The salesman was friendly & courteous. He asked WHAT I was interested in . He did not try to push vehicles that I was not interested in nor a price I didnt feel comfortable with. He worked with me instead of against me. I had ordered some running boards for the truck, so I picked it up a few days later. The truck was ready, nice and clean, the vehicle was washed & polished ready to go.

Took a bit to check in first thing in the morning but I was there a little early and the program Chrysler uses for the deal I asked for can be a pain, like most systems. So while Jeff got all the info, I had a good cup of coffee and what I think is a great deal for an oil change/tire rotation package for my 14 Town & Country - 4 for $240 total, tax included, must use within 3 years, includes all full synthetic oil, oil filter, and tires rotated. Got a call a little later - done already?! Yep, picked it up at lunchtime. Jeff was out but another guy was holding down the fort and I had a pleasant checkout. I can go to any Chrysler dealership for my next oil change, so might be good for long road trips, if Im due for a change while on the road. Oh, and a free car wash. Yeah, Im good 👍 Ill be back!

I just got a car with them recently and haven’t had this car for a month, actually had it for about 3 weeks and they are really trying to get over on me because I’m young.. they lied about the mileage and they also lied about how they were going to fix anything that was wrong with it.. I have to come out of my own money to fix a brand new car that I got not even a month ago, they are very friendly but they are not trying to help at all, they are trying to get over on any and everybody. This is really pathetic. I advise you to not to come here and go somewhere else. I needed car instantly because of family reasons and this was the worse place to come to. There is way better places to go to.! Have a good day.

Kept me there for 8 hours, from 130pm til 9pm, took my vehicle & then after everyone was gone, allowed me to meet with the financial guy, who told me 1. They were only giving me $8,000 for my 2016 Jeep which I had bought there & I had less than 20 thousand miles in 2 years. And even though my credit score was over 700, they were charging me 7.5% interest, and I was there because they had promised in a letter that they would give me $12,500.00 for my Jeep which was what I owed. These people are the worst, dont be fooled, dont belive their lies. The day I was there, there were 5 Salesman standing around and only 1 woman & she made sure to grab every customer who came in, I threatened to leave 3 times, & it was only after threats that she would help. I thank God for my Credit Union, Interra, which bought the loan, offering me 4.99% interest. I like my new Jeep, but will never ever go to this rotten dealership again.

Do NOT buy from them. Save your time, money, and sanity. The service department is the worst I’ve ever dealt with, not the guys in the shop but the guys in the office. I bought a brand new car from them about two years ago. My car has a recall on the engine and they keep refusing to fix it. They are never on the same page they keep, conveniently, not documenting my appointments and services so every time I come in for ANOTHER appointment to take the next step we have to “start the process over again..oops” mind you I don’t live in the same town or county so it’s a good drive to come out. They take every loop hole they can so they don’t have to take care of it. They also tried to make me pay for an oil change, “ that has to be done to start the process over again”, for the 3rd time now. One person says drive it until it breaks down then have it towed to us, then another guy turns around and says no don’t do that you have to make an appointment. My car keeps breaking down and I’m sick of not getting the issue resolved. I will be taking my business elsewhere and never again waste my time with this place.

Treated me poorly the manager of the service department was very rude and disrespectful. Told me i was the problem. When they did more than i authorized them to do on my truck and made me pay for it when i did not authorize the extra work when i only authorized. For one spark plug to be extracted from the engine block. I do not recommend them as a company they treat there customers poorly. Gave me. Back a truck that doesnt run right it slips and stalls a lot now and they refuse to make it right i cant drive faster then 30. Miles an hour because i go any faster and the engine stalls and skips and misfires. Worst experience i had. I do not recommend them they will waste your tine and take your money

Michael Mabry was my salesperson and he was absolutely amazing. He listened to what I wanted and helped me get exactly that. He never tried to push me into anything I didn’t want. Im only doing this because I keep getting text notifications annoying me to do a review. Im giving 2 stars only because the dealership was helpful when I was in there needing a car. Ever since then, every day has been an absolute nightmare. Having to jump through a million hoops to verify funding for the banks. Its ridiculous. Your partnered bank needs to understand that we are people with full schedules and a life to live. Not to mention the car they were pushing me to take home I left the lot and 2 hours later it was overheating and then I had to take it back to the shop where it was sitting for a full week to get fixed on a practically brand new vehicle that shouldnt be overheating at all especially if it was properly inspected before sale. The whole process since leaving the lot with the vehicle has been a complete nightmare and has made me regret going to Michiana Chrysler Dodge jeep Ram

Since the beginning Adrian was super helpful and helped me find the best car for me and after the purchase he still helped me with any questions I’ve had so far. Went there last week because Im looking around for a nice rugged car. So I looked at the Wrangler, which I have never drove or sat in before. I went through the whole process of looking and finding a car which meets my needs, and then when I asked to test drive.... The salesman told me they needed to run my credit!What in the world! Why would I want to ruin my credit on a car Ive never drove in before, I might not even like it! Super disappointed. Definitely wont be doing business at this location. Subaru, Ford, and Toyota let me test drive multiple cars! Take your business to another dealership.

While the salespeople were very nice and useful, the place is poorly managed. When we bought the vehicle a few weeks ago we were told we could bring it back to do our first oil change for free. While 75$ for the service is not much, especially after spending $40,000 on the vehicle, we thought it was a nice gesture so we brought the vehicle back last week. Once there, our salesperson told us her manager would actually want us to pay for the service. I know people play these kind of tricks to sell cars, but I dont think this is the best strategy to keep new customers. We were thinking to replace my wifes car, but we dont trust them anymore. if the manager fights so hard to charge us $75 for a service was offered for free in the first place, we dont want to imagine what they are capable of when selling a car of +$40,000

This place is a scam!! Make sure you know what your problem is with your vehicle before you go!! They WILL try to rip you off! I took it to fix my recalls & then when they finally had those fixed they claimed that I had a coolant leak & they told me I wouldn’t be able to drive it like that!! And I did not have a coolant leak!! I had it at a shop the day before I dropped it off there & they did not see any coolant leak so they obviously lied to me!! And I had to wait like a month after they’d said that they’d have it fixed before they ever got it done!! It was horrible service!!

Jim was amazing! He was very patient while I explained my concerns. I had to take my car twice to get checked/fixed, and he always communicated with me, so that I was aware of the situation. He went above and beyond to take care of my car. Having car problems can be overwhelming, but it didnt feel like that because Jim did an amazing job!

Been looking for a very specific Chrysler 300SRT. Just so happens this dealer brought one in on trade. I contacted the internet sales department and they got me on with a rock star salesman named Cash. He got me into the deal and assisted me through the sales process. Between Cash, and Jim in finance, they helped buy and get the car home to CA. If you are looking for a great dealership, and great customer service, look no further!

Would have given a better rating but due to the fact that i bought a car they said had gone through the inspection they do but 300 miles after i bought it the back brakes were metal to metal. I called to see if they were going to fix it and was told its sold as is,even though they were bad from the get go. Was then told they would find out and call me back which 3 days has gone by and no word. I replaced my brakes myself but will never go there or recommend any other car shopper does

Very bad service here. Service team is inexperienced and don’t give their customers any good solutions. Went in for an oil change, left my car there all day and they never got to it. Then went in to have my radio screen replaced, picked up my car and found the odometer to be flashing. They don’t know why this is happening (they caused it when they changed the screen) and now they want to schedule a diagnostic for a month after.

DO NOT shop here, they will sell you junk cars that they don’t test properly, and when the car is returned because the engine is bad. They will steal your down payment from the other car. They are crooks, don’t waste your time with this company.

We had a issue with the car not starting and it ended up being a bad auxiliary battery to the start/stop system. The parts itself is $130 dollars. They charged a total of $511 to diagnose and replace this battery. The labor to replace this is at most a half hour job for an experienced mechanic. Do not take your car here unless you want to pay for overpriced service/repair.

I took my 2020 Jeep Cherokee in to have it serviced. I ended up having a very bad experience. They took three days of driving my vehicle to try to figure out the problem and then diagnosed it incorrectly and didnt even fix the part that they charged me for fixing. So I was charged for services never rendered and also charged for a rental car while they milked the diagnosis process. I ended up taking my vehicle to another dealership and they diagnosed and fix the problems in a day and a half along with giving me a loaner vehicle to drive. I do not recommend taking your vehicle here. I know I never will again.

Please save your money and go elsewhere!!! They will literally sit there and lie right to your face just as long as they are getting what they want especially our salesman Jeremy. They do not disclose when the car has been in an accident and uncharge you 3 times for what the car is actually worth. Not only that but that manager thinks that its ok his own words were more than half the cars out here on the lot have been in some type of accident . Our experience was horrible and its really sad that we have to get to the point where a lawyer is involved.

It was cool that I was able to score a car with low mileage, however the trade off still left me with a sour taste since I was getting it from a dealership. I got the car and the driver window didn’t work. I had to take it back to get detailed anyway. Upon taking it back I didn’t realize that it would take about a week for them to fix the window (1 week of my 6 weeks of not having to make a payment, and I’m carless 😕) . Oh and get this MY CAR WAS NEVER DETAILED. There were handprints, dirt, and grime left all over the interior. Also about a week later the check engine light came on, and I find out all my fluids were low. You would expect to get better treatment from a dealership, I could’ve went with my pick from Facebook market place if this was going to be the case.

Absolutely horrible. Bought a brand new 2021 Chrysler Pacifica from them and ended up having transmission issues not even 4 months later that left my car undriveable. I called to schedule with service and they couldnt get me in for another 2 months. I tried to talk to a sales manager and they kept sending me to VM and no one would return my car. Sucks that I bought such an expensive car for it to break 4 months later and then them not even bother returning my phone call.

I brought my dodge in because it was overheating not one but twice. I had to drive in 90° heat with the heat on and windowns down at 55mph so my truck didnt overheat. By the way my two young children were with me too. Anyway I brought my truck in and they could not find any issues and sent my on my way. O I had to pay them for not fixing the problem too. They just give me the run around. At this point Im wondering why I paid thousands of dollars for a lifetime warranty. Bad service, the people give you the run around, and a bad attitude. I called after it happened again and they wont even return my phone call. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Im not pleased at all with this dealership. I had my vehicle exactly 3 weeks and it broke down (before I made my 1st payment). I paid $500 to have it towed to them. They kept it 2 months. I only got a loner when they had it 2 weeks and I had to call and ask for one. I made 3 payments on it without even having the vehicle. I WOULD NOT recommend Michiana Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Fiat to anyone!7/23/2021 I went to get my oil changed. The workers were pleasant enough. Im still not satisfied with the issues I encountered only 1 month after purchasing my vehicle.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from these folks and experience has overall been good. I had a little bit of a problem with my 2nd car with it getting cleaned to my satisfaction. But that was taken care of. Service was great. I felt like the brakes had some issues, but again that was taken care of with new brakes and rotors. Overall a very good experience

I am in the process of getting my down payment refunded to me as I write this. After my father and I got the numbers and paid a $5000 down payment that they stamped as NON-REFUNDABLE right afterwards, they decided to tell us that, SOMEHOW, something called a rental fee would cost us an extra $12,000 when we go to buy the car after the lease is finished in 36 months, making the car cost $30k to buy back instead of $21k.All of the cars that we own (several) have been leased, then bought, and NEVER have we heard of a rental fee, which Jared (manager) had apparently never heard of either when I called to get our down payments back. They decided to tell us about this mysterious fee AFTER giving them the down payment AND our trade in, leaving my father stranded at the dealership until they brought his car back.He had to come home and I had to call them to get this explained, which they could barely do and didnt even understand themselves, and tell them that we will not be purchasing this truck from them because we have been misled and not informed of this magical $12k being tacked on.I would not advise ANYONE to purchase a vehicle from this dealership.Dylan was our sales rep and, although he seemed new and a bit inexperienced, did his best to communicate with us and answer every question we had; even having his manager run numbers over the phone (Brandon, who apparently thinks anyone who wants numbers ran over the phone isnt serious). I had them run numbers for me over the phone because this is a common occurrence during this pandemic when trying to purchase a vehicle and I am high risk, so spending a lot of time in the dealership, where no one was wearing a mask, was not optimal for me at this time.When my father first arrived to look into purchasing the 2021 Jeep Gladiator, he perused several Jeeps and was almost back in his car before Dylan showed up to greet him. We want to give a big shout out to Dylan, the sales rep, because he did his absolute best to accommodate me and my father while trying to purchase this car and he is full of enthusiasm. We hope to see him selling cars in the future and would love to work with him again, but perhaps with a much more reputable dealership and one that doesnt scam its customers.We have found this truck at a different dealership in the same color (Nacho), fully loaded (about $27k more), and will be purchasing this truck instead.I would also like to point out that our credit was run MULTIPLE TIMES. Hard ran, not soft; MULTIPLE. TIMES. There is absolutely no reason for this and it will impact both of our credit scores in a negative way. We will be seeking damages for this being done.

Overall, a solid experience with Michiana Chrysler. My sales rep Adrian was extremely patient through the entire process and answered countless questions that I had. When he didn’t know an answer, he didn’t hesitate to bring in one of his colleagues to help out. The most helpful part of the experience was the dealership allowing me to test drive the van back to our house to ensure that it would fit in our garage. I didn’t feel comfortable purchasing without checking that important detail first, and the team at Michiana Chrysler gave me no trouble at all about this. I also did not feel pressured through the process, which was a big plus.

Service on vehicle was great . But the 2 hr wait was very poor, because my wife and I wanted to get something to eer at . The shuttle driver was great, dropped us off where we wanted to go .Told to call to be picked up .. Know one in the the service Department would answer the phone ..After 3 times calling and trying to tell receptionist that we needed to be picked up she kept transferring me to service department .. So we walked back ..When we got back the shuttle driver ask us why we didnt call ..I told him what happened ..He said sorry .Then there was no one to settle up my bill for about 20 minutes, cuz they were at lunch .So I feel coming for a recall, oil change and tire rotation, besides buying our Jeep from you we had very poor service from your Upper Management .. Except for your Service advisor James Bollinger .

We have a 2019 Jeep Wrangler with 20k on the clock. We took it in to have them look at the visors falling down, which is a known issue, and was told that this wont be covered under warranty. Needless to say we left a little upset. I called another dealer 40 minutes away and they were happy to help and even offered a service loaner. Couple this with the buying experience that was less than optimal due to D***o the salesman not giving us all the information we needed. I highly doubt well be back.

Cade went to bat to get me out of my old ride and into something better. Ive always paid for my cars straight up or bought from a local buy here pay here place and am considered a first time buyer. This young man let a potential sale go to protect me from extremely high interest rates and encouraged me to come back when I wasnt neck deep in my current vehicle. Instantly knew I was in for a bad time when the sales people came running when I pulled in the drive! Told the sales guy what I was looking for and just wanted to test drive because I was comparing 3 different vehicles. All he wanted to do was run a credit check after the test drive and wouldnt even discuss anything else. I did at least get to test drive what I went in for but most definitely will not be back!

I initially took my vehicle there to have the power steering serviced, I was told there wait time ( 2 weeks) which I was okay with. Fast forward about a week and a half later, my vehicle overheats in a parking lot so I have it towed to the dealership service center knowing that in a day or two it would be looked at anyway. I notified the service center that day that it had overheated in addition to the power steering issue, asked them to take a look at it and see what had caused this issue. They tell me they will look into this issue. Next day a service technician calls me tells me my power steering issue is fixed, when I inquire about the overheating issue I had, he seems puzzled but then tells me they were unable to replicate the issue. I pick up my vehicle the next day and I dont get more than 10 miles down the road and my vehicle is engulfed in a cloud of smoke due to overheating. I immediately called the service center explaining my frustration. I am told over the phone that I could bring the car back in but the technician who worked on my car wouldnt be back until the next day and that issue must have just happened because they couldnt replicate it at the shop the technician I spoke with on the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I took the vehicle to another shop to find out it needed new head gaskets. Something I figured a chysler/dodge technician fixing my car would have caught.

I previously owned a 2008 Jeep compass that I was still paying on but was totally not worth the payments anymore and Jeff Cornell one of the best sales guy Ive ever met got me in a brand new 2019 Jeep renegade...I was so ecstatic because I came with intentions of never driving off the lot with anything but what I came in with. 1. The dealership negotiated a price that I agreed upon, then when the paperwork was drawn up the price was 995.00 more than agreed upon!2. 14 days, and 500 miles after the sale the rear brakes were metal to metal. The vehicle was sold without an inspection. The dealership said that because it was used I should have expected these things. So a simple set of brake pads installed by the dealer prior to sale could have prevented me, the purchaser, from having a 500 dollar brake repair due to ruining the rotors.3. Buyer beware

They will get you into a nice car, but try to talk you into a higher payment than you like. Dont believe the credit amnesty and 1 dime down thing, thats a total lie. And make sure your car has 2 sets of keys, Ive been getting the run around and every excuse in the book for 3 weeks now on getting the 2nd set of keys they promised in writing to pay for, and I only have a week left to get them so Im guessing they are trying to get out of paying for them since its a few hundred.

I went in there to get a truck and they sold me a truck that the brakes were not working properly and one of the brake lights didn’t work. The day I went to get my vehicle the truck wasn’t fully cleaned as needed and the salesman who I spoke with was incompetent. He didn’t help me out as needed. There is a guy named Jimmy who works in the Finance department who didn’t help me at all to get what I was looking for and he is very rude when I tried to tell him I needed my deposit back. They sold my trade which I had just traded in and didn’t give me back my $1,500 that I gave for a down payment for the truck. The manager was very rude, he got angry because we were not satisfied with either of the two cars that they were offering us. I think that for these jobs, they should hire people who know about customer service. Terrible service. I even felt that he yelled at us, because we did not agree with the quality of the car that he offered us. It is the purchase of a car and it is an important decision, it is not about the purchase of a cell phone.

I bought a car from here on January 30 and my first payment was due in 45 days and in the 45 days my check engine light comes on, not a big deal i bought an extended warranty with it. So i take it back in and the service dept. says its the emissions high purge valve and so they fixed it but not even a day later check engine light comes on and i took it for a diagnostic and its the same issue that they supposedly fixed. So i call the service dept. again and they cant get my car in for a whole month.And come to find out the emissions valve is not covered on the warranty so now i am stuck paying out of pocket for a car that i have not even made my first payment on! All these headaches and i havent even had the car for 2 months. Also when i was buying the car my salesman Jeremy said there was another key fob well i never got it and when i asked him about it a week later he said he didnt know where the other key was but that i could purchase one from the parts department.

I traded in my 2015 Chrysler 200 limited for a 2020 Jeep Renegade and that wasnt because of the sales representative Ethan Mason. The person I closed the deal with promised that my back up camera will be installed in the jeep for me and the headlights will be bright just as I want it.I bring in my jeep on Monday evening only to get a text from Ethan that after taking my car to Fort Wayne and back, it couldnt be fixed so they will give my car back with the back up mirror. Mind you the rental I was given did not have a back up camera after Ive expressed multiple times that I cant drive a car without a back up cameraAt this point, I want my 2015 Chrysler back.Such a HORRIBLE experience

Horrible experience. Was sold a used vehicle with a heater that doesnt work. Once he got his sale the salesman never returned my phone calls. That says a lot about this dealership.So much for speaking with you privately. Thanks for nothing Justin I wasted 4hrs this morning only to have the sales manager say he couldnt do anything for me because I waited to long?! So its my fault that the messages I left for your salesman went unanswered? Today you proved I was right about your dealership. I hope your driving around nice and warm in your car because my son with special needs and I are freezing!

We bought a 2020 Wrangler on 9-24 and when we went to pick it up, it was not ready for us. The sales girl is no longer with them. She was not even there when she was supposed to. We had to wait for her and the jeep because they said it was at the car wash. She did not even set up everything on the vehicle including u-connect. We will never buy a vehicle there again. I will go to Lochmondy motors next time.

First of all this is not a safe place to go during the pandemic. Two customers in the waiting room had no masks on at all for at least over an hour during their entire time there. Several of the salespeople (5 of them) had masks on which they wore under their chin and under their noses. No provision was made for outdoor seating despite warm temperatures. I had to drag my own chair outside while they all ignored me. This is the second time I was here at this dealership. The staff in the parts department are wonderful. The sales personnel were cold and dismissive. Not customer friendly at all. My mechanic told me to inflate my tires 12 points above the recommendation for the tire when I was towing my trailer. The tire dealership refused to inflate my tires saying that it would be negligent on their part to do so. I could go on...but I would hope that this review deters others from using this dealership. No confidence in this group at all.

Had a really bad experience with the sales team was told not two be picky at all when thats my money that was going to be paying for the truck not his I have the text to prove it would rate 0 stars but seeing as math wont let me I have to do it this way will never be back in his dealership again and will tell all my friends not to go there even though a friend at my job who is my service manager for a brand new truck from these guys and came very highly recommended

Never buy or trade here if you are out of state customers they haven’t sent my title app to the dmv until last minute now I am driving on an expired tag and they refuse to give me a new tag until I can transfer my plate over worst place ever

False advertising. Commercial says theyll buy any car any condition. I took my car there,which is in very good condition, took them about 2 minutes to to say they werent interested because its too old and too many miles and would be to hard to sell.. Then stop playing that stupid ad if you wont actually do it.
