FedEx always sucks and this is not the first time where they do false claims to attempt the delivery and nobody was there at home . They never ring a doorbell or leave any note and made me drive 30 mins to the warehouse and stood in the freaking line just to get my overnight important package …
I love this place because they are kind and they make sure your package has been shipped on time since its a FedEx Center. Whenever you go to the drop-off stops you have to make sure that you didnt miss the pick up times. You dont have to worry about that here.
2 star because the lady at the counter was apologetic and nice. But the fed ex is worst at delivering the packages. Attempted the delivery before the business hours. I understand. On my app it said “you can go and pick up the package after 12.30”. I went to go pick up the package and it was not at the center and on the vehicle. I went at 5.00. Fed ex never understands that the package was an overnight shipment. So it has to be at the place on time. This is not the first time this has happened. Every other package they delay it for no reason.

Incompetent delivery drivers. Marked my package undeliverable due to incorrect address. Called shipper and fedex they have my correct info on file.
Unbelievable waste of my time. I went over to this office to pick up my package after the Fedex driver lied about attempting to deliver the package. It is late and I am leaving town tomorrow. I was sitting in my office which has a window looking at the front door so I know with certainty no one attempted to deliver a package to me at 1:56 pm. I get you lied so you could claim you weren’t late but one thing I cannot abide is liars. So after wasting my time driving here to get the package: they were so slow and rude, particularly the older woman, at this office I gave up on the package. I totally recommend DHL. I will never willingly use Fedex again.

Employees lie about where the package is, Susan Beth was negligent with the way she handled our package. we were treated disrespectfully and at the end they want to sned back the box to the orginal destination. WORST FED EX IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I have so much patience, this fed ex failed to deliver my packages 3 times in a row!! And I paid for express shipping according to the driver I was not home which I was and no note was even left. This place needs a serious change of leadership! And maybe even drivers!!! So disappointed Ive never have had problems with fed ex, but this might of made me never be a customer again.

If I could give this place and its whole institution 0 stars I would. They attempted delivery at the residence where the mail was going. Mind you, I paid about $70 for express next day and they didnt even try to deliver it. Next, me and the recipient spent about 3 hours trying to get them to redeliver or allow another person to pick it up. The manager Mark Hoffner/Hoffman was very nasty and rude did not let me speak my grievances nor did he care about releasing my mail although it had been noted by a previous customer service person to do so. Very unprofessional, I will never use FedEx again. 0 Stars.

Fedex is holding my package hostage, for over a week. I ordered through Amazon and Fedex attempted to deliver before xmas when I was working and not home. Once I never received it by xmas morning I called and told them to hold it at the pines location by my house so I could go pick it up on my own on the next business day. Well its currently at the miramar location which is 2 miles away from the pines location where its been sitting since before xmas. Its literally sitting there and when I went to go pick it up they refused to give it to me because its set to go to the location by my house. Its been set to go there for over a week. Tomorrow is new years eve and my wife has still not received her xmas gift. This is a horrible business and I will never rely on them for anything. Please make sure you know who is sending your package when you order from Amazon so that you dont buy from someone using Fedex to send.
This place lack work ethic from management to deliver driver to the office staff, driver didnt even attempted to deliver my package and decided to put it as if it was a business and it was close so it wouldnt have to go deliver it to leave early and the office staff to lazy to look for. So I am supposed to receive a package today, I switch my day off to make aure I am home all day long, shiws package in truck @9am waited the entire day and at 7:45pm package is back at this facility, Spike to customer service and they have no clue why the package was not delivered, now I am will not be home for a whole week, which now when they attempt to deliver the package it will go back to the sender which was a blackfriday product and now they will not be able to send me the same item for the same price, juat because the drive decided not to deliver the package, I have nothing but issues every time I use FedEx and they all come from this location.. Thank you for nothing Fedex...

Older lady is rude. She measured my package wrong and charge me more I told her she was wrong and she told me she goes by what her measuring tape says. I know what size box so use it does not add an extra inch automatically when you bring it to FedEx. Double check your receipts good luck calling the number because it doesn’t work

Worst service ever. I purchased an order with Apple and it was shipped to an old address. I admit that’s my fault bc I forgot to change it to the new one. But if Apple sent millions of request to change or hold it and FedEx said that they haven’t receive any request. But after trying to pick up and a back and forth conversations with both companies. I decided for them to return it back to Apple bc the FedEx agent advise me that it will be send back that same day. I told Apple there’s no point to keep with this situation. When Apple send the request to return it. FedEx immediately got the msg and few hours later the package was being send back to Apple. but couldn’t get the millions msg one apple already send. That’s why I give this company and location one star for their unprofessional and miscommunication with Apple. Blaming Apple will not solve FedEx situation when apple was doing their part. As you can see I couldn’t get the package and had an awful day with FedEx. They should update their system.

I needed help with mailing a package. The man working there was the friendliest person Ive encountered in the year since we moved to Florida.He was professional and extremely helpful.It was so refreshing to have great customer service.
Came to this location two days in a row and both days I came in, I was just trying to get my package via a door tag left on my door. I think what I needed is pretty simple compared to the other 10 people in the small office that’s trying to ship packages and ETC. both times I came in the service was Extremely slow. The workers act like they don’t want to be there and they move slow. For the holiday season you guys should have more workers in this office and someone designated to Door tags and package pick ups because I should have to wait for 30 mins just to get a package that should’ve been delivered to my home and not taken back to the station.
I live in a gated community. The driver didn’t even try to deliver my package. I had a very important envelope that needed to be delivered on a specific day that I paid overnight shipping for that was suppose to be delivered yesterday. I got an email saying a delivery attempt has been made, my envelope is at the facility. You don’t have to sign for an envelope, why wasn’t it placed it just placed in the mailbox? So I drive all the way to the location to retrieve my envelope and because I had an out of state id, I was told I couldn’t pick it up, despite showing her an old picture of my Florida license, and showing a tracking number, with the referencing email. When you switch your id over in another state, they retain the id you give them. I had to pull through an bank statement at the last minute to retrieve this document that they didn’t try to deliver. Otherwise it would have been in my mailbox like any other time. This excursion was a waste of time for no reason.
Always find bad customer service here. FedEx should take close look at training their counter staff

If there was an option for 0 stars that would describe my experience more accurately. I am beyond stressed about how inefficient and rude the staff is, I am home all day, sitting next to the door waiting for this package but my package was not delivered in neither of the 3 days they “try” to deliver it again; they lie and say fake times in which they tried to deliver but clearly did not or else I would’ve finally had my package and not have to go through this very annoying ordeal. Clearly no one there wants to do their job that THEY GET PAID TO DO. Horrible and rude staff who treat customers like they are a nuisance. Truly a terrible experience.
Went here on Friday, just 2 customers the wait time was extremely long. But when customers serves rep came she was so apologetic, and accommodating. She did her best to make sure my package got off in a timely manner. Besids the wait that day the overall service is super good.

Horrible, people who work for Fed ex should all be on the same page when giving the correct information. Wasted our time sending us to a drop off station that does not pack the box for us, like we were told that the location we went to did pack.
The location was clean and offered rapid service, when we went on a Saturday around 12:30. We didnt experience a long wait, although there was 1 attendant and 3 or 4 people ahead of me. The store was a bit in the boondocks surrounded by other office buildings and warehouses.
Close to closing on a Saturday the customer service person was polite but not helpful.

When you ask to speak with a manager/supervisor again disrespected and told to wait for someone who never shows to address your issues. Fedex didnt deliver amazon packet. I went to office to collect and spoke to rep aged between 20-30. She said she will not give to my hand. I showed her my order details, Credit card details, Driving license, I showed Amazon app which has the same tracking number on the shipment, she still denied based on my app, driving license, bank statement. They want to make 2 attempts at my home instead of giving me, I told i will not be at home in any of the 2 attempts because I will be in office. Still she didnt consider.
I arrived and wait short time in the line, everything was organized and they have a great Customer service. My only concern is the outside of the store including the parking do not have any lights, its pitch black and thats not save for anyone.

FedEx is THE WORST delivery service with a deplorable customer service that exists. Yesterday I was suppose to receive a package from Apple which means it’s expensive. The fedex driver says it was delivered when in fact it wasn’t. He or she did not knock on my door to let me know he was there because he wasn’t. He did not come. I spent half the day trying to resolve this issue, locate my package but no one at FedEx customer service helped. One of the calls lasted 47 minutes. They couldn’t get a hold of a supervisor nor contact the warehouse to get information on the driver. All I was told is to contact the shipper which will take days to maybe receive my package. They have the rudest most unkind people working at their customer service.I also contacted the leasing office where I live n fedex had Not come Yesterday. The driver simply did not deliver my packageI implore you if you can help it DO NOT use fedex as a delivery service

I am very happy with this FedEx ship and pick up facility. Even though my package was supposed to be waiting there for only 5 days max, and I couldnt come before because I was out of the City. they kindly hold it for extra days. I found this location to be very organized and clean, and the attendant there mr. Amador its very polite and professional no only treats everyone very well . But it seems very happy working there which is very rare to find nowadays. Thank you FedEx for having people like Amador in Customer service.

Too slow. They go through way too much conversation with customers instead of quickly asking the questions required to service the next customer. Theres no defined line so everyone is randomly served. Two people skipped me after the employee came up with an imaginary end to the line. This place should be automated and the workers moved to the warehouse.

Very disappointed with FedEx service . Specially the driver l was waiting for a document since Friday. They show up on Monday but, the driver left a note on my open fence claiming that she blew the horn .who in they rigth mind blew a horn expecting the people from the house to go outside . If you make you living doing delivery get out and ring the bell or nock on the door. l make 2 trip to the fedex office to pick up my envelope.So much for Express delivery went you end up going to pick up you own delivery.

Amazing how absolutely no one here knows the shipping policy for live animals. NOT ONE! Also, they continue to openly express disgust and make rude/ threatening comments about my live-animal shipments in front of customers every time I make a drop off. Very unprofessional.

I am still to hear from them 4 days later.. I will never use fed ex and make sure to tell everyone I know not to use..
I’ve been ordering equipment from the same vendor for the past month with fedex handling all delieveries. The first time for whatever reason fedex passes my location and goes further south to have this location be my distributor. Driver punches in the address and says zip code doesn’t match. Congratulations. A package sent from a vendor who paid for 2 day shipping has resulted in 4 day shipping.And when fedex places me on hold to contact this particular location they state I cannot pickup the package because it’s in the pile for delivery for the next day and we don’t wanna sort through it. LAZY. And that concludes another fedex adventure.

I was waiting for my package to come in all morning I even paid $20 for fedex express shipping . This package was very important and worth $1,300 . The driver lied and said he attempted to deliver my package . So, now I have to drive to pickup my package god willing it’s going to there . I’m so upset something needs to be done this was the first time this has ever happen to me . Corporate needs to do some investigating on there drivers and staff . This is unprofessional and so upsetting . I looked on the reviews and see that I’m not the only one . FedEx pay attention because this is going to hurt your business.
Very rude front end personnel. They act as though they are doing you a favor by doing their job. I went in to check on a package that was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago. The lady up front told me the package was not there and that their system was down. I asked if she could have someone physically look for my package since she told me there were only a few packages at the facility, she laughed and offered no further assistance.

I went here the other morning and kept getting overlooked as they helped other customers that came in after me. The staff member was very short with and they seemed like they didnt want to talk.
I got one of the tabs to pick up my package, so I sent my husband with the SIGNED slip AND my ID to go pick it up. The lady said that she could not give it to him because we did not have the same last name even though he had my ID with him. She said that him having my ID was fraud and she refused to get the manager after he asked three times. She then threatened to call the cops because they were closing and he wanted to wait to speak to a manager. The other employees just stood there and watched. Ignorant lady and terrible customer service.

No stars. Please please please do not ship from this site. My experience was the worst ever....... No sense of urgency. Lackadaisical. Heres my story. I get to the location with my two son 11 & 1 at about six forty, line long as usual but that doesnt bother me so I join the line. We are in line so long its that my son soils his diaper. So now Im anxious to really leave. Finally my turn I walk up and Heather asked me if I filled out the form... I said what form, there arent any form out to fill out. She then rips paper says fill out this form and get back in line. Then proceeds to go to the next person who also need a form and the next. I told her, I am not getting back in line and here is my id to comply with fedex new policy as noted in the facility. Government Id must be issue when shipping packages now. She the proceeded to retrieving two customers packages. Im ready to ship my package and she walks away. i would like fedex to rethink their hiring process because Heather is a very bad look. Do not ship from here EVER!!!!!!!! FXEA
Highly disappointed. I had 2 day shipping and the package has shown being at the facility for 3 days now past the date it was supposed to be delivered. There was also an exception added saying future delivery requested which is something I DID NOT request.

Went personally to pickup a package and they refused to release it because my business card doesnt match with our warehouse address this is the most ridiculous experience ever. This was the tracking # 7365XXXX7888 that after all I decline the delivery and make it returned to sender this was after a week of the package been sitting there,,,
