Although I never saw it in person their team did a great job with providing photos, videos and keeping me updated throughout the whole process. This was literally the ONLY dealer that didnt lie to me and actually had the truck that I called about on their lot...the truck is in great shape and I got a good deal but the honesty is what genuinely had me sold. CRASHED CAR DO NOT TRUST! Be careful, I asked a few times if truck had any accident, the sales person said NO, IF HAD ANY ACCIDENT, IT WAS NOT REPORTED BECAUSE IT WAS VERY SMALL I checked twice and the truck was all damaged from the front to the side. It was visible and the salesman was trying to hide it.

Buyer beware Run dont walk away from this place. Very dishonest! Put a down payment on a van that the ad stated refrigerated and after looking in person noticed the refrigeration was not there they said would have done by Tuesday. Two weeks later after callling endlessly and put a down payment I was told I wasnt calling the right # although we talked many times on the cell phone. They refuse to give our deposit back after not fixing the van and was still sitting on the lot. We just wanted our money back to move on since they didnt do the job and they refused!

When it comes to great customer service. WIAS has the top of the line. I have been to many different dealers shopping around for a 15-17 Mustang. Every single dealership is just trying to get you to sign to any car and get you out. When I came here I was sat down offered coffee treated like a valued customer. When I asked all my questions I wasn’t responded with an eye roll like all used car sales do when asked a lot of questions. The process was smooth and I found the car I had been searching for months 2017 mustang eco boost. I couldn’t be happier with the way they treated me from start to finish. They had all paper work ready carfax, financing options, available gap insurance. I didn’t feel forced I felt helped. I Have already recommend my friends and family to come buy from west international auto sales. There effort is un matcahble.
