The manager was super nice and helpful. She found us a mattress that was originally over $1000 for $300 (including delivery!). It was a used mattress that was non refundable. She assured us that the mattress would be cleaned and might have a funky smell from the cleaning chemicals. She told us to put a candle in our room and shut the doors to get rid of the chemical smell (if it had a strong chemical smell.)The delivery people were awesome and quietly carried the king size mattress upstairs into our master bedroom while my toddler napped. Open the huge king size mattress to find that the mattress has not a strong chemical smell, but a strong cigarette smoke smell. Putting a candle in our room and shutting the doors obviously did nothing to remove the smell.We were disappointed that the manager was not upfront about why the mattress was so inexpensive. We eventually mostly got rid of the smell from leaving a ton of baking soda deodorizer on it for a few hours then vacuuming it up.Don’t waste your money here!

Was shopping for a new Mattress and had 1 particular in mind. A friend of mine that purchased a bed at this location brought me in. Was greeted in an upbeat manner. Started looking around and a few moments later Morgan approached us. I mentioned what I was looking for and she showed me 3 purple beds to compare to one I found elsewhere. Then after the experience with one particular purple mattress we went to a conventional one. Such a huge difference. We went to lunch to talk about it because it is a big purchase. We went back and I purchased the purple 3 mattress with the better frame base. I dont remember what the gentlemans name was that was working with Mirgan that day but both were awesome. Did not feel pressured to purchase and she did her job right by giving me things to think about to help with my decision.Thank you.

Morgan was amazing!! Helped us find our new mattress & got us a great deal! She asked qualifying questions to help determine the bed that would be best for us such as they type of bed we were looking for, soft, firm things like that as well as any features that i would like in a bed such as the cooling feature since i sweat in my sleep. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!They worked extremely hard to make my visit pleasant and fun, as well as very informative without being pushy. Their knowledge, of their brand and others, was top notch. While I was very impressed, Im a tough shopper/buyer so I still shopped elsewhere, but after 2 other places, I returned realizing their price, their information, and desire to please me as a customer, was unparalleled. When it was all said and done, I happily bought from this store, and realized I got the best price, best warranty, and the assurity that Ill get good service down-the-road if I ever needed it. I stopped because I saw the word, firm. I wanted a firm mattress in a world of soft mattresses. Matt is an excellent salesman. He helped me find two good firm mattresses and made a good offer on price. Sold! The delivery went without a hitch and Im happy. Id highly recommend using this store. Matress Firm really came through for us. We are moving and literally just got our move in date for our new house and had been told by every furniture store that it would be a month to 4 month wait on beds. I was on the verge of gaving up when I saw a Mattress Firm store and gave it one last go. They were not only able to get me a bed but have it delivered within 2 days of our move in. I was extremely happy! Cost wise they came in a lot cheaper too. Check them out, its totally worth it.

Constance helped me and was extremely nice even when I came in thirty minutes till close, she went through an entire process to help me find the right bed. I was in a car accident and have a bad back and neck along with a curved spine and she took all of that into account, we talked and laughed and it felt like talking to a real person not some used car salesman. She was wonderful and deserves a raise!

Overall good experience. Original mattess had some issues with the memory foam but they replaced it promptly

By far one of the best purchasing experiences of any product Ive ever bought. We had a good idea of what we wanted when we went in and the associate guided us in the direction of the perfect mattress for us. Within 20 minutes, we were at the counter checking out, and at the price point and financing on the 4th of July sale, we couldnt be happier. Hopefully, I wont need another mattress any time soon, but if I do, I know exactly where Ill be going!

Morgan was super nice and understood our situation. We found the right mattress in our budget for my mom that coming to move in with us in Louisville KY.

We bought a mattress on clearance, which I guess can’t be returned. It was a mistake buying something that couldn’t be returned. At the time I didn’t care because I thought I really liked it, but I regret it now. Not getting good sleep is discouraging when you know you’ll just have to live with it or call it a loss and buy a new mattress. I know they say it takes several months for it to break in, I just wasn’t expecting it to be like this. Very frustrating experience. However, the lady who helped us was nice and helpful. I just don’t like this policy for clearance items. It’s impossible to know if you’ll like a mattress without sleeping on it for a bit.

This is the second new mattress that me and my wife have purchased and it has been a great deal both times. The employees are very friendly and professional with what they do. I would recommend this place to anybody that asked.

Update: Jason, manager at Mattress Firm, replaced our fitted sheet at no charge and corrected our situation. Good customer service is fundamental and something I look for when creating brand loyalty. He made getting the new protector easy and apologized for the service prior. No business is immune from personnel mistakes, but he has thoroughly addressed these mistakes and has certainly earned a five star rating for this location in place of the previous poor rating. Would very much recommend.

The staff was very helpful in finding the perfect mattress and bed frame, even though we didnt make a purchase right away, they were more than willing to give us a quote and even remembered us when we came back.

After waiting for 4 weeks fir a sleep number bed and not being told until hours before my delivery time they lost part of the bed I found the customer service to be very bad and now bought a new Bed to be here in 10 days. Mattress Firm was great to work with!

-1 star because...The store management made a serious error only having one person scheduled to work on a Sunday. There were several customers in the store, and it could definitely have used another staff member.However, the salesperson that was on duty handled it like a champ! He gave everyone as close to equal attention as possible. He explained every aspect of the mattresses we tried, the pros and cons of each adjustable base, and discussed impacts of various promotions offered based on our selections. No problems with processing our information, scheduling delivery or letting us know the policy for warranty/trial periods either.

Our salesman was way to pushy. I was put off. I knew by the first bed we looked at I wasnt buying a bed from there. Went to denver mattress and got an awesome bed saved some money in the process

I purchased a Beautyrest Pressure Smart Plush mattress. Have a beautyrest Azure. It wore very well. Almost 20 years old. Shopped at 3 stores in trying out other brands and came back to beautyrest. Matt Champion did above and beyond to beat the competition and make a customer very impressed and happy. It’s all about customer service which made him very happy. It’s not just about the sale. He was happy to make my day and search complete. He is fantastic! Really impressed!

I came into the store in Mishawaka yesterday evening just to shop around to see what they had and I told the sales representative that I had a budget of $2000 expecting to only be shown mattresses and other products that would equal that amount, However to my surprise the salesman brought me around the whole entire store multiple times until I found something that my significant other and I were happy with and it was half off! I only ended up spending below $1000 and was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism that this store offered me. I will definitely be returning for all my mattress and accessory needs! This review is an edited down review. I was happy with this company and had originally given them a better review, until i was issued a refund but was never put on my card. Called and complained, got nothing done. I did trade in a mattress I didnt like for a more expensive one, and wasnt charged. He did a straight across trade. Or did he? Since I didnt get my refund maybe I was charged after all. Still I was cheated they lost a customer for life.

Joseph Feole was awesome! He knows his product very well. He was friendly, polite and a pleasant person. He answered all my questions and happily helped me. Again he was great and I would recommend Mattress Firm to other people and send to his store.

Very pleasant and very good customer service. They had the mattress at one store but not the platform. But another store very close had the platform. So he called the other store to verify they had it. So we picked it up on our way home.

The sales people were nice but sales people. At the beginning I was told that about a horrible experience of a client who didn’t get the warranty for adjustable bed and regretted it but then when we were struggling to work within my budget, then it wasn’t that big of a deal to not have one. I didn’t really leave excited about my purchase.

Bought a mattress online on March 8th with no indication that it was out of stock on their website. Received an email the next day telling us it won’t be available until April 1st. After spending all week looking we found the one we wanted for our new apartment. They’ve completely ruined our experience. Now it won’t be available until May 1st. The mattress continues to be on their website with no indication that it’s out of stock. My brother ordered the same mattress in a different size and the same thing happened to him. Unbelievable. Will tell everyone I know NOT to go here.

In store the guys were nice and were able to price match an item I wanted to purchase online without paying the $99 delivery fee. When the day comes for my purchase to be arriving they call to inform me that apparently whoever handles inventory in their warehouse cant do their job and Ill have to wait an additional 11 days for my mattress to arrive now which was completely ridiculous because when in store I was told great we have some in stock not too sure if Ill spend my money here again.

I purchased four Sleepy brand beds. 3 queen and 1 king. We weren’t saitisfied in our household with 2 of them. I went in to see what could be done and I was immediately pointed to the 10% + $99 exchange cost per order or 20% restock + $99 to refund. I missed that on the contract. I decided immediately to have them pick up all four beds and lise the $600+ dollars that the 20% totaled along with the $99. I lost $600+ dollars, but I’ll be sleeping much better not dealing with Mattress Firm. Just be straight up in your sales practices and point that kind of thing out. I should have read the fine print. Won’t happen again.

This place does not follow through. After several missed deliveries, blamed manufacturer.
