I love visiting Bed Bath & Beyond for household and personal items. Their products are of good quality and are fairly affordable. Their in-store and curbside pick-up options are very accommodating and easy to set up. The staff is always very friendly and eager to help. There is always a ton of high-end products on sale or marked on clearance. Definitely worth visiting!

No one could tell me where anything was, everything seemed to be scattered in different places. I simply wanted some items for organization. I assumed this store would have more. Think i will hit amazon next time.

I came here to look for new bed sheets because my grandson keeps on peeing the bed and Jessica K refused to help me and was extremely rude I understand its on a Sunday and people are busy but there is no reason to roll your eyes at me when I ask you questions it had been a long day and my grandson was screaming so it was hard to hear her but that is no excuse to yell at me and just do her job!!! I asked her where the waterproof sheets were and she said they were in the Beyond section she was not very nice to my grandson either I think she hates children

Selection was ok. Wanted a good quality Keurig and it was all plastic. Wish quality was better especially for the prices.

Always a pleasure shopping here! Employees seem pretty happy and actually ask if you need help finding anything! Thats rare any more in retail. Although I was surprised at the lack of Christmas items as apposed to last year being in there the day before Thankgiving. I was glad to find some gorgeous hand painted platinum crystal goblets at 75% off!! Love this store!

What’s not to like. They have pretty much anything you’d need for home. Prices are good and you can’t beat the selection. Store is clean and organized. Staff is friendly.

This location always seems to be out of stock of many items or have damaged product on the shelves. Its just not a well taken care of location. They stay busy being the only store in the region but have a lot they could improve on.

The absolute best costumer service. I walked in wanting to exchange shelves that I bought for a different brand. Jim said hello, are you looking to return some items and I explained my situation. He was so kind and new exactly what I wanted and even carried the new shelves to the register. He asked if I needed help with anything else and explained my situation to the cashier. Im very grateful for the prompt service and the informative staff. I was in and out of the store with in 15mins.

Customer service is getting bad here. Walked around the store 3 or 4 times and not one employee asked if I needed assistance. Store was very messy and disorganized:(

When you call for an item and they say we have it in stock so you go to buy it and nobody knows what your talking about and they dont even have it in stock is kind of frustrating.

I find almost everything I need here for home and bathroom supplies. They carry a nice selection of foaming handsoap. Although the quality is less than Perigold, I think that the Bee & Willow brand is quite appealing.

They DO NOT carry bed frames. The name is Bed Bath& Beyond. Ive always been taught a bed frame is a major part of a bed. What part of that dont you get....Bed bath and beyond? At Home carries them... 2 stars is only because CS was very courteouse.

Bed Bath and Beyond has always been one of my favorite stores. They offer quality products at affordable prices. I recently returned a couple of items and ran into a couple of issues while doing so. One of the managers, Tim, was very quick to assist and was very pleasant throughout the process. Danielle at the mishawaka store has such a contagious high energy happy vibe! My fiance and I came in an hr before close to register for our wedding shower and we were greeted with a huge smile and tons of positive energy. She was beyond helpful and made our quick shopping trip so much fun! Even if we only had time to just sign up at the register and not even shop because we got there so late, it wouldnt have been a wasted trip because we had so much fun talking to her. I asked her for her name so I could post a review because we honestly felt like she treated us like friends not just customers. And that type of customer service is very rare and deserves to be recognized. Thank you danielle! We will be coming back to finish the registry soon!!

They had just the item we had looked everywhere for. And the staff told us how we could download a coupon to save even more. We are now signed up to receive coupons electronically. Very helpful and nice staff and good prices.

The Cashier named Harvey was awesome he saves me a lot of money, he have asked me if i have a coupon, and i wasn’t aware of it, since i was in a rush to get an espresso machine. We love this store. Saved a ton of money on our Shark vaccum today. We had excellent customer care by the floor workers, on the other hand, the young teen boy running the customer service desk today was quite rude. My husband also agreed. He needs better attitude towards customers. Other than him, this store would have had a five star. You cant expect customers to appreciate crabby and rude workers if you want them to return for business.

Are you kid n me? Almost everything you need in your household and beyond. I would be in there all day if I did not know what specific item I wanted. I did purchase a unique style natural tree slab table that had split within a month and a half. Other than that experience, I buy quality brand household items, products and textiles here. Attentive staff that is willing to heip.

Went in for a new trash can, came out with a 50$ trash can that we forget about... Thats how amazing it is. Oh, we used a coupon so it was actually $40. Service was good, helpful and store is very neat.

Has almost anything you can think of for home accessories. It is relatively hard to move around with a cart though. the aisle are a little small and they really fill up every little space with merchandise. The prices are pretty decent and there’s a lot of variety

The easy place in Michiana to register for some event (Wedding, Shower, Housewarming).But for that reason its almost like they dont seem competitive with their product offering. Its either ridiculously pricey kitchen sets (that are mediocre products based on their product reviews) or inconvenient - stylish but less functional products that still in my opinion cost too much.I wish we had a Crate and Barrel to give them a reason to try harder, but we probably dont have the customer base to justify it - yet. We will see if anything changes.
