Knowledgeable staff and always happy to help. Its a place for all of us nerds to be ourselves. Only issue and its probably gamestop in general, is that they have stickers on most of their games stating the used price. However more times than not they never actually have the used game. We went through 4 different games yesterday before they had a game in stock. Itd take more effort but they should probably post a sign with the games they actually have that are used.

Can I just say WOW?!?! What an awesome store! Attentive, warm, and funny stuff. My kids and I had so much fun. Luke went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience here. We will never forget it! I hadnt laughed that hard in years. Kudos to the overall store atmosphere. Amazing! We will definitely be coming back!!!!

Sad to see the company is dying. Stock is pretty low and theyre only currently allowing 10 people inside at a time. My wife and I were the only two people there. However, staff is always great.

Went in to cancel a preorder. The sales associate, Victoria, was incredibly polite and helpful. She identified that my pro membership was set to expire, reminded me of the credit on my account set to expire and when I couldnt find anything I wanted to buy with the credit, she called to another store to track down an item I was looking for. Her customer service was above and beyond what Im used to in the retail world these days.

Despite what these kids say, Gamestop is always my number 1 stop for new games. I hate it when people say I hope the company fails. What kind of person wants a company to fail and then make thousands of people lose jobs? They have a good rewards system and the birthday offers are always cool. I just wish the prestige membership wasnt going away.

I usually go in and have good customer service, sometimes not so much, but for the most part good at most stores. This one in particular I had great customer service when I got my wii u. But I just called in and was hung up on and my question was completely tossed aside. Then I was hung up on again. I dont particularly remember the mans name, but it was a little rude.

Didnt have time to check stock of an item when i called ahead. From a company standpoint; you gotta value your customers time, even if your beyond busy. Poor customer service skills at the counter

Staff here has no idea what they are talking about. They literally have almost zero knowledge on things when you ask them. I even pre ordered a few items from this location and two employees kept telling me I was a the wrong location and needed to go to the UP Mall location. Which they where wrong, they don’t even know their own store address. Complete waste of time if your looking for help. Lazy staff only cares about talking to each other and not helping people that spend good money. I will be taking all my company’s business elsewhere. Thanks GameStop for making my decision to shop elsewhere easy.

Asked if they had a new copy of X game. They said yes and gave me the store model with ten thousand greasy fingerprints on the cover and the thing already opened. This is not new. Do you have a sealed one? This is new. What are you talking about? And they proceeded to give me a hard time while I walked out. Im done with Gamestop. Wont buy another thing from them. Amazon or elsewhere for me.

Yesterday my son bought a headset for his Xbox one with his own money. It didnt work right. He read the instructions thoroughly, and even called customer service on his own. So when we returned it today the guy took it back, but pretty much insisted the issue was his controller it plugged into, not the headset. My son wanted to try another model, and the guy all but insisted he shouldnt buy another, but instead go with a more expensive wireless one because the issue was his controller. I told my son, were going, and left. We went down to Target, got another headset, went home, and what-do-you-know, it worked just fine.I dont know if he just didnt want to risk another return to his store, or if he wanted to upsell, or what it was, but I smelled this jerk out. We wont be going back to this store, thats for sure.

They had what I wanted and at a fair price.
