Bought the Gummi bears, Great product, love their Mai tai flavor,, but I had an awful time with one of the staff. Apparently the store was closing an hour earlier than planned and instead of telling me as I walk in 5 minutes before there new close time, they tell me after the store is closed. I quickly made my way to the register only for the cashier to rudely tell me were closed but I guess well do it. Had I been grabbing anything other than Gummi bears I would have put it away and left, but the Gummi bears would have been thrown away and I would have felt worse. Honestly put a sign up or close the gate if you close in 5 minutes, I wouldnt have come in otherwise.

Went here with my friends and we got our cards stolen. They had charged about $40 on each cards and my bank did an investigation which proved the cards had been stolen. Very common, be careful!!! Wouldve put 0 stars if I could!

Recent billing issue aside, I still love this place. A little pricey but they always have something new for me to try and I never leave dissatisfied.Side note, they handled the billing thing very well in my opinion. Mistakes happen

I use to love this store. Ive even recommended it to family and friends, but now I deeply regret it. Me and other family members have been charged a combined $40 when we havent been to this store since October 2020. I had to cancel my debit card and Im still waiting for a refund. They wont answer their phone and Im done supporting this store. From now on if I get a sweet tooth I will make the drive to Cany Land.

Nice staff but high prices, gross candy, and double charging. I got a mix and match bag that cost me $30 and I basically threw it right in the trash. Even the basics like gummy bears and plain chocolates tasted really off.Also, recently me and the other people I went with were re-charged despite not having been there since May. Thankfully, I was able to get my money back but it’s pretty crazy I was nearly charged an additional $30 for something I neither ordered nor enjoyed the first time.

I havent been here for almost a year due to it being overpriced for candy you can find cheaper elsewhere, I was charged when I bought it and just got charged again a couple days ago. To find out other people are also having this problem too without any help from the owners is absolutely ridiculous. This isnt how you should be running a business.

It was great. A large selection. But a little over price. Cannot buy as much as I wanted.

Great place to visit. Super friendly and very high-end candies of all sorts. Pretty expensive, though, so be prepared to spend some money. If you are in the mall, stop by!

I haven’t been to this store in a year and I got a charge on my card from this store recently. They don’t answer your calls or return your voicemails to refund money I didn’t spend.

The prices are over the top, but the candy is a rare treat and my wife works there as a purveyor of sweetness, so how could I not love it when I love her with all my heart? Conflict of interest aside, the candy is very tasty, the macrons are amazing (try pistachio), but none of them are worth the exorbitant prices (well, maybe the pumpkin smores bark ...... maybe) except for special occasions or if youre wealthy. Or if your significant other works at the place. That helps.

I wasnt gonna write a review because I didnt think anything of this place but now I am. I got charged 40 dollars for something I didnt pay for 2 months after I went there. The candy was bland and gross and the place was unsanitary. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else. Managers dont even have a phone to answer calls.

The store is clean and well organized. Their staff was friendly as well as helpful. Some of the items they sell do not have the prices listed. I recommend you ask for the price before you go to purchase because their prices are high.

I would give 5 *****, if it would be old crew who worked there before pandemic. The store had amazing crew, who was giving great customer service. When the store opened again, those people werent there.Whoever the company hired, doesnt know how to behave or how to treat a customer. As a loyal customer, the new person, was asking me every time, when I walked in a store, if I want to work there. After 3 or 4 times, I said, No!. Thank you. I have a job!, she said: You would fit perfect here. I said: No. I am just a customer. It was disrespectful and humiliating. The person doesnt know how to hire, or network, if she really need to hire a help. When I came to refill my basket, which should be free with all the points, I accumulated, she wanted to charge me $37.00. In the middle of figuring it out, she rudely dropped me, and start helping a couple who walked in, and without paying attention that she works with me, a customer, walked out from register. She start answering their questions and calling to corporate, to figure out, how to do things right. Finally, I said:Its very rude and bad customer service, to drop one customer in the middle, and start helping the other. I am on limited time, and need to go back to work. She was very hyper. Run back to register. Didnt know what to do, and called to corporate again. They told her what to do. She didnt give me mall discount, which I am eligible. Its ok. When I asked for a phone for corporate, it was ignored. She didnt give it to me. She canceled my transaction 2 times, and was starting it over. She thru receipt in front of me. No Thank you.😊, run away to finish helping couple. I was a very loyal and good customer and refer to this store a lot of my fellow friends and mall employees. Whatever the company hired, need a huge improvement on how to treat a customer and know what to do at the register. I am in customer service for many years, and that behavior is unacceptable. BTW, a lot of peanuts, cashews, pecans and other items, tasted stalled and old, even for free. Do they check for expiration date? And..., what happened to original crew, that worked here before pandemic. I guess, I dont see much change in service if I come again to get some refills for candy. These days, companies have a difficult time to hire people. Just anybody, who opens the door. Luck of training too. I use this store out of convenience, not due to customer service, sometimes.

Lots of cool and diverse choices of sweets. Fair prices were a nice surprise, considering the upper class feel of the store. The staff was also very helpful. I will definitely be going again and I dont even like sweets.

Every employee Ive met here has been really nice. Their candy selection is extreme! They have bulk candy and candies from all over the world. They have truffles and fresh chocolates and boutique soda pop!

Ridiculous prices.

A great selection of candy from things when you were young to todays treats. Love the counter but always forget about the truffles and macarons. We have bought a lot of gift chocolate for individuals from here. I do wish they had more allergy friendly selections. When gifting chocolate, I wish it was allergy friendly. We recently received a chocolate gift from friends who had visited south Africa and all the chocolate varieties were gluten free and nut free - way easier to gift!

There is the biggest selection of candy and some very unique candy as well. For example, there were energy gummy bears. Its a really cool place. I would recommend checking it out because there are more types of candy than you could think of. The only reasons I didnt give it five stars are because I didnt like the taste of the milk chocolate and its expensive.

Lots of great candies.The refillable containers are the way to go if youre going to be in more than once.Prices around $8-$10 per pound depending on your container.Also truffles and macaroons and other things of that sort.

Very different variety of candy sold here; many choices. It brought back lots of memories of candy from my childhood. Store associates were friendly and helpful. For me personally, this is somewhere I would go maybe a few times a year only because of the price. My budget doesnt allow me to indulge as much as my kids may like.

We have shopped at various locations of this company after finding them in Dallas several years ago. This was the most disappointing visit to date. The candy we got this time did not taste fresh and the chocolate covered nuts tasted stale. The chocolate covered Oreos I purchased had the white film of older chocolate but that was on me for not paying attention. I live 250 miles away and work this in as a destination stop on our trips to the cities, but as I have a gourmet chocolate maker close to my home I don’t know that I will continue to do so as my chocolate there is made on site and always fresh.

It had a bunch of candies that I hadnt seen for years! They had a Harry Potter collection! I would have bought everything. But I lacked the money

There is a great variety of candies beyond what I would expect to find in a normal grocery or box store. There are sections for imported candies and goodies that were a lot of fun for stocking stuffers this year!

Definitely looks better than the taste of the goodies under the glass case. Decided to try 1 macaron to go with my coffee. 1 baby macaron was like $3. It was the most dry and hard macaron I have tried. Very disappointed. Appears they dont go thru business fast enough and some things arent fresh.

You can find some very unique Andy and lollies and Pops that you cant find anywhere else. Very nice and helpful staff. Samsung pay works at the store Apple and Android pay however do not.

We were at Ridgedale location for the 1st time yesterday. I thought this store was not only beautifully displayed but the candy we bought was top notch goumet. A little too pricy for my taste and Im not sure I would purchase any of the gift sets because of it but I would certainly come back again for a treat or a special touch to a gift that Ive already purchased
