Unlike other services which I wont mention *gag FedEx* I wish I got the name of the male employee who helped ring me out. We had a lovely convo while getting my parcel sorted. The person who work at the store told me if I pay $11 my mail will be arrive next day on March 29 but It wasn’t be picked up at store until April 4 (The tracking info. Showed )

They allow begging charities to stand with a table by their front door and annoy every customer who walks in. Disgusting! I come here to conduct business, not to be shaken for money.

Even with a Amazon QR code, they will charge you $3 to print. thats horrible service.

This location always maintains and safe and clean work environment for their workers and customers. The associates are always providing excellent customer service on the phone and in person. Whenever I need to get a package expedited I prefer for it to be handled directly from this location. My shipping experiences so far has been great and I would highly recommend this location to my family and friends.

Last time I had a bad experience with UPS but a client wanted me to ship with them and I went to the Miramar store. I was pleasantly surprised with Yvette. She was extremely helpful and sweet. The package was odd sized but she got it wrapped up and out the door in minutes. Fast, efficient, and personable. I will start using UPS again.

I have had really good experiences here and the staff was very helpful with our printing needs. We also appreciate the fact they take COVID 19 serious enough to have a Disinfectant application service treat the store regularly. That provides some piece of mind also, and lets me know they care about employees and customers.

Excellent staff and amazing work. I have needed things printed or mailed at the last minute multiple times and this UPS store in superior has always come through. I would recommend anyone use this store for printing/mailing/shipping. The owner and his staff Karla, Chris or Ivette have amazingly high standards and will not hand out a bad product. They have affordable prices and you can get discounts frecuently. For my realtives and I it is perfect this store. We’re working hard due to covid-19, they’re still there. The staff are always nice and courteous. Usually in and out service as long as what you require doesnt take too much time and youre not coming in early morning where theres usually one store clerk. Place is tidy, and theres a lot of space. But by far the best thing about this place is the tremendous service provided.

I have had the pleasure of interacting with almost all the staff members at this location and I have to say it is comforting to know that they actually care that my expectations are met. As soon as I walked in the store, I get greeted right away. The employee always help me with everything I need. I had to ship a package and it was a smooth process. I got out of there in less than 5 minutes. I also have a mailbox here and it has been super convenient to have.

Expensive ❗️Guy tried to charged me $4.68 to print 3 pieces of paper. I left them there with him because I print often and it’s never that expensive. I know the pricing and $1.69 per page is ridiculous. He wasn’t friendly not rude but seemed not to be working with a full deck. Won’t patronize this UPS Store and will pass on my experience.

The gentlemen working Monday night are incredibly rude when they realize theyre wrong. Or when they dont want to admit it. In front of the customer. Im not amused as Im paying over $50 on services today.

So I walked in the store like a min to 7 to find out if they do comcast drop off I was told by the clerk they close at 7 and I would have to come back. Keep in mind I was in the store and they were still tending to two ther persons. Where is the customer service.

I was charged a $10 storage fee for a UPS package that I had shipped to this UPS Store location. I have used the package pickup option at both the UPS Store and Fedex Kinkos for years and not once was I ever charged any fees. Extremely shady.

I dropped a package at this store which it has really important documents on Wednesday and paid for next day delivery for it, until today the package is still showing as not being picked up from the store and when I called the store they told me that they have no packages pending for pick up.....Really bad customer service and they lost my package, I will never use UPS to ship my packages from now on.
