Awesome staff and service! I waited to the last minute to ship on a Saturday and was lucky to find this UPS location. Called before stopping by to confirm store hours and was reassured by a lovely employee that they were open. Upon entering I was greeted and assisted immediately by Clarissa, the same person that I spoke to on the phone. She went above and beyond to help get my package prepped and labeled for shipping. When I thanked her she replied that she was simply doing her job. I commend Clarissa as not many employees in any store have such a high standard for simple customer service. Thanks again Clarissa!

Great service. Doesnt charge you for a little tape. Shipped my ebay and Amazon orders. They have printing copying mailboxes and internet.

Awesome store. Staff is friendly and attentive most of the time, but sometimes you have to wait behind a customer that has no idea what theyre doing and is demanding 10 minutes of time to have the label filled out for them and the pricing explained several times.

I had a bad experance .here is an up date of what has gone on they had contacted me explained the end of the day truck picks up takes pags to main hub to put on plane some where in the mix it was there where the problem was that it did not get sent out on time .i explained on the other end what got messed up they with the closing on my home how that was postponed this could have cost me the sale of the home but it did go thru. They did refund me my shipping fee. It all worked out

Had to return my books and didnt have the boxes taped or labeled.i even had one book that was too big for the boxs so the guy working there helped me package and tape/label tje others and I was in & out of there in less than 10 mins.

Poor customer service! Blue box outside Wal-Mart has more reliable customer service than this waste of space.
