I have visited numerous Rockler locations in the lower 48 and this is by far the nicest. The employees are all a delight and offer insightful and honest feedback. Store was very clean.

What I like about Rockler is the salespeople are very knowledgeable about what I need for a particular project and then where the item is in the store. I love efficiency!!

I can’t say enough good things about Rockler. I had a problem with my cabinets peeling and the folks at Rockler were able to find me a solution using wood veneer and staining it to match my cabinets. They were knowledgeable and very patient with all of my questions. The cabinets look great now and the stain they suggested matched perfectly. I highly recommend!!!

From the T nuts I needed to secure table legs to the table, to the recommended 15/32nd hole to drill and the bit to use in hardwood. They did everything except drilling the holes.Great Products, friendly knowledgeable staff helped me make this table more secure than original. Thank you

Randy answered all my questions and steered me in the right direction for the project I explained to him, on my agenda.I was looking for an option I thought I needed, but he showed me a better way, and it actually saved me a fair amount of $$$.I’m always amazed at the “inventions” Rockler has to help make projects go much easier, & a while lot more fun I might add.I’ll be back for more “help” in the future !Thanks guys

I always enjoy going to Rockler. The staff is very knowledgeable, well trained and friendly. I found everything I was after in stock,even a week before Christmas.Prices are competitive with online. They do have a great online shopping experience as well, I just decided to visit the store instead.Many tools and accessories are on display so you can handle them in person. They also have a small shop on-site for demonstrations and classes.Very good company to work for and shop at, highly recommended.UPDATE 12/22/20:Stopped by store at 5:59 and they are locking doors. Closed 1 hour earlier then regular hours due to covid. Im sorry, but covid doesnt care when you close. Its Christmas, people want to shop at your store. In the last 7 minutes 3 customers went to a locked door.

Went there for the first time and wished I had discovered it sooner. They have a lot of tools that you wont find at Home Depot or Lowes. Chuck was awesome in helping me find particular items I needed and provided me with good suggestions. The exotic woods selection is pretty good, but there were some woods that I wanted in a particular size and they were out of it, but I made due with what they had. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be back in the future.

Went to this store to find wood carving tools and was going to ask for help finding a product so told them what I was making and they assumed that I would need help learning how to make it and assumed that I didn’t know how to make it and they didn’t even ask me if I needed to know how to make it. So they kept telling me on and on and on how to do it and didn’t give me a chance to say anything. They never told me what carving tools to get so I just bought the ones they had. Also cashier asked me for my information without telling me what it was for. Very sexist experience.

Great little store with lots of unique items for all your woodworking projects!

Purchaced 2 sets of drawer slides. Installation wasnt to bad. Will be going back for a couple more.

These guys are great. They will take the time to help you no matter how new to Woodworking a person is. They were very patient with me and explained to me what I needed or didnt need and why. If you are into Woodworking you really need to see them.

I picked up a Jet drill press from this location this afternoon. Rod, I believe his name was assisted me from the phone call to the closing the sale and then helping me load it up in my truck. He made the process informative and smooth. Because of the continued great service, my business and I will continue to shop at Rockler. Not really what I had in mind when I searched for a hardware store. Plenty of tools - especially if you are really into woodworking - but not a whole lot of hardware beyond parts for the cabinetry that they sell under their own name. I was hoping to find some screws for a cabinet I was putting together but nothing they had was what I was looking for and I couldnt get an employee to come offer help for anythng. Their demonstration area does seem appealing, if I had time to watch a demo that might be fun but none was happening while I was there.

Being a woodworker myself, I love this place. They have the highest quality products and something for every level of wood working. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and if they do not have what you need, they will help to locate. I would recommend this location and brand.

This was my first visit since the store was remodeled. I like the new layout. Took a while to find what I came in for but thats on me because I didnt ask for help. I was enjoying looking around and there is a lot to enjoy. A good store made better.

The Good: If youre a woodworked, this is basically paradise. The store is amazing and they have every you could want. One of the employees I worked with was very, very helpful.The Bad: After driving 20 minutes to get another can of top coat. They said they only had one pint left and checked the back and that was it, so we bought that pint. We ran out and we were in the area the next day so I called to ask if they had gotten anymore in. The employee told me We have one pint left which I thought was unlikely since we had been there yesterday and he said they hadnt gotten any more in. I asked We were in yesterday and bought the last pint, are you sure its the same kind? and was told in a snippy voice I have it in my hand, Im not sure what your question is.A store cannot be expected to have everything in stock all of the time, but a customer who drives a total of 1h20m in two days to shop at your store should be treated, at the very least, with the benefit of the doubt when they ask a followup question knowing that either 1) They were not given the correct information when they were in the store or 2) Something is incorrect and there is no more of that specific product.
