Meat market for raw cuts and ready to eat meat. Rib eye, new york, t-bone, porterhouse, cowbow, and tomahawk are all excellent for grilling and smoking! The marinated fajita is always a crowd favorite at cookouts too. Also available: sauces, cutlery, tortillas, chips, drinks, charcoal, etc.

They have the best meat. Weve tried their cooked cuts, steaks, chicken. Weve also tried their raw meat to do our own BBQ. Either....or, they have the JUCIEST, MOST TENDER, DELICIOUS meat. A little pricey, but still youll keep going back. We do. 😋

I came for the costillas doble carne asadas (which were absolutely delicious) and came out with tamarindos and lots of delicious candies!! Loved it

First few times was great... then they started making the pieces super long and not well cut. But we asked for smaller taco size cut and we got it. Taste is amazing. Chicharromes en salsa Verde is extremely good as well

We always get the mixed packet of fajita, chicken and sausage for work BBQ, or family gatherings! High quality meat, and excellent flavor, and a great price! Def call ahead and order ( I usually call at least a day, more if a holiday). Its worth it!!!

The food is good....the service is ok......but whats the point of ordering an hour ahead of time....and when you go pick up....they havent even started your order.....bad experience

Order first....there was people before and i did wait 30 min......Never Again....not my money.

This meat market is always clean and their products are top quality, but the service from the butcher is the worst, I went yesterday and I ordered my cuts and after it was bagged he just throw it in the counter instead of just placing it on top of the counter. Hope the owner read this and address this issue with employees. I work in the retail industry and the customer service is our number one priority and we do not tolerate this type of conduct from our employees.

Our first time we ordered cooked carne asada for pick up and everything arrived piping hot and excellent. The fajita literally melts in your mouth and the chicken is super juicy and tender. Looking forward to the next time we order.

I visit this meat market quite often for drinks, they offer a wide selection cuts of meat as well as some rarer cuts like the tomahawk steaks. Good place for a quick stock for bbq needs as they have spices, rubs and sauces as well as charcoal both briquettes and mesquite. The customer service is spot on and their butchers are very knowledgeable. They do sell adult beverages and soft drinks. And one of the more surprising aspects of this meat market is that they offer 3 different combo packs of barbecued to order beef and chicken, yes they do offer to cook certain items for you to just call them and pick up your freshly grilled meat/chicken.All and all great place!

This is the best place to get meat, my husband is from McAllen and weve tried every meat market there is when we visit and La Ganadera tops them all. The young gentleman that helped us gave us cooked samples of the chicken to try before we bought. Which I thought was amazing customer service.

We went in there to check out what they had to offer was impressed as you can request your order if not wanting to cook and enjoy family time. And best of all good price for package deal, was impressed very clean and organized.

Be careful how you order if THEY make a mistake they dont own up to it and pretend that its not there fault...i can understand them making this mistake once and me just letting it go but cmon this is the third time this has happened that we order something and they F it up and then they jus say we cant take it back its already done and NOT do anything about it...seriously robbing ppl of their money and its not right that they directly point the finger and say its the customers fault... extextremely bad customer service doesnt help a business grow..lost another customer and never goin to this place again.
