Great experience at this store. Very helpful customer service and they made me excited about buying my new bag. I personalized it with my initials and was extremely pleased. I used to buy coach bags but since coming to Tumi in ridgedale mall. I will never go back to coach. Thanks Guys.

Wouldn’t believe it... but a dog ate my wallet... carbon fiber wallet. Two days after it was given to me. I was devastated and went into Tumi expecting them to say that they do not cover accidents. To my surprise and gratitude I was met with the friendliest staff who were quick to help. A week later I am walking out of the store with my brand new wallet, as weary as ever of teething dogs. Thank you Tumi and thank you customer service. Great company and one I will continue to shop with for the rest of my life! I wish my teachers were as forgiving about dogs eating my things!

Tumi RIDGEDALE is where youll want to go for all your Tumi needs. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. They spend all the time you need to make the right purchase. Do yourself a favor and ask if Linda happens to be working that day - shes the woman who helped me and was AMAZING!
