This place was the only place at the time that I was able to get a car. I managed to snap a really nice vehicle from here that has had zero problems since I bought in back in October of 2020. I feel as if the complaints on here come from majority of people misusing and abusing their cars and want to blame it on the dealership for selling them a lemon. Steve, the sales manager, was a lot of help and helped me get approved for a car that I forsee myself driving till it dies completely. Very friendly staff who care and want to help out that person who may be down on their luck.

I feel I was treated very good and got what I needed but the one thing I couldnt understand was they are willing to help you build your credit score, but I feel theres room for improvement, what mean is its not good practice to welcome the customers treat them good and then at the end give them high interest rate like I was given, for example my car was ten thousand,but afterwards because of high interest rate Im now paying 25000 when its said and done.futhermore I really hope in the future that they consider not making the customers feel like their being punished and taking advantage of there mistakes, now dont get wrong I am very thankful I got what I needed because they dont have to help at all.

I bought my car from this dealership and the sales team is amazing. However the service department leaves alot to be desired. It not only went back multiple times for the same issue, I later found out that the service tech left the timing belt cover open. So now my motor is dying... because of the warranty I only took the car to them. I dont suggest anyone have repairs done at this dealership. I did and now I will have to replace my motor or the car itself.
Well I have to say this was a breeze Im supper happy to have been able to walk out with a Vehicle after being told from another company that I have been approved and was able to get one and come to find out that I was unable to get one so this looked elsewhere and thats when I came across byrider..

I will NEVER again buy another vehicle from this company as long as I live. It has been headache after headache with them. My vehicle has never had the AC working properly and while I am willing to pay for the parts to fix it, I can’t seem to get them to give me a straight answer! I live an hour And a half from the location I bought it since I’ve moved last year. Because of COVID they won’t allow me to take it to a closer location it has to be the location I purchased it from. I have literally taken this car in 4 or 5 different times and they do the same process over and over again! I thought we were getting somewhere until I took it in and was told the opposite of the previous time! Now I have to take it back 2 more times to finish the process and I can’t get anyone to answer a dang phone! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! BE WARNED.

Would recommend anytime!After having the car for less then a week the check engine light came on. When I called first thing in the morning sales said, cars do that. Uhhhh no, not as soon as you buy! He started to blame me for it, I put gas in it Really????????? Pretty sure gas is needed!!! He then told me to hang up and call service after asking where I need to take it to.Called service, lady was nice enough but for some reasons they don’t have a opening until NEXT Wednesday! So I have to wait a week to figure out what is wrong and if it’s covered under the warranty. Which most likely not.I have heard bad reviews from people and will they might be right. Will let you know when the car gets fixed

I have had nothing but problems with this dealership. I recently moved to California in November and started to have car issues. Car decided to just shut off at a light. Come to find out it needs new engine. That was March 20. It’s May 12. Every week since March 20 i’ve had to get a rental because they keep telling me “your engines ordered and will be there in couple days” ITS MAY 12 and I call today to “it shipped today” which i can add to the other 50 voicemails i have from them saying “it shipped today”. Since March 20 i’ve lost my job due to no transportation, i’ve paid every single car payment as requested, i have no been anywhere near reimbursed for the $1800 in rentals i had to pay for that i could no longer afford and ended up losing job. While i’m being told “we can only reimburse for rental while cars being worked on” it should’ve been worked on months ago. I don’t know how i’m going pay my rent, I don’t know how they expect someone to pay $200 every two weeks for a car that i don’t even have. This JDByrider gets a 1 star from me and my friends who have gotten cars from here but the CNAC customer service rep was wonderful she gets a 5 star.

Had my truck for 2+ yrs n anytime I had a problem they was amazing about fixing it....
Absolute crooks. 3 days after we bought our car from them we had a service engine soon light that popped up with a fuel level sensor code we immediately called to set up an appointment They were not able to schedule us in for an entire month and then when the time came they had no record of the service appointment. We were then later able to get into an appointment but by that time the check engine light had gone off as this was an intermittent issue. Last month the service engine soon light came on again with the same code and we call to schedule an appointment and again its not for another month hopefully this time the service engine soon light will stay on long enough for them to do the repairs.Not even 6 months after we got the car the alternator went bad. Now today when I was driving I completely lost all of my AC. I tried to call them but after a couple hours no one called me back. So I called Jiffy Lube and they diagnosed the car and said the refrigerant was way too full. The thing is I have never touched that and byrider is the only one who has ever done service to my car. But the only thing that they can say to me is that its not covered under warranty and that they could take the car for 2 days to take a look at it what am I supposed to do without a car for 2 days Thats not gonna get fixed. Warranty shouldnt matter when it appears that I bought the car this way. Now I have to Cancel the previous service appointment because I dont trust that they wont break my car worse and I cant trust that they will be honest. So now Im stuck with a car thats in a cost me $800 to fix the AC. Do not purchase a car from this company as they cant be held accountable For their own actions. Every time I turn around something else isnt working on this car and they are the only ones who have ever worked on it.
My vehicle I got from them has been in their shop 3 times within the first 40 days of me getting it. Now on this third time its been in their shop for 10 days and I was told that they will only reimburse me for 25 dollars on a rental due to the vehicle only needing 10 hours of service time? I asked if this was fair and was told according to your contact it is???? No we sorry?, not even an acknowledgement that the vehicle they sold me is falling apart. I am a Cancer Patient and need my transportation to get back and forth to the Cancer Center... I even wrote a letter and placed it on the vehicle dash board explaining this. I have been told that parts have been ordered this is why it is taking so long... Understandable... But for you not to care if I had transportation knowing I your customer who has made every payment had no way to get to the Cancer Center is just evil. You guys will get your money on time for this vehicle without question, but I in the process I will make sure that this story is heard. Remember I do Social Media Marketing. Thanks for nothing. I’ve never had a worse experience with a dealership or vehicle. We have had the car now for two years and in that time it’s been in the shop a total of about 6 times. When I asked to get a different vehicle the last time or at least a rental, I had to pay the full rental fee, and the manager promised me they’d reimburse me for it. Never happened. Now my car is sitting again, and I’m don’t. I will never suggest this company or send anyone here, EVER! I have faithfully paid on a vehicle that I have had nothing but problems with! Terrible terrible way to do business!
I have had my vehicle over a year. Never missed a payment. Tried to get second vehicle after a year like I was told I am able to do and was treated like I had never been there before and like I wasn’t trusted to get a second vehicle without paying an arm and a leg. Took car in to be serviced due to turbo blowing up on me. Got car back with 4 new problems that I was told it’s not their issue. They guarantee things they can’t stay true to. $14,000 limit on their broke down overpriced vehicles. Maybe 3 cars within the surrounding states even worth getting that are anywhere near under $14,000 so pretty much waste of time.

So far car feels and runs great. Had a small issue with wiper blade pump and they fixed it. Update: In a pinch come here. But if you can go elsewhere probably best to do so. They SAY they do all these checks before they give you car…they must of missed the entire air conditioning unit. Had to take it back twice. At the end, the solution was to block off air hose. Now I have only cold air in front. The rest of the car is a heater. When you have kids, this isn’t a solution. Don’t buy here.
I brought my son here to get his first financed car. He had no credit and was looking to be able to start building credit. He was approved and got very reasonable bi-weekly payments even lower than we had anticipated. The whole process was very easy the guy that helped us I think his name was Kyle was great and very helpful and I really was impressed by this company and the salespeople so I wanted to give them a good review for making such a good impression on me and my son.
All the bad reviews that Byrider has are accurate. I purchased a car from them in March. Within 3 months my engine completely locked up on me on the highway. Called them to let them knew what happened. Told me they would take of tow back to their dealership to get problem fixed. They get car back tell me engine is locked up. They tell me its a $50 deductible and they will replace engine for me so i say go ahead. They also tell me that they will cover my rental car as long as i bring them a receipt. A week goes by i call to see how car is coming along. They tell me they just got engine it would be done mid week the following week. Ask them to call me back and update me on how everything is going. Never got a call once from them. So i call the following Friday still not done. They tell me mid week the following week it will be done. Ok. Once again never got a call. Call the following Friday. Get told again not done mid week the following week and so thats how it went for 3 and a half weeks. Finally get a call that my car is done. Mind you 3 and half weeks without my car that im still paying on. Go to pick car up. Get told i owe $165 for car. I told the gentleman i was told $50. He tells me i have to pay for the tow as well. Mind you i was told they would cover my tow when i called them and told them that the engine was not working. Ok they fix that. Give them receipt for rental car. They then at that moment tell me they only cover $30 a day for 3 days. They only cover your rental for how long they work on car. I was without a car for 3 and half weeks. So your telling me 3 days out of 25 days you worked on my car. So i lost $810 on my rental car that i paid out of pocket for. No sorry no nothing. I told them that Jessica who was the person i talked to on the phone when i called everytime to see how my car was coming along told me they covered my rental car as long as i had receipt. I got $90 back. Plus when i got car back it was dirty inside. No vaccuum no nothing. Absolutely worst place to buy a car. Save yourself the time and money. DO NOT BUY A CAR OR DEAL WITH BYRIDER. They dont car about you or your car once you sign the paper and pay them thats all they care about. Please i repeat please do not buy from them.
My husband and I are very pleased with our experience with JD Byrider! We absolutely love our 2010 Chevy impala! I believe Tammy is the one that helped us and she was great! Super friendly,helpful, and all around awesome! I will definitely tell my friends and family to go here for any vehicle needs. :)

Dont get me wrong I was dropping one of my friends off to pick up a car he bought from them because Id never buy a car from such a scummy place. On my way driving him up there he told me all of things that had to be replaced such as two transmissions, four starters and the list grew longer so I just zoned out as he continued. Long story short, I drove off in my nice car and would never recommend anyone buy a car from this company.
Ive only had the vehicle since May of this year and I shared with the technician that this is my third trip to the service department he listened to my concern and he answered my questions with nothing but professionalism so I get five stars not necessarily because of the vehicle but because of the service he made me feel great about the vehicle when a person receive service like this we cant do nothing Ill be quiet sit down and wait and be patient and accept the service with a smile thank you

First payment came out today. Was told I was charged extra because they didnt get my insurance information yet I was told it could be a physical copy or emailed so it was emailed to CNAC yet its still not on file. Had the car 2 weeks tomorrow and I already cant wait to be out of the loan. $24,000 for a $4,000 car. Smooth talkers! Pulled the wool right over my eyes Ill give them that! Youll end up with buyers remorse when you go home and read the contract and history, trust me. No need for $200 referrals!
Both Steve B and Steve H helped me pick of a car that was in my price range, it was quick and easy and both of then were very friendly! This has been the first time in a while that I have walked into a car lot and walked out with a car within a few hours.

NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM. BETTER TO WALK FIRST. My daughter purchased a vehicle from them without my knowing. She has had the vehicle for 3 years now. It was a 2011 Chevy Malibu with over 100K miles. She has paid on it for 3 years and still owes $9,000.00 on the vehicle. Has had nothing but problems from day one. And she has had to pay for the car plus repairs since purchasing the vehicle. We contacted them and got all kinds of different stories. Bottom line is the car does not run and the only way to dispose of the vehicle is to have a voluntary repossion on her which will stay with her for 7 years and make it impossible to purchase a home or anything else. BUYER BEWARE!!!

We bought a car a little over a month ago. The battery died within a week and we lost a day of work n had to go sit for 2 hrs to get a new one. The air conditioner didnt work but they said they had it fixed the day we drove it off the lot. It has never worked. The heat also didnt work which we called within first two weeks so they were aware of the problem. We take it in today n sit there all day only for car to stay all weekend now. On top of that their charging us to fix the heat which never worked to begin with. Mind you all these issues are part of their 60 point inspection. So that obviously didnt happen. Its been one problem after another. I dont mind paying double what the cars worth as long as its reliable. In my opinion they held up none of their end of the bargain but Im expected to hold mine. Extremely inconvenient. I also paid for their extended warranty...which doesnt cover heater!!
