DO NOT SHOP HERE! This Boost Mobile is scamming people in the Mission, TX area. They guaranteed that I would be recieving exceptional signal for their 50g hotspot plan, however once home it would not connect to the internet even at full signal strength. Their coolpad hotspot device is a paperweight since it provides ZERO connectivity to the internet. I spent an hour with customer support in an attempt to get some semblance of a signal, yet they could not provide a resolution. I was assured by the customer support agent that Boost has a 100% satisfaction guarantee and that I could go onto the store for a full refund. I went in to the store this morning to explain my situation and they refused to refund the activation fee to a service that DID NOT work. It also seems like they know about this issue and still scam people regardless. Garbage customer service.
