.

Great experience. Store was clean and there were plenty of employees. Also appreciated their mask enforcement. Knollwood is not doing it but they are here and it is greatly appreciated!!!

This target is terrible, whoever does the ordering is not qualified because nothing is ever in stock and I constantly find myself having to drive to a different target where things are in stock. Hire someone else to do this job please

I had an extremely negative encounter with an employee named Peter. I asked him where the lime juice was and he aggressively said something under his breath and turned his back on me. When I asked him again he just stormed off. The attitude he gave off was so rude that I will never set foot in another target ever again. I seriously am taken back that you guys hire such unprofessional acting employees and I hope this was just a bad experience because if this an example of how your employees act then I am very disappointed in the upper management.

Guest services representative was not customer-service oriented at all. She would not break a ten dollar bill for me. Every other Target has done this for me at guest services with no issue at all. I am positive your store goes to the bank every weekday and I know you have enough change for me. Step up your customer service game; I will spend my money at other Targets in the metro area that value and respect my business and will do this simple service for me. I spend a lot of money at Target as I go 1-3 times a week depending on the week. Kindness is especially important during this time. Just be a nice person. Its not that hard.

I came to purchase clothing but the dressing rooms are still closed. I wont buy anything I cant try on first.

People were friendly and helpful when I couldnt find something. The cashier was patient and kind and made sure that I was able to maximize all of the deals I qualified for with my purchases that day.

This target is always out of stock of different items and always feels very picked over. I typically only use this target for their CVS as they’re closest to me. I usually make the trip to the one in Plymouth as their grocery selection is much larger and they are better stocked.

Fast and easy returns

This is my neighborhood target. I buy various things from here. Recently most items that I buy from here are sold at higher price compared to online. It is a pain to ask the cashier to match online price every time I shop. The difference is so much. For example, i purchased RainX latitude wiper blades for my car. I did order pickup this time. Each was $15 online. Same item in the store is marked as $18.50. Just a pair of this saved $7 by doing order pickup instead of buying from store directly. What is Target telling me? Why not provide same experience for the customers online and in store? If you are not careful, you will very likely shelling out extra money each time you shop here.

Convenient for sure!! Selection maybe a little bit limited and not too impressed with the Target website for shopping, but overall super convenient and quick!

Always provides the best drinks!

I always enjoy shopping Target but I find that their grocery section can be limited. For example they do not carry aubergine/eggplant, hot peppers like Serrano, block Parmesan cheese or real Greek Feta. It is frustrating when I shop Target for other things which is a great experience and think I can save myself a trip by going to their grocery section just to be disappointed.

Ordered 5 cases of water for pick up as a quick run yesterday sometime around 6:15pm and the guy at the order pick up counter went to get my cases of water. I was expecting that he would use a cart and put them in the cart. Instead he came out with the cases of water in his arms. 🙄Doesnt it make sense that he grab a cart and put my 5 cases of water in it?

One of the nicest Targets in the metro, pretty fast check even when it is really busy.

This place is a joke. No help and a waste of time. They treat you like a criminal just trying to return an item.

Consistent professional service and quality products.

The middle aged white lady with wavy short brown and highlights with tattoos working the drive up is HORRIBLE. She is incredibly rude, condescending, and needs to be on a PIP plan or worse. I have never experienced such an unpleasant person in so long I was just slack-jawed at her behavior. I called the store manager Jessica who I really hope follows up on the experiencey family had. Unbelievable!

Out of skim milk, out of yellow onions, super picked over small deformed russet potatoes, meat section picked over and items in the wrong place. Grocery area in general was not organized. Narrow aisles, barely enough room for one cart to pass by another. Female employee near the deodorants crouching down would not move so we could get by. Timed it...3 minutes and no apology. Presented a gift card at the checkout and took several minutes for it to work. Cashier could not just scan it had to try to type in the code on the card several times while the line behind us kept getting longer. I just do not get why you have the double register setup with one in front of another. It is super confusing to quite a few people. Believe me I had time to watch waiting for the slow checkout process. Then there is no room to get out once you are done. The aisle we were in had people with carts on one side and a pole on the other so we could not get out. Had to go to the next aisle and barely could squeeze by three people with carts. By that point I felt like running for the door just to get out of that place. I know they use I Feel Love for advertising however my wife and I felt quite the opposite. Would have been a one star review however gave two since it was the busy holiday season.

Excellent customer service from Josh, I think hes an evening manager. I needed to get large quantities of times, he shopped with me, checking the back inventory and knew exactly what they had. While he was helping me, he was delegating other closing work and employees. Id hire him for any manager position! Hes awesome.

They cant keep the grocery area properly stocked, constantly finding bear shelves and unable to complete even a small shopping list. Youve lost our familys business as there is no point shopping here since we always need to go somewhere else, like Trader Joes!

I will never shop at this store ever again. I had loved shopping at target and was a regular customer but after having an encounter with the team lead of food and beverage named Joe it’s safe to say I am done with target. If Joe is any example of how your employees act in general then I am absolutely appalled! Not only did he act rude and lazy when I asked him a simple question of where the kitchen silverware was but also acted racist towards my African American husband as well. He has no respect and I have no idea how he is still working for Target.

Great customer service!

Items are rarely replenished. Twice I just went to get simply balanced milk, and there was none in the store and to replenish it they made me wait half an hour. Additionally, there are not many vegetables here. The Plymouth Target store has always everything in stock and has a load of varieties of vegetables. Ridgedale Target is really not worth the time or money.

This store will racially profile you and make it blatantly obvious. Almost like they take pride in it.

Horrible customer service. Saw that items I bought yesterday are now on sale today ($30 less). I had my receipt and just said I see these are on sale now, is this something you could rebate me? The customer service lady was so incredibly snarky and condescending and informed me that they arent matching their own prices this week. She wasnt worth dealing with. So I went home and looked online; theres no mention of this anywhere on their price match info page. They say they wont price match competitors the week after Thanksgiving which is understandable but nothing about not price matching their own prices. I messaged customer service and they apologized and matched the price. Being so rude to loyal customers is bad business. All because the slob behind the counter is too lazy to do their job, look it up on the computer, or ask a coworker what the rules are.

This target has set the bar high for other retail stores! The best customer service hands down. There is one cashier in particular who made my visit feel extraordinary. I was having a bad day today and by the time she rang my items through, I felt a hundred times better. She made me laugh and i felt the happiest I have felt in weeks all in a matter of minutes. I left the store tonight with a smile on my face and I had to let target know about the wonderful young lady they have on their hands! Stores need to have more people like her, who tell people to drive safe and not just thank you, have a good day. You could tell how much she loves and enjoys what she does. Truly inspiring! She made me feel special and I am 100% sure Ill be coming back to this store more often!

Was in the store today and a group of teenagers were shopping with no masks on. Clearly you don’t follow your own corporate rules by saying masks are required. 10+ team members and security guard all too scared to confront them. We will be taking our business elsewhere because clearly you don’t care for the well being of other shoppers who follow your rules! Get with it Target!!!!!!

I needed a wig for a Halloween party...that night. I was able to order it and have it waiting so I could pick it up on my way home from work and before I had to get ready. The employees were great. I wish there was a special spot for ALL the online pickup orders to park--not JUST the apple ones, but otherwise, it was great.

Gail in customer service is amazing. Very helpful and kind. She helped me with a tedious task and had a smile on her face and a positive attitude the whole time. I have always worked in customer service- so I pay close attention to how I am treated in any establishment, and Gail by far surpassed my expectations. I truly appreciate her and her help. Emmy, her manager, was great as well, and very knowledgeable!

Is it necessary for an employee to pace the entrance 10:30-11pm and to passive aggressively make sure to check his wrist watch as you walk in? He didnt even say hi.

Called 12. Times. T.W.E.L.V.E. TIMES. they did not answer a SINGLE TIME. I called every department. And instead of redirecting me back to the menu, it just hangs up on me! Talk about WONDERFUL customer service.

One of the better Targets around when it comes to being able to get everything you need. From toys, electronics, clothes, food, etc. Well maintained and usually staff that is quick to help. Customer service desk right at the front so quick pop ins for returns easy to do as well. Would definitely recommend.

I’m giving this store a 5 star because not only have I been able to find everything I need when I go here, I also met my husband working here. He worked in the toy department and I was a cashier- had it not been for this store I never would have met my best friend, husband, father to my children... it’s one of our favorite places and times to reminisce on and will always be close to my heart. Purchased a cell phone today. I wanted to let Target know what an excellent job the sales rep did, but there seems to be no email destination for that. Customer Service page does not offer an email feedback option.

Went to Target at Ridgedale after reconstruction. It looks so different now. Like kids zone, where children can play before deciding what toy they want. Sections for men, women and children clothes similar to big department stores now. Its nice that pharmacy is same as before and no changes to Starbucks part. I will explore other sections next time. 😊

I had an exceptionally good time at Target when Alex, working in electronics, went out of his way to look for a board game I was interested in twice in stock. I’d gone to two other targets looking for Villanious but in both locations they were unable to locate it. I was really grateful Alex was willing to go to such trouble to find it for me. Highly recommend this location!

I recently purchased an iPhone at this Target location, and had the pleasure of working with the Mobile Sales leader, Jordan. Despite some complications with my current plan, he was able to work through everything that happened and leave me with a great experience. I HIGHLY recommend that you visit a Target for any phone service. I was helped immediately, and the staff members were all very fun and entertaining while I was waiting. 10/10, would recommend to a friend!

Average prices, not expensive but neither cheap. Their locations are very convenient. They only offer a few option of brands meaning that you will find what you need but you wont have many options about the brand.

Always someone ready to help. If theres someone ahead of me, line goes quickly. Target personnel friendly and helpful.

A very well-kept store with very friendly staff. Caitlyn who usually works by self-checkout in the mornings along with Boom who works at the Starbucks are phenomenal employees. Theyre always so friendly and put the customer first. Target is very lucky to have them.

Went there for a new phone. Got talked into switching carriers. After 2 hours they still couldn’t transfer the account from Verizon to ATT. Had to go to service desk to have charges reversed and woman at the service desk was beyond rude! This place is probably fine if you need deodorant or toilet paper, but avoid at all costs if you are looking for competent service. I would seek out a Kmart instead.

Relatively clean hard to find a close parking spot

Drive up option was the easiet, most convenient & efficient thing I’ve ever done! It was -15 degrees and I left my home and was able to run to Target to pick up a bag of dog food without ever leaving my car! She brought it right to my back seat and put it in for me! Scanned a verifying barcode on my phone, and I signed a line on hers! Amazing! I waited at the designated parking spot for maybe 45 seconds tops before they were walking the 25lb bag out to me! Definitely utilizing this again!

I got yelled at by one of the managers and she created a major scene for no reason. Another manager came and helped me but the first one created such a scene that I would not go back to that store. Very poor representative for target and I am taking my business elsewhere.

This is a good Target. Its conveniently located right off 394. It has a Starbucks, but does not have a full grocery so you are more limited in brand and food choices.

Nice regular target location. Quite large for a non super target and generally Ive found it very clean and well stocked. Its target and target is well target. You get the idea.

Fine store but not well organized. Why are women’s pajamas and regular bras on the complete opposite side of the store as women’s sports bras?

So-so Target. Their groceries lack selection and the layout of the store is very confusing if you regularly shop other Targets. Not bad for a quick #Targetrun, though!

This is a nice Target not the biggest but a good size. Great amount of parking. Great helpful staff. Target is pretty mobile payment friendly. They have eir own target red wallet and Samsung pay work great. No Android or Apple pay yet.

Unfortunately, Target here at Ridgedale does not do price matches. There are no *guarantees. They do not live up to theyre word even when it is posted literally on the wall behind the service counter.As well as online, on Target site the product was listed for $2 less than the shelf price. If I picked it up after ordering it online it would have been the same thing anyways.. (Yes, i may be a cheap skate but I work hard for my pay. So, $2 higher price matters to me.) What a joke. It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Thank you very much Target. I will not be back.

Target is my favorite place to shop. Friendly and helpful staff, quality products, great prices. I use my Target Red card and the Cartwheel app to save even more.
