Purchased the 10 x 10 shed. It is comparably built like the 10 x 20 covering (which I own). It is well built and easy to put together. I am hoping it keeps my winter stuff from the garage safe from the winter. I want to add that the associate that helped me was very accommodating and was able to follow through with a request that saved me money and made the purchase an easy one for me. H F is a very good store to get some things at a savings with confidence in the product.

My husband is now not able to go into stores easily therefore I do the shopping for him and often need employees help. Most employees are pleasant and helpful. I have encountered two (at different times) whom were rude and no help at all. On the other hand, I have found other customers to be friendly and very helpful to me.

I buy a lot of tools here. Not just tools, a lot of household items. Love the place.

I like shopping at Harbor Freight. I always take coupons to get freebies if Im going to purchase something anyway. The prices are quite reasonable and there are a wide variety of items. Handicap parking and handicap accessible. Restroom available. Staff is nice and they are very knowledgeable. Actually located in Town n Country Shopping Plaza, lots of parking.

If I’m working on a project and need some weird tool, this is my go-to place.If I need a bunch of pig-tails, shrink wrap, and some sawblades, this is the go-to place.90% of the stuff they sell is quality, but once you’ve been a regular for a while you know to avoid things like solar panels and the dremel style tools.The coupons are the best part for me. It seems the thing I need is always on sale, or they have a 20% off coupon.

Wouldnt honor the harbor freight coupon email from harbor freight because we only take coupons off our website not google and this was from the manger. The entire shopping plaza is ran down, not what it use to be.

This visit I was looking for a compression tool to work on a clutch for my sportster, well little to say I struck out but the manager did take time to listen and watch part of a video that showed the tool that I need. I was thinking with the large tool selection we may have been able to come up with a fix. We struck out.The reason for this post is the manager took time to help me with a good attitude & a Smile. SO A FEW HOURS LATER (NOW SATURDAY MORNING I ORDERED ANOTHER BATTERY. FOR SOME REASON I SAW TO CHECK MY ORDER STATUS AND FOUND THAT BOTH BATTERIES HAD BEEN CHARGED FOR. I STAYED UP TILL THE NEXT MORNING SO I COULC CALL AND, OF COURSE, COULDNT GET THROUGH SO I EMAILED THEM IMMEDIATELY AND GAVE THEM THE ORDER # THAT WAS THE DUPLICATE, REFERRED TO THE PREVIOUS ORDER AND ASKED THEM TO CANCEL THE DUPLICATE.NOPE, OF COURSE, IT DIDNT WORK THAT WAY! I CHECKED THIS EVENING AND, OR COURSE, I HAVE BEEN BILLED FOR BOTH. THE WAY I FEE, TOMORROW I WILL CANCEL BOTH ORDERS THROUGH MY BANK!IF THEIR WEBSITE HAD BEEN WORKING APPROPRIATELY FROM THE BEGINNING THIS WOULDNT HAVE HAPPENED1

If you forget your coupons they will provide you one buy force you to buy a warranty. Thats right they will discount you add a protection plan and when I questioned he told me I am still saving more money than if I purchased without a coupon. I said this doesnt seem right. He said he could charge me the regular price if I didnt want to save money with the warranty because without the warranty and his coupon I would pay more. So check your receipt to see if they discounted you and slipped in a protection plan.

Harbor freight is a really good place to find inexpensive tools and different things that are important for everyday living. pretty good hardware store. sometimes its great because you can find things Siri wont find anywhere else or you can just find things are really good prices and quality isnt always there but for the price its worth it

I have coming to this location since they have opened but after going there recently and talking to the guy who runs the place now I will neaver be back! He is very rude and disrespectful! I even heard him on the phone with another customer and he was extremely condescending to whoever was on the phone.And the employees there used to nice and very polite but now they act and talk to customer with lack of respect and get upset and act like we are bothering them if we need assistance!!! Not surprised the store was almost empty running away all the repeat customers!!!!

I went to buy a small battery charger they told me they had problems with those battery chargers... plug it in before you leave. three of them did not work right out of the box so I didnt buy it. they put them back on the Shelf.But aside from that if youre in a pinch and you need a specially tool they are probably going to have it.

Boyfriend found auger, online through their website, at a good price. Went to the store and it wasnt for that price. Told them about it but the guy just went with the price at store. Left without it, found it online and bought it for the way better price and shipped it to the house. Pay attention to that if you look online and then go to the store to shop.

The prices here are very low and there is a good selection of tools. The quality of the tools is much better than it used to be, and it is a pleasant place to shop. We n particular, the casters Ann wheels are a great deal.

Whenever Im going to Harbor Freight I always make sure I have at least an hour, because its like heading into a toy store for grown ups. This place is great, theyve got a great variety of tools at several price points. If you need an inexpensive tool to beat up for a few dozen projects, theyve got it. If you need a slightly better built tool to last longer and work harder, but still want a fair price, theyve got that too. I always look for tools at Harbor Freight first, because they usually have what I want for a fair price.
