Disc replay is a 100% wholesome amazing place to find media. If you want that super rare impossible to find game.. there is a chance its here. The staff are such bright people they light the whole city!

A movie lovers dream. An overwhelming amount of DVDs and video games but in a good way. All at reasonable prices. Its conveniently located off Grape Rd. I was hoping for more posters selection or similar. Thats my only complaint.

I’ve had good experiences in the past but recently, in the past 3-5 months, things have not been so great. The employees during my 6:00pm visit were very seclusive though the store didn’t close for 2 hours. My couple of simple requests seemed excessive to them which made me want to just walk out with my few brought-in items for sale which I agreed to selling after they gave me a not-so-seldom price for. (I wouldn’t have sold except for the fact that every time I come in, I find something that I want and can take a little of the price-point off). Thus said, the employees need instructions on customer service. As someone who spends a good deal of money at this place in a single month on entertainment, the not so friendly employees have made me consider selling and buying from the store you know about which is less than a mile down the road and buys the stuff I’ve sold at a good price and sells the stuff I want at a comparable and competitive price as what you sell.

I love Disc Replay. They always have something, and are clean. We came in just before closing, and they gave us time to look around. Im sorry it was so late, but very thankful for their courtesy. I was able to find what I was looking for, and I left as quickly as I could. They didnt complain. I definitely recommend this store.

Its fine. There selection of games are way too overpriced for what theyre actually worth. For movies, this place is fine, but if youre into retro games, try instead to go to local game shop.

Not a bad store. Wierd pricing on vintage games. Either waaaaay over, or waaaaay under.Nothing is really priced well. So, its a steal or an easy pass.Apparently independently owned, so the membership rewards offered from the bulk of Disc Replays are not honored here. So, keep that in mind if youre a traveler like I am.

Awesome deals, helpful employees! The guys are always willing to answer my questions. The DVD shelves are a little disorganized, but thats not surprising considering how much great stuff they have. Plus its always hard to keep things in alphabetical order when multiple customers are handling the cases. Overall, I enjoy shopping there. Ive found some really neat, sometimes rare, movies and TV shows!

Love this store! They have a huge selection on every kind of used video games, systems & other electronics at very affordable prices. My son likes to pick out a different xbox 360 game every few weeks & I am always willing to go because it wont break the bank! Ive also sold my gently used items for a very fair price, they dont rip you off like pawn shops do. The staff is always kind & available to help with any questions.

I had an exchange for my son, I got him the wrong kind of controller for his gaming system.My son called to make sure they had the exact one he wanted, asked if they could hold it til I got there, they said they would for an hour.I rushed over there. I wouldnt even give this place a 1 star if I didnt have to. Every single time I come here, i am disappointed when i leave to the point i will not be back again. Ive tried to sell things to them even systems of great value and some how some way they ALWAYS find something inconvenient on their end that stops the sale from going through. Like this place is literally as useless as platos if you plan to sell them anything. For a second hand store id expect a little more on their behalf.

I always go here to buy sell and trade games They are super fair and have awesome deals and are very professional. They also know their games very well which i as a gamer highly appreciate when asking about a game. I will continue shopping here for as long as they are in business. Pretty average. Walk in, browse the alphabetical games (remember to look up at the rack for games not included in the lower set) and buy. Also a good place to trade games. They had a very nice selection, but itd be nice if the games not with original labels at least had the back panel printed so potential buyers could get an idea of what the game is about.

5 stars this place is great if you want old consoles cheap go to disc replay i got my nes and super nes for 50 and 30 buck highly recommend there staff is very nice and wonderful people that now a lot about video games and systems always going to be my main store to buy video games or consoles

Great first experience! I will definitely be back there. The staff is personable and really care about video games as well as customers. They have an incredible amount of DVDs and blue ray discs. The DVDs are on the outer walls while the games are on shelves. The gaming systems are in the glass counter at the front. Very cool store. Also, they sell posters for video games and bands such as Pink Floyd. The game and DVD selections are fantastic.

They are good, but they have a lot of the same stuff you will see at other used media shops. I havent seen anything all that exciting. They do have the occasional oddity and they have a lot of atari stuff, if those are things you are looking for.

Great prices I go there about once a week to pick up new/old movies. They are always running free movie promotions when you buy X amount. Last time we received 4 free. Staff is always helpful as well.

Much better experience than other second hand game stores. The prices are fair for both buying and value on trade-ins. Selection is pretty expansive, lots of older games as well. I even saw some Atari games! Staff are knowledgeable in what they have as well as overall games and movies. Great place to shop!

Staff is so helpful, after my shopping was done. I came out to my vehicle the battery was dead. One of the employees came out to give me a jump. Above and beyond kindness and customer service.

Nice staff. Not good prices on games though. I had 3 games that i wanted to trade in and they only offered me $4 for all of them. On there website it said at least $2.99 per game.

They have a lot of inventory and the staff is helpful with finding movies or games. While they didnt have what I was looking for. They were helpful and quick to offer assistance if I needed anything else.

Takes forever

Cool store. Great prices and a good selection. The only downside was the employees. Just stood around talking to each other while we waited at the counter to pay. After a few minutes, someone in a faded shirt with holes asked what we were waiting for. I’ll dismiss this once as them being ready to close and go home.

My first experience was that of selling my Xbox 360, a number of games, as well as some equipment for it. Those that helped me were incredibly kind and very honest and full of integrity. Definitely also felt very safe and that is a feeling that unfortunately is not found as much with video game stores, especially for family oriented gamers like me.Definitely will be back for any other movie or game needs. That usually comes up at least a bit due to love of both sports video games and good family friendly movies. :)

Im never coming back. They refused several sales because of the absolute tiniest, hairline scratches that dont impede the game in question at all, but will gladly sell me games like Red Dead 2 that will not install properly to begin with. I dont know what changed, but theyve lost a long time customer.Update: I went immediately across the street to GameStop of all places and got $30 in cash for everything they refused.

A somewhat limited selection of meh games. Though this isn’t their fault probably because it’s based on what they get in from the public. I was disappointed at the amount of GameCube games they had which was literally less than 10. Super happy that this one isn’t flooded with used music though!

Great store to find all those hard to find movies and games. They have all the classics along with some memorabilia and accessories! If you want to sell your games or movies, definitely choose this place over GameStop. They will give you top dollar and its less hassle as well. First experience at Disc Replay. Came in to hawk some Blu-rays Ive only ever watched once or twice, and they took all but two. It should first be noted that they dont take discs that are scratched, smudged, or otherwise beat up. Given the huge inventory, I doubt they have the time to clean/resurface everything that comes in the door. Perfectly understandable. Second, I have serious doubt that I would have been offered as much in cash or store credit at any other media resale store in the area. I walked in, was met at the counter immediately, and wandered about the store while my discs were checked. Found a used PS4 game on the cheap, and they were more than accommodating in splitting my bounty between cash and store credit. This visit was perhaps the highlight of my day, until I used some of the money I pocketed to buy a bottle of gin. After that, Disc Replay was the second highest point of my day. Good on you, Disc Replay; Ill return in the future.

Me and a group of friends went up to disc replay where my friends son found a game he wanted, got his hopes up just had his hopes crushed when his dad couldnt use his card as a debt card do to a very dated policy. So I paid out of my pocket, when they couldnt run any cards as debt (with pin number) without ID.Total was 12 dollars. Ive never experienced anywhere that needs ID for using debt and most places you have to show IF your using credit AND you spend a certain amount.We will be taking business else where.

I have been going to this location for a few years regularly now, and as of recently it has been a weekly trip.The staff is absolutely spectacular. Everyone is very polite, friendly, and willing to help. If there are any questions, I always receive an answer, or they will quickly research for an answer. Even requesting items to be held through their Facebook page has worked, they are very quick to respond.The products are also cleaned very well, especially compared to some stores that will sell grimy carts and discs. Though the traditional price sticker is used for more common items, the staff almost always take care to price the more expensive items with care (often using a sticky note instead) as to not harm the product. The store is also well organized, making it easy to find products in a vast sea of selections.As for pricing, for the most part it is cheaper than the common eBay and Amazon prices of the products in question, and most often beats out the prices of other local used game stores (especially the typical Gamestop prices). Buying prices are decent enough as well, and the option to save more store credit for additional visits is a nice bonus.Overall Disc Replay in Mishawaka is the best option for used media stores in the area, and I would highly recommend it to game collectors and movie enthusiasts all around.

Deals are hit and miss...have became more expencive over time but a few years ago this place was the best place to go for used games (we even got an n64 there for a super good price!) But they snowballed down hill now half the time you can buy new games for less then this place used.
