I ordered a game online and it sent me an email when it arrived which was Saturday I go on Monday to get the game and they can’t find it!Now they are making wait if they can find out what happened and they are not giving me a refund until they find out what happened!Don’t buy Anything from this GameStop especially ONLINE!

Be very careful when purchasing items from this location. The guy is rude but thats not even half of it. I went online and saw Nintendo switch fortnite for 299 and it was available at that store. Same day, same hour I went to the store and the guy tells me its 500 but cash only? I said no thanks. Luckily I got it on Amazon for 299.

Great staff, the gentlemen helped me out with 2 games and I even got the warranty/insurance on my game because of the way he brought it up.

The employee Jamie did everything he could to help me during the process of my package being lost with FedEx and did everything he could to aid me. Out of all the Gamestops near McAllen area, I will continue to do business with this store.

This place needs to put in place better fraud controls. I have never been to this location and dont live anywhere close to it but somehow they allowed someone to use my card number to make purchase without verifying or checking for a card. I realize someone stole the card number but if they did some basic verification they would not have been able to use it...

Dear Associate ID: 089648Learn how to talk to people. I dont comprehend how so many people talk to people in a rude manner when they clearly are incapable of defending themslves without a weapon. Keep it up and you will run into someone that lacks self control or is having a bad day and just needs that one button pressed before they snap. I honestly dont see how this conoany is still going. Its not how it used to be. 0/5 should be an option.

Excellent customer service! Ive been coming to this GameStop Store for nearly 7 yrs. Recently, I have been helped by Mr. Marco who is nice, friendly and very knowledgeable. He helps me get the best value for my games and trade-ins. If they dont have a particular game in stock, they will find a way to get it for you. I really recommend this store on Shary plaza.

Find all the games you want

I pre ordered a game from this store. I went with receipt in hand and they tell me that someone cancelled at their store on April 13th. April 13th all gamestops were closed due to covid 19 so how is it possible that someone went in and cancelled my pre order? And the cancellation was done by the same person that took my order. So now the cashier gives me a number to call cause he cant figure it out. But he did suggest for me to buy it at full price. Watch out with these people. Order was taken by a person named Jaime.

This location is my go to store for everything I need when it comes to gaming and I’ve always had excellent service when I come in. Today I went to purchase a gift for a friend and I had a very negative experience with the girl that was cashiering there. She made me feel as if I was bothering her to charge me for my items. I’ve never had any problems with any other employees there until now. The manager is always professional and very nice. He needs to speak to her about her attitude problems though, it makes the store look bad and I would not recommend that my friends go there with a cashier like her. #Attitude problems. Customers should always be a priority.

This Gamestop consistently has the games I cannot find locally at other locations. The reason they get three stars is due to one of the employees, might be the manager, always trying to charge the protection plan even after declining it. Check your receipts, yall!

Awesome service. They are really knowledgeable in sales and ways of saving customers money. Ive pre-ordered some games when they had the street date broken. They were really fast in calling me up and letting me know. Other sites Ive pre-ordered from never bothered to call me to let me know of a games midnight release, best store by far.

Aweful. I would never go to this location. Jaime the employee was not only rude but he just hung up on me for no reason. I called back but they let it ring and ring. If this guy is a manager, I feel bad for the owner. I needed 2 new controls. Thats it. Walmart here i come.

Sure they have pre owned games but if you want to buy a new game that came out years ago you pay full prize ($59.99) while Walmart has them for $39.99 (new) (example) grand theft auto 5.
