Visited this location for Mobil One Synthetic oil for my vehicle. I didn’t know the oil type I needed when I arrived so I asked the store associate for assistance. First off, she was coughing all over the place without covering her mouth. Secondly she told me the wrong oil type for my car. Not sure how that happens since she has a computer screen in front of her face. So I bought the oil type she told me and put it into my vehicle only to notice while I was screwing the cap back onto the motor oil compartment that it’s the wrong type. Now I will have to purchase another 6 quarts of oil and another filter because of this mistake. Costing me money and time. Completely dissatisfied with the quality of service I received from this Advanced Auto.

I went there just to waist sometime look around and maybe even bye so.ething cool but inside I was never greeted or asked if I needed help only talked about an watched then I went to the counter an the cashier lady with a weird name put me in her an two other workers conversation about dating and see i was very uncomfortable that was so inappropriate wrong place wrong time I didnt even want to continue with my purchase. I dont thank them three will be working there long I know I wont be going g back.

The staff at the McKinley store in Mishawaka are awesome! They were extremely knowledgeable, quick with their service, and made the whole experience more like a trip to a good friends house.

These guys were very good! They did have what we needed. But they found it at a store that was close by which was greatly appreciated of their service.

Pretty nice selection, nice staff. HOW EVER. I had purchased a premium battery with gold extended warranty. The battery wouldnt hold a charge. The *manager* told me, well its charging so we cant exchange it. Despite In the warranty for the battery ( which I paid for) it states anytime exchange. So why do you sell warranties that arent honored? Thats pretty shady. You lost Another customer. Good job

Manager tested starter wrong! Hooked it up left wire off on purpose trying to sell me a starter. I told him he did not hook it up correctly he then hooked up hot and ground wrong trying to short it out on purpose. Corporate has not responded. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Do not trust them.

The man that helped me at the McKinley store. Was not very nice and he didnt want to be there.On the other hand the Lincoln Way West store, the people that work at that store enjoy their job & it shows.If you get a chance to meet Earin ......... My go-to place for auto supplies. I pick up maintenance oils and additions here. Their service for car battery replacement is quite useful. Not only do they help give you a discount for turning in your old battery, but their staff also help check over any battery change you do yourself. Glad to have a helping ratchet for my own work on my vehicles. Top quality products and brands here as well (ex. Marvel Mystery Oil, Autocraft, WD-40, etc).

Extremely extremely extremely dissatisfied. Went to pick up a belt. Drove 20 minutes to find out the belt was frayed. Drove back just to be told they didn’t have anything and couldn’t do anything to help. Need to repair this today. Drove 40 minutes extra just to be left hanging. First and last time here

Their book was wrong on what lightbulb I needed and they wouldn’t return it and give me the correct one, $10 lost for no reason and a customer

With 5 drivers and numerous cars over the years, we have never had any kind of problem with Advance. It is the parts store we send our kids to because they get assistance with everything from finding supplies on the shelves to getting prices on parts over the phone to computer searches for parts in the stockroom. Best of all, they will install wipers, batteries, filters, and a few other items on the spot, no matter the weather. And they do it with a smile. Highly recommend.

I like that they are very good at what they do, the lines can get long, but what do you expect when you have quality products and quality people, I dont mind the wait.

We went in there on a Saturday and needed a part that they did not have. It was ordered and came un on Sunday. Very happy with the service.

I went to to store because of the advertised prices online only to find out higher prices. The gentleman behind the counter was happy to match the price of the in store items. It was quick and painless experience and because if it, I will continue to shop at this location.

I have only visited this establishment twice in two years and both times were disappointing to say the least. There are two women inside who dont seem to care much about tending to a customers disposition to solicit services in order to make a purchase. Does that make sense to you? I dont want to be made to feel like like Im unwelcome, Im a paying customer afterall. I left without spending any money there and took my business to AutoZone across the street.

I have used Advanced Auto for over 15 years. I go back because they stand behind their products. Recently I had a situation where a caliper I purchased from them was sticking which then caused the brake pad and rotor to wear out pre-maturely.They worked with the repair shop to shuttle replacement parts under warranty. I worked with Ron, the store manager, and he patiently listened to the background story and agreed to warranty the parts.Although I had no way to prove there was not any additional issues that caused the problem, the manager still helped with a warranty. I was happy to see Advance reward the loyalty Ive shown them all these years.
