I came in and 1 hour after I got here I was walking out with my new vehicle. I read the reviews before coming and was a little bit skeptical about purchasing a vehicle here, but people in the reviews are posting bad reviews because they didn’t make their payments and got their vehicle repo’d or are mad because the dmv charges for new plates, I mean what do you think would happen? lol. Anyway, I totally recommend Guru Auto Sales if you have low or no credit and need a vehicle, this is the place to go👌🏼

The worst experience everI would not recommend this place to anyone nobody knows what’s going on…The owner tells me that he will call me when my hard plate is in so it’s 30 days later I call him he tell me I need to pay for my hard plate today which it is Wednesday an it will be here by Friday…Now I’ve purchased a few cars in my life time I offed to pay for my tags at the time of sale an he said no wait till I get the tag now today he need the money…Had the car for one day and the next day it didn’t start bad battery but they said they checked everything an that was a lie…so ladies especially be careful please ask for car fax before you sign anything I didn’t get mine till after even though I asked for it a few times an yes it has a savage title been in an accident so please be careful at this place don’t go there.

Put a deposit down to hold a truck. I asked if I would get the refund if I changed my mind and the lady told me No, were holding it for you and we would give it back if there was something wrong with it, but theres NOTHING wrong with it. When I got there, the truck was pretty much as described. When I test drove it, there was a check engine light, didnt worry me too much as I wouldve found the code later. When test driving the vehicle, it wouldnt go above 25 mph, 3,000 RPMs, wouldnt switch from park to first, and wouldnt switch out of first gear. I was told I need to shove something into the hole next to the gear shifter to shift it out of park as thats a new security feature. Even if i was at the IQ level they thought I was at, I still wouldnt believe that nonsense. Brought the truck back from the test drive pretty disappointed but they assured me they would have answers and would call a mechanic. This mechanic was actually the vehicles owner. A private seller working with the dealer to sell the truck. The whole time tried belittling me and telling me I dont know anything about cars as hes sitting there hard reseting the truck by disconnecting the battery for a short period of time. At that point I had enough, I demanded my deposit back in which they told me they would as soon as the manager came in to apologize to me. We sat there for an hour with no manager in site. Eventually demanded my money back and left. Two days later, they call me telling me how someone is trying to buy the truck and I have first dibs. I assume theyre lying, but if anyone out there is looking for a reason to not trust this dealer, this is your sign to look elsewhere and save yourself time and money.

Went to check out a car at Gurus, when I asked to test drive it the salesman said they only allow test drives for people who apply for financing and are approved for the car, he said it was company policy. This to me sounds like a sunk cost trap where they pull your credit, now theirs a hard inquiry on your score, now you invested some of your credit score to a car that you dont even know you would like or know if it even works properly. Really really shady, I would recommend going somewhere else, theyre plenty of dealerships on that road that allows you to test drive the car without a hard pull on your credit

However the finance manager called me this Tuesday and told me that the bank didn’t finance me lastnight my car was repoed today I went to the dealership to see what other options was available for me the finance manager told me there’s no other options & I cannot get a refund back from my purchase!!!! My friend has recently purchased a 2017 car and now he is having issues with receiving the title and now he is unable to get a tag for his car. When his first paper tag expired he went back to the dealership and asked about his tag. They tried to charge him for another paper tag but he explained that he hasn’t even received the title yet. They started to give him a run around saying that they are going to transfer the title to him so that he’s able to get his tag. His second paper tag is now expired and he’s still questioning them about his title and tag. When he called the first time the lady on the phone said the tag was ready and to call back in an hour so that she can look for the tag. An hour passed and when he called again a different lady answered the phone and said there was no record of his tag being ready and asked if he paid his car off. He already paid off the car in full and anyways that has nothing to do with receiving the title and the tag. They refuse to help and show no concern in solving his problem. They have made no attempt to call him back. He has to always call and when he does they tell him that they’re busy and can’t help his situation at the moment. THIS PLACE IS A HEADACHE. If I could rate it no stars I would. They are very unorganized.

If I could rate this with a zero star I would. Horrible customer service and no professionalisms what so ever. I drove from south Dade to see a car after speaking to them. They told me that the car was there but when I arrived about an hour later, a tall heavy set guy told me that it was not available any more. He said that it had been sold days ago. Did not try to help with anything else. No apologies. Just walked away as if he had something better to do and I was holding him up.

They answered all my question and got exactly what I wanted. They specifically ordered me a 2019 Dodge Ram. Had a great experience with the people at Guru.

They used to be called Auto Plus before the closed and opened under a new name. I got a car from them one I loved very much back in September of 2018 car didnt last a month, I didnt have a problem with that as long as the major issues were addressed. Like the bald tire I had and the car shutting down in the middle of the highway. A month and a half in Im on my way to work and couldnt go any further and was stuck on the highway. They sent a tow truck to pick up the car. My stuff and everything still inside took it back to their shop and said they were gonna get it fixed. I called multiple times after that. Family, friends tried contacting them. Even stopping by. Finally they just cut all communications. The sign on the shop was changed. I had no car they took my money and I lost my job because it was difficult getting to work paying $50 each way through uber and not being able to keep up.

It was a pleasure to visit Guru Auto Sale today. I experience outstanding customer service with all the sale associates there. Bernie is amazing. He was very helpful and honest with helping me finalize my sale. Im very please with my selection. 😊

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I came to this place in need of a car, referred by a family friend. My service with Ernesto in buying the car was nothing short of exceptional. That I can say. However, Paulina the receptionist has to be one of the most unprofessional and incompetent people I have ever encountered in a business setting. For starters the amount of disorganization on her desk is baffling. There are papers and files every where. Secondly, I have my banking information on file so that my car payment can be taken out of my account automatically every month on the due date. I have to call and remind her to take my payment. I did not do so this month just to see how they would respond to it and she had the nerve to charge me an late fee because she did not do her job. It is unfortunate that due to the irresponsibility of one person this company is probably loosing an insane amount of business. Due to her and her alone, I honestly am thinking of trading my car into another dealership and taking something else out just to cut ties with this company all together. I can not fathom how in the world this woman is still employed and running most of this business. It is a true shame.

Originally was told 9500. Then after setting a time to visit, wanted to confirm a rough idea on pricing since it would be 2hr drive for us. And was told GAURANTEED roughly 8000-9500. After driving and getting to a very poor overall location, lot, safety, etc. and poor initial service very unfriendly. Gave us a price of 5,500 roughly for a trade. Complete waste of time, terrible employees and upper management, location, and over priced hack job cars

Best car buying experience

I am disappointed at Bernies dishonesty. I caught the bus from work, to the bank, and then to Guru Auto Sales after speaking to 2 different associates about a specific car I wanted to purchase. I did not want to waste my time, which is why I called ahead. I was sent a text message with the address. I even called back to verify the location. I was told two times that the cars that I wanted were available. When I got to the location, I was greeted by a friendly front office person. When Bernie finally started to assist me, I showed him pictures of the cars that I saw on Craigslist and their prices, he then stated he just sold those cars and he no longer had them. I told him that I had just spoken to him over the phone to verify that the cars where available (I was only about 35 minutes away). He stated that I could not have spoken with him; I must have spoken with the other guys but I even asked him for his name over the phone and he said his name was Bernie. He then proceeded to tell me that he could help me in a few minutes. He would look up the list of cars that he had for the exact price that I wanted. I even told him my capped price, and I said everything had to be included in that price and he said okay. When I came back, I was assisted by a different person who lackadaisically showed me cars that I did not even want. The models where older but the prices where more than what was advertised on the cars that I saw on Craigslist. It was then that I realized they could not have been selling those cars on Craigslist for the prices that were advertised when this guy was showing me older models that were even more expensive. I also realized that Bernie had lied to me only to get me to sit down in hopes that I would be desperate enough to end up leaving with some car. Unfortunately, I am not the typical guest. I called in advanced and told them exactly what I wanted because I catch the bus and I did not want to waste my time. Bernie should have been honest with me and the other guy I called the first time should have been honest with me as well by telling me that they did not have those vehicles so that I would not have wasted my time catching 2 buses to get to their location and 2 buses to get back home. Needless to say, I left without purchasing a car.Update:I am not a competitor and you know it. A competitor would not be this detailed in fabricating an entire experience. I am a customer who came in after speaking with you and another person over the phone about a car, which I was able to purchase from another place of business because they have a better understanding of what it means to be HONEST with their clients.

The cops said the only thing I can do is take them to court so I was left with no option but to cooperate with them to avoid going through more hassle I sent them proof of me removing the bad review about my damaged car then they set a appointment with me to come in and get the car back I came in and they charged me $980 and claimed it was for repo fees and loss of business from my review so I had to pay them in 2 different payments to get my car back.. when I got it back a lot of parts were replaced with old damaged parts now I have no choice but to take them to court.. You’ve Been Warned!
