The dealer doesn’t seem to be able to troubleshoot the issue that you had when you brought the car in. My car supposed to be in there for one day and it end up to be 5 days. Just like the other reviews said they can’t get the right part for some reason. I’m disappointed with the mechanics there that couldn’t figure it out what was wrong with my car. After I took my car back and spent $1300 to fixed it. They didn’t fixed the issue that I had before I brought it in at all. I took it back to the dealer and 3 days later still didn’t get the answer. If you are willing to not having a car for this long period and spent the money without knowing that the issue will be fixed please try to use this dealer.

My experience was awful. Customer Service Representative was not knowledgeable about what services they provide. I found this I out after I dropped my car off. They had to out source my car. Its been 2 weeks and counting without my car.

It took 2 trips to Gurley Leep for them to figure out mt catalytic converter was bad then it took them a month and a half to get one then it was the wrong one finally when I picked up my car and it was 20 ° outside they had the window down for some reason it must of snowed inside and melted making it smell inside then the inside of my windows were all fogged up
