THESE GUYS HAVE TOO MUCH WORK TO DO A GOOD JOB. If I could leave no stars I would. These guys screwed me over big time. Had several jobs done on my vehicle. Last job was for spark plugs only to find out a few months later they didnt put new ones in as I was charged for. I went to another mechanic because the problems I was experiencing never resolved. I WASTED time and MONEY for NOTHING. It only took a 15 minute drive of my vehicle for the second mechanic to know what was wrong with it, THE SPARK PLUGS. He took one look at the engine and said these guys didnt even remove the engine cap to expose the back spark plugs, he knew this because the tabs from the dealer were not cut, nor was there indication that the screws had been removed, they were still intact. He removed the spark plugs and revealed that they WERE NOT NEW, but either USED or the SAME. Not only that, my vehicle calls for NO GAP spark plugs, and these guys put gapped spark plugs, ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF POOR INADEQUATE SERVICE. The air intake was not cleaned, ANOTHER indication they did not DO THE WORK I WAS CHARGED FOR. Ive included pictures of their SO CALLED WORK. These pictures are of 3 MONTH OLD BRAND NEW spark plugs. JUDGE FOR YOURSELVES.

Don Lupe is the best.. A little quiet. I have to listen carefully.. Ive gone for inspections for about 9 or 10 years for all my vehicles.. He guided me to places to have work done that they dont there and I was very satisfied..Pinky R.
