Best place to get mattresses! Saved almost $1000 on a mattress with headboard and footboard from what I would have paid at NFM!

I went in to find a mattress and was pleasantly surprised at the selection. I found what I needed and the customer service was amazing. The salesman even spoke to my great Aunt in Spanish. They not only had what I needed in stock but delivered the next day. More than I can say about most furniture stores and their delay in getting merchandise in. I would definitely go back!

Service and quality are excellent. Not sure what the previous Karens are talking about on here. Got my mattress as expected, no surprise or gimmicks. Excellent. Wil refer friends/family here!

The owner of this store is a horrible, rude, and mean person. I came to town from Lincoln, NE (which is a 3 hour drive) by myself with my dog to go to the Unleashed Pet Rescue Shelter next door. I parked my car in this stores EMPTY parking lot and within 15 minutes they TOWED MY CAR for no reason. When I came out of the Rescue Shelter I nearly had a heart attack because my car was missing. I called the cops and they literally said for everyone to stay away from this horrible man because of his horrible attitude and demeigner towards human kind. I was stuck at the rescue shelter for 2 hours while trying to figure out how to come up with $350 in cash to get my car out. Let me remind you I am a 21 year old girl by myself and 3 hours away from home. Thank God my husband was on his way to come get me. No one should EVER treat a person as cruel and as this man has treated so many people. His store is never busy enough to justify towing peoples cars. Little, insignificant stores like this, should not have the right to tow peoples cars.

I cant comment on the quality of the mattresses because I couldnt get beyond the lack of social skills of the old man that others have mentioned. He is rude and unwelcoming. Even when I spoke with him on the phone later, I said goodbye, have a nice evening and click. There was not even a goodbye from him; he just hung up. He couldnt answer any questions about the mattress and I had a bad feeling about the place. Keep in mind that I have purchased all my mattresses from there previously and had a much better experience but that was 12 and 8 years ago.

Super great to work with. Lots of options for a great price. Im kicking myself for going elsewhere for my king mattress. Definitely will be a repeat customer. They have other things besides beds

I bought 3 mattresses from this place over the last 2 years. Ive spent right around 3k at the store. On the third purchase the mattress was delivered with wear and tear and was dirty. I had pictures to document the problems. I contacted the owner and he said he would refund me $100 or I could return it, but I would have to find a way to get it back to the store and pay for shipping. I told him I would have to think about it. After that, I tried calling the store 4 or 5 times, but no one would answer. I stopped by the store 4 or 5 times and the man working the floor, said only the owner could refund my money. I left my number multiple times for him to call me back and he never did. I finally stopped by and caught him in the store. He reluctantly refunded my money, but was complaining and talking down to me the whole time. He then tossed my credit card back at me after he refunded the money. I would not shop at this store. They dont treat their customers with respect and will just not answer your calls or avoid talking to you if you ever have any problems with your purchase.

I came to find a inexpersive mattress and found so much more. Great little store that has the a good selection of mattress. They are brand new and in the plastic. The one I got was full a lttle smudge but a great price .

Wouldnt recommend to ANYBODY. Expensive, shoddy products, and even the employees are terrible at their job. Some old man yelled at me and told me i couldnt read because i was parked in the parking lot with no customers (obviously i see why their are no customers there) and didnt see a sign. Little did they know i was going to meet family there after a job interview to buy a dresser. I called my family and told them to meet me at a different shop because who wants to interact with some angry old man that yells at customers? Not me.

Terrible employees.Never will shop here. really its just this one old man that i think owns the shop. I see other bad reviews on here talking about him and hes killing his own business by not having any customer service skills or self control when it comes to anger. you may get yelled at coming here so watch out for that guy.

Ive been shopping at Discount Sales Outlet for years and Ive never been disappointed. Always great service and a very good product for the money. Before I came here for a mattress this week, I had shopped at a few other places - they left me feeling like they could care less about my business. Not so with this store - they were as helpful and courteous as always. I got a great mattress at a fantastic price and free delivery as promised the very next day. What can I say. This was a great experience. Good customer service, great prices and prompt delivery. I will definitely recommend this store to my friends and family. A much better experience than Nebraska Furniture Mart. I will definitely return.

Have quite a few different everything for you to choose from prices are fair, but wasnt happy with the 35 dollar delivery fee...most places do it for free!!

I needed a mattress for college...even though they have tons of mattresses to pick from, they ordered me one that was out of stock because I really wanted it. I looked at similar mattress at Nebraska Furniture mart and the mattresses at Discount Sales Outlet were $300 to $800 cheaper!!! Great service and very affordable prices.

We came to this store looking to purchase a mattress for out new daybed and the lady that help us was not very friendly or willing to helps us. We give her the measurement our bed and she keep saying that is standar and that is all she keep saying she also look at us like we dumb. I will never come back to this place.

Recently our family moved to KC, and we needed to purchase 4 sets of beds . We checked out the larger bedding retailers first, there pricing was way more than we were wanting to pay . After a quick internet search we found this place DSO . They had as many sets of various types as the bigger retailers and there prices were a lot closer to what we had in mind . They gave us next day delivery FREE. The guys that delivered knew what they were doing .I Highly recommend checking this local retailer out.

I had a great experience @ DiscountSalesOutlet! I was shopping for a new queen bed and did my research. I visited several mattress stores and the selection, quality and prices COULD BE BET! Lee, the owner, was knowlegable and answered all my questions so I could choose the right mattress. It was delivered yesturday and I slept without waking up with back pain for the first night in years! This is the place to go when your need a great quality mattress.

I was in need of a couch and had planned on shopping at Nebraska Furniture Mart, but wanted to give a local mom/pop shop my business. I Went to Discount Sales Outlet. I found a couch and loveseat for a price that I could afford. The owner Lee was very quick to make a sale. He did not charge me sales tax or delivery charge. I thought I was getting a good deal. The look of the couch and loveseat was what I was looking for. The label said American made and that was appealing to me. I purchased the set in Feb 2012.After getting the couch delivered I sat on the loveseat and felt there was a loose spring. You could hear it and feel it. In March 2012 I called Lee since the upholstery was falling apart. I was unable to speak to Lee directly. I did speak to his office manager Stephanie and she said she would call me back. I never heard from her. I called again and spoke to Stephanie and she said Lee wanted me to take photos of the loveseat to show him how the upholstery was falling apart. I took 15+ digital pictures and sent them via email as requested. Once again I did not hear from Lee as promised. I wanted to take one of the throw pillow to show Lee and I was requested not to do that. Stephanie said a picture would be better. In May 2012, I finally spoke to Lee. He said he would order another couch and loveseat for me and that it would take 6 weeks for delivery and for me to call him after the 3rd week of June. I called on June 28th. I spoke to Linda who is Lees wife and she said she would have Lee call me. Later that afternoon, Linda called me back to say the new couch and loveseat were in his warehouse and would be delivered on June 30th between 10 am - 2 pm. On June 29th, Lee called me and asked what is going on? I responded by saying the new couch and loveseat were to be delivered on June 30th. He then said, ok Glenda, I only made $139.00 profit on your set so I will send you a check for $200 and you keep the couch set. I said no, since the quality of the upholstery was substandard I want a new set or my money back for this furniture. Lee then raised his voice and said, OK my men will pick up your furniture and I will give you your money back as I can’t guarantee this wont happen again and then he hung up on me. The morning of June 30, 2012 his 2 delivery men arrived came into my apartment, handed me a check for $800.00, took my furniture and left. My cell phone rang 5 minutes later and it was Lee. He said my men told me that a dog had chewed the furniture. I will take a look at the furniture mysef and see the damage. Five minutes later Lee called me back screaming at me, saying how dare you take advantage of a small business owner. How dare you take advantage of me by having his men pick up the furniture when your dog had chewed it. I have stopped payment on the check” and then hung up on me.I was frantic as he had my furniture and had stopped payment on the check (I went to his bank and they would not cash it). I drove back to his store. As soon as he knew who I was he started screaming at me calling me a LIAR! He called me a liar 7-8 times and had the look of a very angry man in his eyes. He was slamming his fist on his counter screaming for me to get out of his store. He said you and your friends are not welcome in my store. He then told your couch and loveseat had been dropped off at your apartment. It outside of your apartment. He said “you never signed for my men to pick it up so there is no proof that we did that”? He is a acting like a crazy lunatic with an anger problem.I hope you NEVER set foot in his store. Anything you buy is YOURS....he will not work with you on any level. He will not listen to anything you try to say, he just screams, calls you names and demands you leave his store.He needs to be stopped.

My 86 year old grandmother purchased a dresser for $400.00 and they charged her credit card $1400.00. Fortunately a week later my wife saw the charge slip and went back to the store where they credited her card back the $1000.00 acting as if it was no big deal. Apparently it was the manager of the store that made the mistake. It is hard to believe a manager wouldnt notice such an error.

I bought a mattress here. 260.00 Not the most expensive but looked OK. Took it home - it smelled like dead skunk or oven cleaner. There was no way I could sleep on that much less have it in the main part of house. Kept it in laundry room - never used it. Promptly called this place and was told it was just new. This went on for a few weeks with the smell strong as ever. The mattress was junk made in china Im sure. Probably toxic fumes. They said bring it in for another. I brought it in. The guy working there started yelling at me (Im a grown big boy too) and was acting crazy. I kept calm. He said NO REFUNDS! GET OUT OF MY STORE NOW OR IM CALLING 911!!!!!!) LOL what a nutjob. I tried to calm him down and he kept pacing the floor and just walking out of the store saying get out now! I couldnt believe it. They would not let me get another type of mattress. He wanted to sell me a 1500.00 dollar one. No thanks. He finally gave me a used/showroom one from the back that been collecting dust - hey it didnt smell like skunk. So I took it and it was the worst customer service experience Ive ever encountered. I mean I thought I was going to have to get in a fight with this guy, he was so belligerent.I dont understand why I couldnt get my money back as they said they just ship the things back and get credit. Just because I didnt want to spend another thousand dollars the guy flipped out.I HIGHLY ADVISE NOT TO SHOP HERE! NO RETURNS AND THEY WILL CALL THE COPS IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK. BEWARE!!!! I still cant believe that guy...just insane. shop elswhere you will thank yourself.
