So I took my phone to get a new battery since mine would take forever to charge, they go ahead and put the new one and didn’t charge and my phone blacked out and didn’t want to turn on at all took it again and now they said it was a component they fixed it and still doesn’t work now my phone does not want to charge at all now they don’t want to give me refund which is not fair to pay for something that does not work!
