Someone back into my car in a parking lot and I had the body and collision area of Quality Automotive take care of the repair. They did a fantastic job of matching color and totally fixing the dent. They even buffed out a couple of chips. I would highly recommend their collision repair shop!

After going to several other shops and getting the run around I ended up at Quality Automotive by referral. They were amazing! They were quick, professional, and explained everything clearly to me.The weekend before I replaced my brakes and rotors, and due to the other issues they were warped already. They worked with AutoZone, which is where I just bought my parts, to use my warranty to replace them.I would recommend them in a heartbeat and I will be taking my car back there!

Beyond excellent service. High quality automotive repair at fair and honest prices. Ive had everything done here from simple oil changes to heavy body work on damaged vehicles. I have yet to be let down. Everything is always explained to me while in advance and no surprises when I get my bill. The front desk staff is very attentive and always seems to be able to get the answer to my questions. Though Im not from the area when I have a bump and paint issue severe body work this is the only place I choose to take my vehicles. Timely friendly service and honesty I dont know that you can want much more out of a body shop / repair shop.

I took my vehicle in there for an oil change. Hitch install and vehicle inspection. The guy told me he looked at everything and that the suspension was fine. Charge me $200 I made it back to Florida and look under there and the whole undercarriage was completely gone. Just spent almost $1,000 on ball joints tie rod ends and more. I would never go near that place again not even to rent a U-Haul. If I didnt live so far away Id ask him to go have a beer with me

AWESOME !! Only been there twice, but they are so thorough and terrific work for way less than I expected. You can find really great Groupon Deals for oil changes, but what impressed me most is that they DONT try to get you to fix a bunch of unnecessary stuff. I actually thought I needed something specific fixed and they found it was a simpler fix and no cost.Im a Happy Customer for Life.

Quality Automotive in Mishawaka Indiana.The first time I took my truck for an oil change they left the radiator cap off and my truck overheated.When confronted they denied any responsibility.Against my wishes my boyfriend gave them another chance.This time they majorly overfilled my truck with oil and I couldnt drive home from work due to a knocking sound and leak.My truck is now at Velldmans to find out the extent of the damage.Im sure they will deny responsibility again.DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE!!! They are NOT TRUSTWORTHY or even competent.I would give ZERO stars if I could.

Axles on my semi trailer needed some welding done, the price seemed alright for us being based out of TX, thing is we had the work done on 05/21/19 and the welding came apart on 05/23/19. The least they could do was charge half for the terrible job they had done. I spoke with Sam regarding the issue and he says for us to bring the truck back because they are not nationwide. I wish he was kidding and had some respect for customers out of state. I cant bring a trailer back from Texas this way and I wouldnt of let them touch my trailer if I had known they treat customers this way, especially with them knowing we are an out of state carrier. Next time we will go based off reviews and stay away, I do not recommend this business to someone looking for help because after you notice an issue, they will go around helping you. Keep in mind, this was three days after the fact and attempting to reach someone for help. Hope this helps someone seeking their business.

I had a Groupon for two oil changes and a tire rotation for this business and it was by far the worst mistake I have ever made for my car. The first oil change went fine and everyone was friendly. The second oil change is when I had my tires rotated and unfortunately for me it took several months to notice the significant damage done to my car. I work on my car regularly as it is an older model so when I went to replace the control arms I found that two of my lug nuts had been replaced with lock nuts from a different vehicle so it was impossible to get them off without sawing them. The next issue I found just this past week as I went to change my oil and noticed they had used the wrong filter for my vehicle. The threads inside the hole you screw the filter into are completely stripped and now the new correct filter I installed wont stop leaking. I also believe the filter they used was used previously as the rubber gasket was no where to be found.

Im only leaving this one star because I have to to leave a review I think quality automotive is a horrible business I took my gas tank and my side covers for my motorcycle to be painted I was told it would take about 30 days after the 30 days I was given the run around for 2 weeks and given 3 different pick up days while I paid in advance. When I finally got angry I was told that I could come pick up my unpainted tank and side covers and my money from their main office it took 15 minutes for them to take the primer that they said that they put on off and get it from Elkhart to Mishawaka which tells me that it never even left their main shop and they never even touched it I would not recommend quality automotive to anybody who wants to have any kind of paint work done on their vehicles.

Im not going to say theyre inexpensive, but quality is their name, and quality is what is given. They go out and beyond the call of duty to get things done, and car care is not a small undertaking. Theyre extremely trustworthy, do not hesitate to give them your business.

Terrible, I went there to get my hood and driver side fender painted. The body work was terrible, they squeezed all what they could out of my insurance company. The paint didn’t match up, so I paid to get the whole vehicle painted minus the roof. They got Overspray everywhere, on the windows, the bumpers you name it. When I went to pick up the vehicle they had my hood up saying that the dome light would not shut off. Somehow the spring where the door closes got stuck and wouldn’t shut off. I know it was from the overspray but they didn’t want to take the blame. They said those things go out all the time and it could have been time for it to go out. My advice for anyone thinking about getting paint work done at this place, THINK AGAIN!!!!

Doesn’t even deserve one start. Poor poor customer service! Had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and took them a hour and a half. When I checked on my car through the window four workers were standing around talking not even by my car working. Knocked on the windows multiple times and was ignored.

I went to them a couple times to get the wobble feel out of my tires. They change both inner tie rods and worked on my breaks and they wanted to get ball joints replaced and rotors changed. Took it to a different place and they change my left inner and outer tie rod and fixed my problem. I went back to quality to complain about it Hey 6 months ago you guys said you changed my inner tie rod but apparently you didnt cause the other shop gave me the parts of inner and out tie rods. I dont know how they bypassed my outer tie rod cause that was in bad shape plus the inner was as well. its just funny that my right inner tie rod is fine but not my left one and they were both done at the same time 6 months ago. Just sayingbut after comparing prices with other shops in the area i found quality automotive to be very pricey when i could go to other places and get the same stuff done for almost half price. the name quality is ironic cause that not what I experienced with them. Another thing once I brought up the tie rod they replaced 6 months ago the manager was like oh I thought I told you Id warranty that out for you and I said no you only told me youd warranty out the line up if I came back and did the ball joints. he was just covering his tracks. Thing is if I had them replace my ball joint Id still have the problem because it was my tie rod the whole time that they supposedly replaced and then they told me it could be my rotors and that they need to be replaced but i just replaced those last summer so i knew that wasnt right and he didnt have a comeback for that. It just seemed like they couldnt find my wobble problem with my car so they kept jumping to conclusions and spending alot of my money to not fix my problemTo sum it all up, Im done going there and I never go out of my way to wrote reviews online but i had to for this. I wasted so much time and money there.. very disappointed Id like to have my money back for the left side of my inner tie rod! i just felt like they were only out to get my money and didnt care about my problem cause the other shop I took it to found it right away and was like hey your ball joints eventually need to be change but thats not your problem though. its your left inner and out tie rods. and like i said the problem is fix since i went to the other shop.
