Went in to get a new phone, mine had died. We get there they stop you at the door and give you to a rep he keeps us there ( all the other customers are at a desk) and barely helps us to get started, we had to pull information out of him, my husband did most of the work picking a phone and getting a case, he wont transfer the information from the old phone and gets a paper and says you have to do it, we dont puts the screen on and leaves bubbles, so much attitude. Very dissatisfied with their so called customer service. He told us all the lower priced phone were NOT available and gave us the most expensive phone. If we didnt need a phone that day we would of left.

I had done a curbside upgrade that turned into a nightmare. The workers have nothing to say except sorry store policy I went to pick the phone up and was informed i wasnt authorized to do so even though i had my old phone, the card that paid for the new phone and offered to call my daughter in law which is the account owner. I was even changed to an account manager and still could not pick up my own phone. My daughter in law had to go pick the phone up for me. Then turning the old phone turned out to be just as bad. They were closing and didnt want to wait on me to get the pin that was texted to my daughter in law so sent it to my phone and did the trade in. Then tried telling me i was only getting $12 for the phone when i was told $500 by the representative that placed my curbside order. Needless to say i contacted customer service and will be getting the $500 trade in. The best part of all they wanted to say store policy to everything but when i mentioned another account member upgrading without the account owner even knowing they tried telling me that she has to be an account manager. Lol pulled up the app and the 1 person outta 5 is an account member and upgraded without an issue and without my daughter in law even knowing until she got the increased bill. I will most definitely drive out of my way to avoid ever returning to this location. Nothing but a headache and frustration.

After making an appointment in person. Waiting and waiting well past the 40 minutes to two hours. They never sent a text. They just kicked us out of the waiting list. And wouldnt help us out with a quick issue. (Turning old phone in)

I had the best experience at Verizon with Bryce and the manager, Devon. Bryce is such a great salesman. He was very patient, kind, and caring. Bryce will have my loyalty for as long as he is there. I was beyond blown away with the positive environment the staff has created in their store. They are such a great team. Overall, I was very impressed and they reminded me why I stick with Verizon. 10/10 recommend!

This is a mixed review. I am in town to settle my mothers estate I have been a Verizon customer for at least 18 years. I have to say that getting her her cell shut off has been a nightmare. Unless it is a company store your required to do it either online or drive to a company store which the nearest one is 40 miles away. I attempted to do it online but her phone was dead, charger wouldnt work & could not recharge it so I bought a charger, charged her phone instead of driving 40 mi. Out of frustration after spending so many hours on the phone trying to take care of this I did jump in the car, drove 40 miles to Mishawaka Indiana where the problem was taken care of. Initially the guy that met me at the door said I have to do that online and I told him Ive been trying that for 3 weeks. He then responded with, we can take care of that for you but itll be a wait. After a 45 minute wait in the parking lot I got my text that it was my turn once in the store the employee that handled my issue was so nice and so friendly so accommodating I was done and outin probably 10 minutes. I call this a mixed review because I would give Verizon a one for the steps in trying to shut off a cell phone for a deceased relative but I would give a five for the excellent service that I received from the employee. There is a reason I have been with Verizon for so long. I look at this experience as a one time issue.

So you have to make an appointment (or wait outside) but once I arrived for my appointment I had excellent customer service. Felix was just wonderful and helped me with a whole list of things and the manager pitched in too. They were both very kind, efficient, and even had a good sense of humor. Much appreciated! Felix went the extra mile by calling customer service to properly set up my business account and even helped me set up my cell extender service which was purchased separately from my Verizon account.

This store is slow and incompetent. After being told it would be a 15 minute wait, I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes to be helped. When I was finally helped they told me Oh we only have one android phone in stock. Thats information that should be given before forcing me to waste over and hour for their incompetent service.

Courtesy of reps, very helpful, helped me get a replacement for my phone, which was completely bogged down, then converted the old phone contents to the new phone. Im a happy camper. I was able to take wonderful pictures with the new camera.

Only open 10-5. Had to stand outside for 30 minutes. There has got to be a better way. All other Verizon stores closed. Phone numbers dont work. I was told I was number 5 and probably wouldnt get in today. Lucked out people in front of me left. Dont like this. If Im there at 4 pm then you take me even if its after 5.

While I understand that Verizon has to take precautions during this crisis, I was treated with disregard when I walked up for service. My car was being serviced and I walked over to the Verizon store to purchase a pair of headphones to pass the time. The person at the door treated me like a groupie trying to get into an exclusive night club with my name left off the guest list. Again, I understand the precautions, but his attitude toward me was inexcusable. I felt deeply humiliated as I was turned away.

I am very happy with Verizon as a company but the service at the local store is not great. 1 person checks you in and cant answer any questions then you have to wait for someone else. There were only two people ahead of me and I was still waiting after 25 minutes with no one saying a word to me. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

To be honest we came to this store a year ago and got the best service of any verizon store we had been to then we come in today and the day before and it was by far the worst we where lied to twice told us we must have just miss heard them we will not be going back we where told when we bought our phones that the brand of screen protector was warranted and we had been in there too get it replaced once and now they say thats not how it works or has ever worked the guy we spoke with seemed very inconvenienced to have to help us at all if they changed the way they do things thats fine but they shouldnt have said they never replaced them unless brought in by the costumer its a shame that we now have to find somewhere else to go cause we will not deal with dishonest people

Be careful! They are high pressure sales people and talk in circles to get you confused and make you think youre making a good decision when in reality you are not. Dont be afraid to walk out of the store without changing your plan or getting a new phone.

Very helpful with my cell issue. Can buy phones, tablets, and accessories there. You can pay your bill at customer service desk or at the kiosk in the store. Handicap parking and handicapped accessible. The staff is friendly, but there is a wait most of the time. Accessories are cheaper if you can find what you need on ebay or somewhere else. I have been with Verizon for over 15 years. I switched 2 years ago to the monthly prepaid instead of contract. For me, it is cheaper.

Great experience at the store! Actually probably my only good experience at a cell phone store ever. I had AT&t for years but I bought a house that would get no reception. Frustrated. Drove 40 miles to add an AT&T line to my Verizon account, pick up a new phone and purchase a tablet. Tablet was not in stock, but shipped to me. After 3 days it stops working. I took it into the local Verizon franchise in La Porte where I live and have to pay a $10 fee to have them diagnose it because I didnt buy it there.According to them I need to drive back to Mishawaka to have the tablet replaced. I called the Mishawaka store yesterday to confirm this before I spending the time and money to drive to over. I left a message with one of the Verizon team members to have my salesman call me back to confirm since he was with another customer--I did not get a call back.

Sean M. Was the best! Awesome service, great selection of products that are amazing! Sean put my husband and I both into phones that fit our needs perfectly. We both originally bought Samsung s6s from another retailer and unfortunately both phones messed up within 3 days, luckily we were able to return the phones. We headed straight for a Verizon Corporate store where Sean M. listened to our phone needs and concerns. Sean took fantastic care of us! We love the new DROID MAXX 2 and the new DROID TURBO 2! Very nice, solid phones. Easy to use and the battery life and turbo charge (even in the car) is phenomenal! (And we got a much better deal than we did from the other retailer) Thank you again Sean and Verizon! You just became our favorite Verizon store and Verizon Associate!!

This is the Verizon store to visit in the Mishawaka location as the U. P. Mall location is a indirect store. Nevermind the U. P. Mall Verizon for its location and convenience as the staff is looking for a sale and while they seemed to be attentive were not looking to give me the correct cost information. The Verizon store located on Douglas had more honest staff that I dealt with. Waiting can be expected - Surprise!

Joe helped us and was incredibly impatient and getting annoyed. Even though our phone bill is almost $250 a month, he treated my mom and I like we were idiots bc we didnt understand the new plans. (He didnt describe them well) and we were only in the store about 15 minutes. Will not be renewing our contract and will absolutely never recommend the Verizon store on Douglas rd.

I was the kid standing outside at 8:01... there were 4 customers and 3 employees right in front of the glass door. I knocked on the door and they didnt even look at me. A kid in the cold a minute past closing. All I wanted was the free Google cardboard. They dont even care.
