Fast, friendly service! Will be going to that store instead of the one on Main Street moving forward. Not only is it closer...but quicker service and with a more personal touch!

I ordered a phone from this store about a week ago. Received confirmation that it has arrived. Stopped to get it and the phone couldn’t get found. Connor was working at the store and did a great job helping me find something else and worked hard on getting all of my stuff transferred. Thanks Connor.

Worked with Paul and the process for getting a new phone was the easiest its ever been. No shoving useless deals and trying to upsell everything. Very understanding and kind. Went to 3 other stores to try and get everything figured out but only was able to get the deals here. 12/10 amazing :)

Paul was the BEST!! he was so helpful, answered most of my questions before I even asked and put me in the best phone while also helping my mom with her own phone needs. 100% will never go to another Verizon but the one he is at.

Connor was helpful and knew his stuff. I had gone in in Saturday 12/12/2020 and he was working alone. He was doing an amazing job. He was working with a couple and there were 2 other couples waiting but he was working with them as well. While one phone was doing set up Conner was acknowledging and starting to do what he could with the other couple.There was a gentleman before me. He is truly an asset as evidenced by customers waiting for him. I did leave Saturday due to time constraints on my part but returned on Monday. Again Connor was working alone but doing a fantastic job of multi tasking. I got what I needed and watched Connor do an amazing job again. He was working with someone when I came in and after me there were 2 more costumers waiting to meet with him.

Got an email my phone shipped at the beginning of the week, went to the store and they are closed. Fed ex stickers all over the door and website says it is closed all week. How do I get my phone that I am paying for? Something is not right at this location.

The gentleman working in the store was helping a few different customers at the same time, and still accomplished everything in a timely manor. Every time I come into the location I pay my bill at, I feel welcomed, like theyre excited to help me. I cant ask for better service than the mishawaka/osceola location.

Visited this location on a Sunday afternoon. Received great service from Conner buying my new phone and transferring data from my OLD 5s.

I went here to pay my phone bill, and was eligible for a phone upgrade. Got all set up with a new phone and everything I needed for it.The guy helping me was very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. I would recommend anyone to use this location.

I stopped in this location only to get some clarification with a few things on my bill.. Joanna, the store manager, immediately sympathized with my situation and was genuinely excited about assisting me with my issue.. She called the billing department for me and they fixed my issue right away.. She also suggested doing a wireless account analysis which i gladly agreed to.. Upon doing this she discovered I was on an old plan and if I switched to the new unlimited plan I would actually save $40 a month!! She also helped me sign up for My Verizon online and set up auto pay for me! I have never experienced such exceptional customer service before!!! She took the initiative to go above and beyond for me! I was 100% satisfied as a Verizon customer before I left the store which is a rarity these days! I will never go to a different Verizon store ever again and! Go see Joanna, you wont regret it!!!

Went here after i was turned away by the Verizon corporate store on grape and Douglas. I broke my phone and needed to use my upgrade. Needless to say I will never use the corporate store again. Soon as I walked in I was greeted promptly. Stephanie was extremely nice and ready to help. Answered all my questions and got me what I needed and left happy. This will now be the store I use on a regular basis

I dont ever write reviews, but this was bad. There was one guy working, his mask was on his chin, I wasnt greeted or acknowledged in anyway when I walked in or at any point until I interrupted him (there were 2 other people there). All I needed was a return label and I spent over a half hour in there. Only to find out he couldnt even print it for me. Awful experience, I dont recommend this location at all.

Verizon does not stand behind these franchise stores and if they give you miss information Verizon will say its because they are a franchise and charge you more than you agreed to.If you are looking for a phone carrier do not go with Verizon. I have been with Verizon for over 10 years but with the treatment I have recently received I will be looking for another phone carrier. Very unprofessional and lack of training in all areas. Poor customer service.

Stephanie was great! Got a new phone and it wouldnt activate. Even called Verizon tech support and they couldnt get it done. Went into the Russell store where Stephanie works. She had me up and going within the hour! I did start having mobile network issues the next day. Took it back and Stephanie and the Verizon tech support lady had the issue fixed in no time! I went into the store to get a new ipad 8th generation. Connor helped me order it and informed me delivery would be around December 16th. He did offer other options to get an ipad sooner but I informed him I was good with waiting. He was very helpful.

Stephanie did a phenomenal job being the only one there, 3 days before Christmas. She deserves a raise.

Not sure why but they always lock the doors when they take lunch. The sign said they woldd reopen at 12:15 but still closed at 2:45...frustrating ! This is the 3rd time Ive had to deal with this since opening about a year ago

Stopped here twice, 1st time there was only one employee and a line. All I wanted to purchase was a case and screen protector. Knew what I wanted. No greeting or anything from the employee at all.Second time I stopped there was a sign that they would reopen at 6pm as they were at lunch... ok... it was 5:56 when I arrived so Ill wait. I wanted to give my business to a local franchise. Well at about 6:10 a female employee came out, said she had to leave for the day, there was another employee inside finishing her lunch as they were so busy they couldnt take their lunch til then. So the other employee would be done with her lunch at 6:15..... ok.... another few minutes, Ill give you that. Sooo.... by 6:25... still no one. Tried to call the store. No answer. Knocked on the door no answer... noticed they were to close at 7pm. Well really... OK, if you didnt want to reopen, why not just tell me! Totally ticked off. Will NOT return to this store. They do not care about their customers...

I had been having several things not working right on my 12, I took it to the Verizon store and Connor fixed it and spent time explaining what was done.

We entered the Verizon store knowing we would probably have to wait. There was a couple who had purchased new phones and were currently being helped, but no other customers in the store. We waited over an hour while the sales woman told the current person about her personal life. There was an original “I will be with you in a minute” but we were otherwise ignored.After waiting an hour, we left. My husband has been wanting to change providers...this has solidified his decision.

Go see Joanna, the store manager here. She is awesome and well hook you up make sure you get the best deal possible on the best Network, Verizon.

Pretty unhappy with our visit. The 2 people we worked with didnt seem to go out of their way to ensure we got the best deal possible. Couldnt answer simple questions about the account or phone features. It seems as if they need more training, all they know how to do it sell the phone you want.

Your better off taking your wireless needs to another Verizon store.
