Store is confusing, too many signs . Seemed a little high on their prices. Good selection though. It was like an Easter Egg hunt to find the restrooms.

I bought a riding lawn mover on April 28 of this year. About a month ago, the mover would no longer move in forward or reverse gear. I called Home Depot and was told I could bring it back and get a refund since they did not have a replacement. After spending a total of 3 hours hauling the mower back. I was told they would not issue a refund or fix the mower that is still in warranty. The customer service people were friendly, but no one had a clue. I got three different stories. The manager was rude. I asked for a manager that never came to speak with me. BUYER BEWARE! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL!!!!

Placed a $5,300.00 order and have it delivered. They called on the delivery date saying it won’t be delivered till next week. So I went to pick my order up in stages the next 3 days. Then noticed the 2 sizes of decking board I got were different thicknesses and widths. This did not say this on description of the product, only on the invoice. Returned one size for all the same sized pieces. Trusting the paperwork and not knowing any difference. Come to find out, they never returned my 50 pieces of 12’ decking and charged me for another 30 pieces of 16’ decking. I have been in the store with the paperwork 3 times and for the past 5 days have been told someone will call you. Nobody has and now they will not answer the phone. I will NEVER do business with this store ever again!!!! You try and be reasonable and nice and they walk all over you. Customers are not #1 here!!!! Stay away and do business elsewhere. These are the companies driving out the local guys. Big Corporate America looks at $$$$!! Not YOU!

I had a bad experience here,a worker here not once but TWICE question my integrity as if I were stealing smh, she thought I was walking out without paying...She was mistaken & DID NOT APOLOGIZE. I felt discrimination, this worker needs to be trained or learn to be more attentive & not to stereotype or to be OPENLY DISCRIMINATIVE IN THE WORK PLACE to customers. I hope she doesnt do this to her coworkers 😞

Its okay mainly do online orders. Always feel they have a limited selection in store especially raw building materials

They wouldve scored better if theyd had the items in the store to purchase. If I didnt get a condescending reception from an employee, who was obviously interrupted by us while we were looking for these items. And the tone when he told us we could order it online and have it delivered to the store for free. I got one item at a different store and yes I ordered the other item online. But, it ships to my home for free to and Ill never step foot in that store or order another item ever again. Poor customer service.

It was quite good took me a while to find a wheelie chair but then I found the drill I wanted everyone was very helpful nice clean organized shelves are all full

Home Depot has consistently delivered the best customer service and pricing for our small business. Even though they are probably the biggest chain of this type in the country, they still treat us like they care about our business (which is probably too little to even be noticeable for them). Any time I have had a problem with an item, they have gone above and beyond to solve it for me. Their app is also definitely worth using, as it tracks your purchases, allows you to make lists, assign purchases to jobs, etc. The chat feature in the app using, texting on your phone is also super convenient and easy. Ordering online and picking up in the store is convenient and typically goes smoothly. If you have a small business, its pretty easy to set up a Pro Xtra account for tax-exempt purchases and their reward program. The only area they are sometimes lacking in is lumber, but thats not enough for me to change my review. I dont know if all of their locations are as good as this one, but I highly recommend this one.

Would give negative stars if I could. Workers offer no assistance looking for anything at least at Lowes you get decent customer service.

Easy store to navigate and shop at. Hate the annoying security system on the power tool aisle. Otherwise would get 5 stars

Placed order on line. Received notification that it was received. Waited 2 hours without a response and called them to check. Said they did not have order for me but I had confirmation number and all. After she took another 10 minutes to dig, she found there was an issue with my card (I entered it incorrectly.). I was not notified by the website or the store there was an issue. Asked the clerk if it could be filled right away. She said no would take a few hours. I was very upset.Took my business elsewhere.

Good selection of grills and accessories. Prices were on par with everywhere else. Staff was helpful.

Picked up a grill. Was a great experience except for getting the propane. The kiosk was messed up. But they were able to get it fixed eventually. Still recommend them. Just dont get your propane there.

Great store decent prices just depends on what your trying to buy I go there and get there sand for my turtle tanks 50lb bag of quality sand for less then 3 bucks which is a really good deal the staff there is friendly and helpful there was alot of broken landscape rocks tht they had on the shelf and the lady working the outside area register gave me a fair deal on the price for them I think they were like 4 bucks a piece and she gave the broken ones to me for like$.50 a piece

Rude Customer service... I went to the customer service desk to pick up a special-order item. The representative was very rude and implied there was no way the item had arrived and implied that it was foolish of me to think that it was. Fortunately another employee stepped in and pointed out the error in her ways. As I was walking away she found that the item had indeed been delivered to the store. She made no attempt to apologize for her behavior. I have made repeated attempts to do business with The Home Depot each time has been increasingly more disappointing.

The store is well stocked and clean enough, but employees were difficult to find when we visited.My husband was very annoyed that the only self checkouts were available, and that there were no lanes with cashiers.

Business had signage promoting mask use but was not enforcing mask use. Staff was helpful but failed to social distance properly. Customers social distanced worse than the staff. Self check out had no option for contactless scanning, unsure about how often scanners are wiped down.

Didnt carry the brand I was wanting but they carried the color. Thanks. Cant wait for this turn out. They may not have the name your looking for but the got the product

To be honest, this store was a mess. There was product all over the aisles and in many cases blocking the shelves. Im not sure how friendly the service is. Many associates walked by me, but none greeted me. I was in looking for ladders, but I could not get into the aisle because of the carts full of product.

Refused to recycle small sealed lead acid batteries even though their website and the battery recycling bin said it was accepted. The associate manager said they would only accept power tool lithium batteries. This is undoubtedly because they can make money on on those batteries and shirk the battery recycling for the batteries that they sell, onto other stores. Very disappointed in the environmental stewardship of this Home Depot.

Beware of the horrible product delivery policy and no follow through from a management. We had ordered 16 pieces of fencing online on a Monday to be delivered on Saturday.. The stock report report stated 56, realizing that number is not always correct. They advertise on the website that you can have it delivered the next day, but the soonest delivery was Saturday. On Friday afternoon, Home Depot customer service called my husband and informed him they do not have any of the fence we ordered. They said they do not pull the product until time of the delivery and since Monday when we ordered, they had sold it all. They say they do not know when they will receive more and they have looked in the area and no one has the fence and will refund our money.I was upset, that they had not pulled our ordered and put a sold sign on it, or place it somewhere until delivery. I called the store and asked to talk to the manager. A manager answered and I explained the situation, he kept saying that he agreed with me that their policy on not pulling the product when ordered and placing on hold is wrong. He told me he would get with the supervisor and customer service and see wat they could do and call us back. No one ever returned our call. We will not use Home Depot in the future as they obviously do not need us.

When I enter a store and cant find what Im looking for I shouldnt have rude workers like the older grey haired lady whos on the heavy side, (should of gotten her name) rudely saying to me Can I help you find something? Like Im in there to steal their limited horrible inventory. After looking for a specific tool they didnt carry I went back to this same rude, miserable store lady and say yes do you have this specific brand and she says nope sorry and continues stocking like Im a mutant or something. Store employees make the entire store so when youre rude to me just once there goes me and my husbands service. Moral of this review the workers here are rude and not helpful!!

They have it all. Hardware, tools,lawn care items, cleaning products, sexy females working, electrical and plumbing supplies,etc. You name it they got it. Also easy to shoplift from here . I didnt pay for a thing.

We went to get prices on new kitchen cabinets but were told we had to have them come out and measure before they would discuss it. Fortunately Menards and Lowes do not.

Got in and out quick. Found what I needed. Fairly priced. Thats all you can ask for from a Home Depot run.

Great prices on garden planters and plants that they had so far I was expecting to pay more for the peony plants that I got there was very thrilled at their price and bought two of themI also bought the convection gas stove from them last fall, great price and the delivery people were fantastic.

I got waited on at the Customer Service desk as soon as I walked up. We had to drive to a different door to pick up my order. It was immediately brought out to us and put right in the bed of the truck. Super quick and easy!

Well first off I walk in the young lady on her phone, never looked up to Greet me or anyone else coming and going, then theres 2 guy with there cell phones, never greeted or ask if I needed help which I did, I prefer Menards where ppl are there to work and assist you and ask if the can help. Customer service Sucks!

Its a nice place, but I feel Menards gives us a little more variety. Im sorry, I just believe I get better prices at Menards. I do choose this store over Lowes if that helps 😊

My name is Sam, I came to Home Depot in hope that someone could help me with a peculiar project that I had which required someone to cut a piece of plastic to fit into a frame that another establishment would not do and because they did not have the correct equipment to cut this plastic I didnt think that home Depot could do it either but there was this one lady that was back I believe in the lumber department by the name of Kristen and I believe she was the supervisor she took this item to another department I stopped and spoke to someone and when I found her she was on the floor measuring and cutting this plastic and it made me feel so good nothing represents the holiday season like a person who shows that they really care thank you Kristen happy New Year and God bless you Thank You

Dont do online ordering its taking months and still dont have what I ordered its being processed, last item came broken not once but twice thankfully the 2nd one is still useable broke. If this wasnt the only place I could find this cabinet believe me I would not be buying from you. Cheap made products, poor service.

Home Depot contracted RAS to delivery my new appliances to my home and the combo is horrible they never showed up never called and would not answer the phone after being on hold for 32 minutes. After calling Home Depot who I bought the appliances from they were of no help and did nothing but inform me it’s not there problem because they hired this company for the deliver my appliances and I would have to call the company I will not buy anything else from home depot in Mishawaka, IN and I will be getting a refund for my appliances.

I told her I’m looking at the inventory for your store and it shows you have several. She proceeded to say they don’t carry any products like that and hung up the phone. Good stuff Home Depot.

Fast Pleasant efficient, no issues at all just as I expected.

Just left the store and ran into about 6 people not wearing masks. It was prior to lunch, so can’t imagine how bad it will be during lunch. Won’t be going back, Lowes doesn’t seem to have a problem with enforcing mask wearing.

Dont bother shopping here for appliances. My order was placed in mid October, delivery date scheduled. Was then pushed back a month as I was told items were on back order. I canceled my order 2 weeks ago. Still no refund which is ridiculous since appliance vendor is behind. I was told I would have a refund in 3-5 days. It then went from 7-10. Now Im at 10 business days and still no clue when I will receive it.

Limited inventory and selection. I could not find many items that I needed. Employees found a couple of items for me. However, could not find most. I instead went to Lowes, also limited selection and high prices compared to Home Depot. I then visited Menards and easily found everything that I needed. All items purchased were by far lower costs than both Home Depot and Lowes. Dont waste your time and money. Go to Menards first for the best selection and value.

I usually go to Lowes since it is closer to me. But on this occasion, Home Depot was the onpy place that had what I needed. To my surprise, I was extremely impressed by how nice and knowledgeable everyone was. They not only told where I could find something, they took me to where I could find the items I needed.!! Omg, I think home depot needs to hire some help. Honestly walking in I past a few associates by the front of the store, but in the lumber department, it was nothing but crickets. After searching the aisles, not only for product, but an associate found someone who told me that I can call for help at the desk up front. So I did, then waited, and had one called again, and waited, until the 2nd guy informed me, the lumber guy is on break. Oh, and btw, please fix your website, its so hard to navigate

No complaints, but nothing spectacular. I placed an order online, went and picked it, and it was available. The system worked to expectations, no complaints. As for specifics to this location, parking lot is huge. Theres a covered pickup area at one end of the building which is a nice touch.

Received the best service here last night. Last item was way up high. And I was not even sure this router table would work with the guide bearing I needed it to work with. But the gentleman got a ladder and brought it down. Carefully unpacked it to see if the pieces worked. So he scored not only the sale of the router table but also a router too. No hassel check out with friendly cashier also.Refreshing to find helpful staff these days.

The staff was helpful & could instruct me where to find the item that I was looking for. The item was in stock thankfully, because the previous store that I had been to did not have it. It was nearly closing time but they had not locked the doors early (like I was expecting) & I didnt feel rushed when I was selecting my purchase.

I like DeWalt products and Home Depot is one of only two local stores that carry DeWalt. Online they had a Special Buy item I wanted. Out of stock online and local, but website said a store near where my son travels to had some. I asked him to go out of his way to pick one up for me. He went but couldnt find the item and finally asked someone. Oh weve never had that here was the reply.Today I was looking for a cordless tool. I thought their price was a little high but saw that they will price match (with some restrictions). I found one cheaper online that meet their restrictions so went in to get a price match. Oh we really only price match with the local stores, was the reply this time.Home Depot, you suck.

Got a curbside pickup, it was fast and the person who came out to my car was polite. My only complaint is that the few curbside spaces are difficult to spot when driving into the parking lot from the south entrance. I sat for several minutes trying to figure out where to park.
