Great place for painting cars. Great job

They do excellent work. It looks like I was never in an accident which is great. The only issue I have is that they dont update you on your vehicle. Mine was there for over a month and only once I was called to get an update. I was the one who would call to get updates

Collision Masters is the best! Cruz was awesome. He kept me updated on my vehicle even sent me pictures to see the work. If you need your car fixed after an accident or even if you just want custom paint work done I definitely recommend collision masters!

From the start to the end of the process Collision Masters Staff were the best option I could of chosen. I had so many questions and they didnt hesitate to answer all of them. My truck was out in a few days which was ideal. I work in the customer service industry and I cannot stress enough how much they Excel in that department. They will continue to have my business.

My daughter accidentally scratched my fiances brand new truck with her bike, and I freaked out. My vehicle was in there shop for months, the receptionist didnt know what she was doing, unaware of the deductibles met and still wanting to charge me. They are fraudulent trying to give me my car unrepaired when they never put in the part that was needed, what a coincidence the part magically arrived the dsy of the shutdown. I called my insurance and no receipts ever submitted for that specific part. I would not ever recommend that facility.

Mary Lou took great care of me and walked me through the entire process from start to finish with a genuine smile on her face the entire time. She and the rest of the staff always went above and beyond what was expected of them to insure I was happy with my vehicle and service. I highly recommend this place!

The owner is very unprofessional and extremely rude. How anybody could vote for such a cocky person is beyond me! I pray that he finds the Lord before it’s too late.

Ive been waiting for over a month for my front bumper to arrive. They ordered the bumper the day after the Thanksgiving Holidays but ordered the wrong one. Have to wait another 2-3 weeks for it to arrive. Great pricing but not so great timing. For the money I saved I could have gone to somebody else to get the job done quicker.

Terrible customer service was lied to on the phone just to arrive & be told that I wouldn’t be able to get my id or debit card from my vehicle after just being on the phone with a heavy set lady in the front desk by the name of Mary I believe, her attitude was just disgusting & as if she just wanted to make everyone’s day worse as if their day isn’t going bad enough wasn’t allowed to get my ID nor Debit card after she told me on the phone that I would be able to get when I arrived, If I could leave a negative rating I would
