Well I would like to have a good review BUT I showed up 10 minutes past 1 pm Looking for something to quench my thirst that was so savory But instead I go through the drive-through with no response go to the front door to only see a sign that says they close at 1 Even though everything else shows they close at 3 So about the only good thing I can say about this location is the outside was clean As a side note the Jimmy Johns a few doors down has soda pop for a fraction of the price of a refresher and thats what I ended up getting And for the record there were another 4 people right along with me trying to get Starbucks

Great experience! I used the mobile app to order and my drink was ready long before the app told me it would be and, unlike any of the other stores nearby, they weren’t out of anything! My drink tasted great and I’ll definitely be coming back to this location again.

My drink wasn’t made right and there were 2 people working and I was the only one in line and it still took them a while to make my drink. It was supposed to be salted caramel cold brew but I believe they just poured coffee or espresso over ice because it wasn’t exactly cold. You could tell they didn’t know what they were doing.

Worst coffee house experience EVER. Walked in, was kindly greeted and offered a mask. I informed her of my health issues and my non use of a mask. She confirmed my needs and went upon her work. Another employee came over and addressed me about my mask. As shes explaining their standard shes laughing at me and paying attention to other clients. When I addressed this issue I was informed she has anxiety and its just the way it is. Well I have a heart issue and masks create more than anxiety in me. To single me out and get loud with me in front of 15+ people as if I was robbing the place is very unprofessional, then to laugh in my face as you address me on a policy is even less professional. If you cant handle the social interaction of the service industry you shouldnt be the person in place to address people.I own 2 massage therapy locations as well as an esthetician business. I understand safety, customer service, and THE LAW very well.

I visited the site, trying, unsuccessfully, to find a place to leave a complaint. I had ordered a hot, venti, chai latte but was given something else, which I could not stomach and poured down the sink. Unfortunately, I did not even take a sip until I was 5.5 miles away. I realize I could have returned to the location I purchased the drink and asked for a replacement drink, but I did not have time and did not plan driving back that direction soon. I will never order again from that franchise. Yesterday, I reluctantly placed the order again at another location, voicing my hesitancy. All wa good though. So, do not trust labels. Before you drive off, taste your drink to be sure it is what you wanted.

This place is great… When it’s actually open. I never leave poor reviews, and as someone that has worked in the service industry for a long time I think that I try to generally give the benefit of the doubt to any restaurants or fast food places. Almost every single time I go to this location they are closed for one reason or another. When I Actually get served here it is great and the staff is very nice, and my order has never been wrong. So I wanna make it very clear that this is not a negative review about the staff or workers here, but about the management, or corporation that is not working to keep this location running like every other Starbucks location. I want to be able to come and support the workers and tip them, but it’s kind of hard when it’s never open....

For some reason the drink I always order never tastes the same each time. They use to be great. I Woodhaven go out of my way to this Starbucks. Not anymore. But I have noticed several Starbucks quality has gone downhill. Im glad we are getting other choices now.

Coffee and drink taste is a hit or miss. Most always often tastes stale or off. They always try to tell me how my drink should be made, instead of just making it how I ordered it. If I want sugar in my iced coffee, then put sugar in my iced coffee!! If I ask for a quadruple shot latte at 9pm, then make my quadruple shot without question! Not everyone works 9a-5p!!

Waited 35 mins from the time I got in line until I got my coffee. Saved up my stars so that I could get a free coffee because it’s a $10 cup of coffee. When I walked out the door I took a sip and the shots had expired and it was so bitter I couldn’t drink it so I just placed it right in the trashcan. This is the second time I’ve gotten a drink like thatAt this location

Well they fall in line with every other establishment that succeeds in spite of their horrible customer service skills. I went through the drive through and forgot to stop and give my order at the kiosk. Four cars later after being stuck in the line, I get to the window. The guy if idea me for the first 3 minutes. Then opens the door and tells me I have to go back to the end of the line. I explained I accidentally passed the kiosk, all I wanted was an iced tea which is quick, and that I waited through four cars. He again told me I had to go to the end of the line or come inside. I will learn to make the iced peach green tea at home, because paying $5 for it and getting that kind of service doesnt make sense.

This review is the one on Main and Douglas.. I always ask for extra carmel drizzle on my latte, though it comes with whip cream they always seem to forget the whip cream and the carmel drizzle.. I pay so much for these drinks I get daily but everytime it never fails they screw up my drink... Everytime!! I am soooo done with them ignorant people!!! They really need to be retrained without no doubt!!

I go to Starbucks all the time, and this was my worst experience ever not because they didn’t get my drink right, but because they would not take my one drink order because they said they were closed. There was 10 minutes till close when I pulled up to the drive through, but they refused to take my 1 drink order so they could close on time.

A lot of people have commented on how busy this location typically is. Thats true but Ive started ordering ahead and that does help some. I went in this morning to get a peppermint mocha since they started carrying the holiday drinks again, and they were giving away free cups while supplies last. I ordered ahead and still had to wait about 10 minutes inside as well, so it was about a 30 minute make time. However, I would like to compliment the employees. There were multiple people behind the counter and they were all moving as quickly as possible. One girl in particular (blonde but I didnt happen to catch her name) was constantly moving between taking orders inside and calling out mobile orders that were ready. She was also making drinks and making sure to hand out the free reusable cups (she is the only one I saw handing them out actually). I witnessed one woman get a little upset with her because she said she had placed her mobile order and it wasnt ready when she arrived. The employee was apologetic and calm despite the rush happening.

I waited in the drive thru for 30 min and couldnt get out because of the median. they ended up making my drink wrong so I went back in and they remade it in a timely manner and they were super nice about it but it just took way too long for everything. I could tell made my drink was irritated but I also didnt want to wait for that long to not get the right order.

Consistency is what makes this my preferred coffee shop. when I go to other places *ahem...dunkin* its very hit or miss even though i always have the same order but here i have never had my drink made less than perfect so I always know what Im getting. the wait times can be a bit at times but by using the order ahead feature and picking up inside I place my order before I leave home and its typically ready when I arrive so I can grab and go without dealing with the drive-through. if you do stop on a whim though, prepare for long wait times.

Online hours shows store closes at 10pm. Arrived at 9:40pm no response at the drive-thru speaker for five minutes. The menu was still lit up. Drove to window a rude employee made some slashing motion across his neck and said they were closed through a closed window.

I realize stores are short staffed. It should not take over 30 minutes to get two drinks; mobile order or not. I was told I had 10+ drinks still ahead of me after the first 30 minutes. If stores cant meet the demand of Happy Hour, dont have a Happy Hour.Over promised and under delivered. Totally ridiculous.

I know they closed at 2:30pm today but I was in line before 2:30 when I got to the speaker at 2:29 they didn’t want to take my order, I was the last one in line. I consider this a very bad customer service! My job is customer facing as well and I always double check who is the last in line before it’s time to close so I can know who is my last customer. Very disappointed.

Drinks are always decent but the wait time at this location is outrageous. No matter if you go in or go through the drive thru expect to be waiting 30+ mins even if there is only 4 cars in the drive thru. Give yourself the time needed if you want to wait for it.

Consistently have to get orders remade. If you get food it’s over cooked and inedible. The partners here don’t seem to know what they’re doing. When we’ve returned our drinks and food to be remade we aren’t even given an apology. Poorly run store. This has been the case for over a year now. This location really needs to get it together! The wait in drive thru is entirely too long, up to 20 minutes plus! We will not be using this StarBucks ever again!

There isnt anything particularly special about this Starbucks. It is the expected quality, so that is always nice. I had a black coffee and was plenty satisfied. The staff were warm enough. I would gladly stop here again and plan to do so. Hoping for more consistent good experiences. In conclusion, this place is okay and there isnt really anything that makes it stand out.

The worst service I’ve ever had at Starbucks. I go to different Starbucks frequently, and I am always happy. I’m not picky at all. However this specific Starbucks location is horrible. Expect to wait 20-40 minutes for one cup of coffee/tea. Once, I ordered two drinks here in the drive thru, I waited 30 minutes, and when I got to the window the teenager said my total was $20.00?? I explained how that is impossible since it should’ve only been $9. She argued with me, I gave her a $4 off coupon and a $20 bill and she gave me no change. And to top it off, I only received one cup of tea, when I ordered 2 cups of coffee. How much worst could the service here be? Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Not my scene, but clean and more seating than expected for such a small place. Parking is an issue, and if youre looking for a place to get some work done they play the music of it loud. I found it distracting. Not a place I would hang out either, busy so a bit crowded with no good views. Good place to drink coffee and hang out with friends if you can find a parking space

There are 5 people in the front working. 2 taking orders and 3 messing around. Apparently their social life needs more attention than getting customers their orders. I understand that they might have been on break (please dont clown around the front where orders are being taken when doing so), but the lack of work being done is beyond annoying.

I love this Starbucks! Often I am waiting on by the kindest people! Always a smiling face. One girl in particular ALWAYS makes my day. One of the more frustrating Starbucks Ive been to in a long time. I see a lot of reviews about how slow it is, but if the store is busy thats understandable to me. My problem is how drink orders were prioritized when I was here this morning. I placed a mobile order for two drinks. Estimated time for the order to be ready was 3-6 minutes. I arrived maybe 3-5 minutes after I placed the order and went inside. After that point other people came in and began ordering from the counter (and of course the drive through was busy). A couple of these people received their drinks before me, I received one of the drinks from my order, two other people received their order (all from the same barista...) and I finally received the rest of my order. Total time from order placed to final drink received was between 15-20 minutes. The kicker was that based on the monitor by the drive-thru window, the average wait time for them was 3-4 minutes...

Not a bad place, same as any other Starbucks quality wise, the problem here would be the wait, most the time the drive through is a 30 min to 40 min wait. But you can go inside to order faster, and wait 20 min before they start to make your coffee.The wife and I have been here many times and the only problem we have is the ungodly long wait times, half the time opting to go to another coffee place after the first 20 mins of waiting.

No sense of urgency from employees. There was only one person ahead of us. I was there to interview a prospective employee. The Barista made my tea, then totally forgot to make the interviewee her drink. He proceeded to play around and have fun with a female cohort and made hard a drink. He didnt start to make our second drink so I called him 3 times and then he acknowledged me. I said did you forget about the second drink. He asked the name pulled up a receipt tape off of a machine and said were making it now. Then he started to make it at that time. He was rude and when he places the finished drink he pointed at it and said there it is and turned around. Worst attitude Ive ever experienced. Someone should reprimand him.

Every experience i’ve had there has either taken way too long for how many people were in front of me or they messed my order up. It’s by far my least favorite location in the area. Take the extra time to go to the Heritage Square location. It’ll be worth your time.

I usually dont go out of my way to write a bad review for a Starbucks but I have to. This location is by far the slowest, most poorly run Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff does not care enough to move at an acceptable pace for a fast moving environment, and they are ALWAYS understaffed. Sometimes youll see staff just standing around not really doing much of anything. And dont even get me started on the drive through. Youd be better off parking and getting out of your car than to sit in that line.

Location routinely fails to manage volume. Customer line is often so long it easier to submit a mobile order. Employees have no sense of urgency or desire to speed service up at all. Avoid at all costs if looking for a quick drink.
