Both of my daughters have been here for exams and glasses. No issues with one. However, my youngest daughters glasses didnt fit well. We returned for an adjustment, they had her pick out a different pair (at no charge). They exchanged her new glasses, found her a frame that fits perfectly! Great service!
I have ALWAYS had great service from this Optical Dept. The Doctor is awesome!Only thing that could be better is to have more staff on hand to dispense the glasses after purchase. I sometimes have to wait a while for a person to get free to help me.
Helpful friendly staff. Excellent, experienced, friendly doctor. This doctor can fit difficult-to-fit contact lenses for patients with a high level of astigmatism. Other optometrists gave up -- she didnt. Dr. Warfield is terrific with adults and children.
Dr. Warfield is wonderful and very in tune with special vision problems people with autoimmune diseases face. Staff has always been professional and helpful whenever I go in whether for an appointment or glasses repair.
I called and was told that I needed an appointment. I arrive 15 minutes early and fill out my paperwork. About 45 minutes into waiting, a man and two kids walk into the store. The clerk working the counter told me that she was putting them ahead of me. I left. She calls me about 20 minutes later telling me that they are ready for me. I told her that I was going to another doctor. This was a complete waste of my time and I scheduled my day around the appointment. It is really inconsiderate to put a walk-in ahead of someone waiting for that length of time. I’m still baffled.
I would rate this location with no stars if possible. I took my glasses in to have the nose pads replaced and the employee broke the frame trying to replace the nose pads, a simple task. She obviously wasnt properly trained and didnt know what she was doing. I have had the nose pads replaced there before and it was a quick and easy procedure.I explained that I was leaving on vacation in 2 weeks and needed the replacement pair before I left and I was promised that the replacement glasses would be expedited. I called 2 days later and they were just then sending them to the lab, again promised they would be expedited and assured me they would be back well before my vacation. I called back a second time a few days later and was told the glasses were sent in. I asked if the order had been expedited and the location manager said she needed to get approval from the district manager and that she would call them to get approval. They also said there would be a $28 charge because they were using the eyeglass insurance I bought when I first ordered the glasses. I told them they broke the glasses and I didnt intend to pay anything for them to be fixed and I didnt want to use my insurance for the repair. They finally relented.I called again almost 2 weeks later and was told the glasses were still at the lab, but would be at the store the following Monday. I went to the store on Wednesday (the day I was leaving on vacation) to pick up my glasses only to be told they were still at the lab. So I have to use an old pair on vacation with no backup pair.Either the store didnt send my broken glasses in promptly &/or the order was not expedited as promised.Despite my numerous calls and their repeated assurances that my replacement glasses would be back before my vacation my glasses werent back.The incompetence of their technician and location manager is inexcusable. Their false reassurances were were either negligent or intentional.Bottom line is that the customer service was terrible.

Dr warfeild probably the best eye doctor i have ever been to . Ive been wearing glasses and contacts for over 40 years. The staff on the other hand could not or cannot find there way out of a paper bag, it has been five months trying to get my lens script correct, ive waited 2 months for a trial pair which are worse than the initial pair. I keep calling trying to get in to see the dr to get a different brand and honestly dont know what they do with the messages i leave. In 6 months i will have to have a new exam and still havent gotten contacts that i can wear now...
