Very knowledgeable and thoughtful salesperson, with absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. She continued to give me information until I found exactly what I wanted and then arranged a sale at my convenience. I haven’t slept on my new bed yet, but I’m hopeful that it will meet my needs .BTW - in the last two months I’ve purchased and had to return two different traditional mattresses because the sales people did not have the information that the Sleep Number person had. Hopefully, this will end much better than my other mattress purchasing experiences.

Totally awesome experience. Great treatment at store, by a great knowledgeable bold and chic Manager offering an amazing product. As a Veteran is sometimes difficult to find bold and kind people that will like to listen to situations that we experience in our past. She was treating me with excellency through the development of our conversation. I am very satisfy, because I return to a Company that is using innovation and scalability to offer a better product improving such; from great to greater. The 25 year warranty is fake, they adjust the percentage of coverage down each year. I’m shocked at the quality issues we’ve had with a $10k bed in less than 3 years.

This mattress is just a great bed to sleep on. The great part is that relatives that also have these beds and its simple to just plug in your sleep number into the controls and away you go. A perfect nights sleep awaits you with the purchase of this mattress

Our salesperson Peggy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the selection of our 2nd Sleep Number bed. Our first bed was 25 years old and the technology has improved quite a bit. I love these beds and will be a customer for life:)

Nick C was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained in detail our options, but in no way pressured us to buy. He spent a lot of time with us answering questions and allowing us to talk privately as well. We did purchase a bed and I know will not regret it.

Was in the store on Monday cash in hand ready to purchases a C2 bed and could not get anyone to help me. I am a younger guy so I was passes up and ignored. I was in the store for an hour sales people would start to help me and as soon as a couple or an older individual came in they left me to help them. It was ageism pure and simple. If any younger people are looking at getting a Sleep Number Id say rethink it. You will be treated poorly.

Stay away from this store!The salesman sold me a bed with a combination of options that sleep number doesnt actually offer. When the bed arrived it was not the bed I had ordered. I contacted support and they refused to offer a full refund. I feel like I was scammed. Stay away from this store and from Sleep Number!

Right now, I lay on top of a $6k, albiet worthless, air mattress, knowing full-well that writing a scathing review about it, is better use of my time than trying to sleep on this scam of a bed, from this scam of a company.After our NIGHTMARE trial period, it was like Sleep Number said gotcha now and began offering even less service, support, care, or urgency to our serious concerns. Weve invested several thousands of dollars on a product that well never see a return on. And Ill warn you right now, its as if Sleep Number does not care about anything other than lining their billion dollar pockets. This experience has been the *worst* Ive had as a consumer - no exaggeration needed.Dont walk away from this purchase - RUN.The only way I would ever recant is if Shelly Ibach, the President and CEO personally called me and offered a full refund of the *entire* purchase and arranged for its pick up tomorrow. Shelly - I would rather sleep on the floor than endure another night on this bed. Please make it right.

Tony was extremely knowledgeable about the whole sleep process, as well as how the Sleep Number beds, and pillows, help to deliver a solid sleep experience. We walked out with an i10 Sleep Number bed and a few pillows.
