Used their love it warranty to get a better nights sleep. First mattress was to firm, swapped for more comfortable one. love ❤ it.

I cant remember all the names, but this mattress buying experience could not have been better. From the salesperson who helped us when we walked in the door to the two great guys who delivered our mattress, it was all the epitome of incredible customer service. Highly recommend!

Store manager here was very helpful and walked me thru all the different mattresses they produce and I got to lay on them to test the comfort levels.

Jed helped me find what I needed and it was just the best customer service. Knowledgeable, helpful, goes over all bed options and what you get with each.Make sure to state where your bed is in the house. It’s possible the frame or bed won’t fit. I’m paying for a second delivery fee due to this and have to wait a week for a new bed. I paid $75 for a pillow to be delivered to my house today.

Very knowledgeable salespeople. Helped me choose the right bed for my guest room at a great price. Delivery was the next day and went very smoothly. The delivery people were in and out in 5 minutes and set up the bed exactly where I needed it! I have 2 other beds from this store. They are high quality and very comfortable!

Jed was very helpful. However mattress did not work for me, with back problems. I regret not looking into return policy as I am now out $1,186.00 and cannot even get them to come get the mattress. I feel you could have at least someway to just pick up mattress to donate for customer that has major back issues sleeping on your mattresses.

I really regret buying this mattress. After 6 months there is a 1/2 inch sag in middle. Ive only slept on bed 14 nights in the 6 month period. they came out and denied warranty blaming my bed frame which I had not even used yet being it was brand new from hom furniture. so now I have a 1500 dollar bed thats garbage and they want me to pay to upgrade 25% of old bed plus difference of new bed and more deliver fees what a scam. I even called within first 30 days and Jed the salesperson told me to give it another few months to break in just so they could deny my warranty claim at a later date instead and put blame on my new bed frame I just purchased and hadnt used yet.
