Store and staff dont even deserve a whole star. I am going to be regretting that visit for a while. Visited store to upgrade phone. After wasting about three hours of my day off I did not get anything resolved. Veronica (salesperson) needs to be more proficient in her customer service.From the beginning gave the wrong information. Offer us an amazing promotion that at the end, because of her mistake, turned out to be very expensive.Was not contacted by store personnel to let me know that deal that was offered was not going to be possible. Instead, they waited for me to come back into store, wasted more of my time, just to mess up the reactivation of my old phone and my refund for $137 dollars worth of merchandise.Beware!!! If you visit this store, you will waste a lot of your time. Even though there were two managers and about 5 other bodies on duty while I was there, customers waited a long time to be helped.Definitely non-existent regard for customers time. Definitely not a clue on how to properly do their job. They did not apologize for their incompetence, or most importantly wasting my time.I seriously do not think that they realized that they did something wrong!!Still waiting for my REFUND Verizon store on Reserve!!!

Slow mourning. 1 hour after opened on saturday. Still took over ahour. Then check in guy, whom didnt know as much tried to help. Cuz everyone else disappeared. Check in guy could have helped b4 then. This is a difficult time to be visiting any store, restaurant that requires close interactions. I would recommend making an appointment based on the wait times other customers whowwho hadnt were given. I was greeted immediately at my car and checked in. There were clearly marked waiting areas outside. Obviously they are dealing with a lot of frustrated people, but I received very friendly service and they were able to resolve some weird problems quickly. Autumn was happy and helpful. They had multiple sanitizing options and requested permission before touching anything. In such a strange time, I thought that this store offered not only great customer service but appropriate social distancing measures. It was greatly appreciated.

I had to travel to Missoula due to a family emergency. Two weeks prior to this I pre-ordered a phone (on October 1st, which is specific to my review), and when I realized that I would be in Missoula when my phone was scheduled to be delivered (October 29th), I called customer service/sales to try and get the shipping address changed. Without going into detail, I got nowhere, so I decided to go to a brick and mortar location and talk to someone in person. There is a location two blocks from where I am staying, apparently not a corporate store (and I recommend making sure of this before visiting with specific needs such as mine). After some haggling the rep had to cancel my pre-order and reorder my device with a change of address, which seemed strange for a multi-billion company that runs ENTIRELY on computers. But figuring that things were on track I was satisfied.That was until I went to the Verizon website to check on the status of my order. I was surprised to see that the shipping date had been pushed back by two weeks (and I didnt order an iPhone, so it wasnt something that was going to be in short supply). I again called customer service, and the rep was confused as to why the physical store would need to go through the process that they did. She recommended going to the store and getting one on the date it was being released (October 29th), and I agreed. I looked to see if there was another store, and I found this location, a corporate store. I went in the day prior to release, explained my situation to a rep (unfortunately I didnt get his name), who then checked the shipping inventory for the following day and confirmed that there would indeed be hand sets available for purchase.I showed up first thing the following day, was helped by Joan, who then helped me cancel my pre-order for the SECOND time, and successfully purchase the phone that day, all within 20 minutes or so. She was INCREDIBLY helpful and friendly, something I dont find in abundance in St. Louis...Most people dread having to go to a store, pick a phone, buy it, activate it, etc. Fortunately I knew what I wanted and have had enough technical experience to do the activation myself. Considering the botched handling of a simple change of shipping address (again, inexcusable for a company like Verizon to claim that they couldnt do) I could NOT be happier with my experience that day, especially when I returned my old device later that day and was told that my trade in literally cut the cost of my new phone in half.If you want an incredible customer experience, I highly recommend asking for Joan. You will not be disappointed.Highly recommended.

Definitely much better than the mall store. Super fast service, however I did purchase a screen protector for my note 8 but it didnt stay on for more than 5 minutes. I guess well see if theyre willing to refund my $45...Edit: Changing from a 4 star to 3 due to the fact that I paid as much as I did for the screen protector and the staff would not refund my money. They did swap out the screen protector but its such a crappy design that one only lasted about a day before it fell off. Corporate greed runs these types of businesses.

Im very upset after visiting the north reserve Verizon wireless. When we got there the staff was very helpful asking us what we needed and letting us know there would be a thirty minute wait. That was understandable so we walked around and looked at things. Soon our thirty minute wait turned into an hour wait and then when I noticed that people who had gotten there after us were being helped out, it had been two hours since we were told that we had a thirty minute wait. I am not happy with sitting there for two hours for service and will not be going back.

I went in because my old phone was no longer charging.The general manager, Nicole helped me get all my contacts over to the new phone before it died, even with a bad connection. She also explained the different plans thoroughly and showed the price differences between them with no hidden fees or long term contracts. Nicole sold me a screen protector at a discounted price and a lifetime warranty! It was pretty busy in the store but she started helping me just a few minutes after being put on the wait list. Great service!

Absolutely amazing service, the manager didnt know the exact answer to my question, so he brought a gal from tech out. Rose, was so far beyond helpful, Im at a loss for words. Not only does she know the products, she is able to, very accurately, match me to the best phone. I have to say, that is not an easy task. Even though we were on a trip, from Oregon to Eastern Montana I will continue to do business with her, and the reserve north Verizon store. By the way, we are a $650 a mo acct, and have been for about 7yrs, had it not been for her, we wouldnt be with Verizon any longer.

Sales people spend way too long with each customer trying to sell them things they dont need.NEVER buy any accessories here as they are significantly more expensive than anywhere else. For example, they wanted $40 for a case when the same one on Amazon or at Walmart was $10.99.Also nearly impossible to speak with anyone here about the functionality of each device.If you just need a new Sim card they still make you wait forever. Its much easier to order one online, or pick one up at an authorized reseller.Ever since the store was on S. Reserve they have had serious customer service problems.

The service here was slow and not very helpful, however, they did get us what we needed in the end. My wife was looking into getting a Motorola G7 and the associate didnt have much knowledge on its stats. She kept referring back to the phones to find specifications and did not know main details about the phone. I was let down that she didnt know if the phone offered wireless charging or whether it had room for external storage. When going into a store such as Verizon, I expect their associates to be well versed in the 10-15 phones that they offer in the store. I should not have had to look up details online to find basic answers to questions.

This is one of the worst experiences that I have ever had at a retail store. Customer Service was rude and the manager Stephanie who works there was incredibly unhelpful.I bought a phone a few days from visiting the store which was a Nokia Windows 8 phone. The phone stopped working completely after a few days of receiving the phone. I went back to the store so I could return the phone and get a new one. The customer service rep told me I had to pay Verizon $35.00 in order to restock the defective phone that they gave me. This did not make sense because why should I pay Verizon $35.00 to return a defective phone that they gave me. I ended up talking to the manager and she said there is Absolutely nothing she could do in order to void that fee talking to me in a very rude demeanor.After getting a new phone and paying the $35.00 dollars that I did not have, I ended up calling the 1800 number to talk to a Verizon Wireless rep to see if they would refund the $35.00. The Verizon Wireless rep on the phone was incredibly helpful and nice. He told me that the store should of refunded the money without question since they gave me a defective phone. As a result, I got my $35.00 refunded and waisted about an hour of my life. Thanks Verizon Wireless! Ill make sure to switch over to AT&T once my contract is up.

I just stood by a display waiting to buy an $800 phone for several minutes and didnt get helped. I walked right up to two employees standing at a podium talking to each other and waited for them to finish but they kept going on and on and on. So I went back to the display of the phone I wanted and waited for another ten minutes but never go helped so I left. The two stars is for good service I received from previous visits. Whatever employees were working on 3/17/17 didnt help me at all. Didnt even greet me.

So, my wife and I have Verizon as our carrier. I am satisfied with the over all company since I have been with them. I use to work for Verizon a few years back and man has a lot changed. I worked for them when the Android software first came out. I really did love working for this company with how good they treated you. I must say I think the operation of picking plans and equipment has really improved, and more organized. Keep up the good work in that department Verizon! Now, about the store. So, my wife and I have been here to get upgrades and to take care of some technical stuff, and I have been impressed every single time when we got worked on. The employees are very helpful, professional, and polite! They took care of us, made sure every need was met, and answered all our questions to the best of their ability. They also did not harass us into purchasing product we did not want. Thank you! I have worked retail over thirteen years, and to build a good customer-employee relationship you put the options on the table for the customer and let them decide. You dont pressure and make them feel uncomfortable. Dont be a salesman be a friend. Everyone who walks through those doors are important to the company from sales to customer service to quick transactions. That is what this store does, so appreciative! I recommend this Verizon store to anyone going with this carrier. Keep up the good work!

I had a great experience in this store! Ive never actually been able to say that about any phone store experience. I was helped immediately by Phil Amos and he solved all my problems politely and efficiently. I often have trouble catching on to all this new technology, but Mr. Amos was able to explain things so that I understood it all...the first time. I walked out of the store with the mobile upgrade phone I wanted, along with a tablet and wireless home phone device. It was like Christmas, just a few weeks early. Thanks, Phil. You wowed me!

The person I delt with today was great to talk to and didnt feel pressured into updating my plan and buy anything. The sales persons name was Joan from the Reserve Street Verizon and when I asked questions if Joan wasnt sure she asked her manager I think her name was Jenn not sure for help answer my questions. Then I came home and talked to my wife and went back and bought a hum and updated my Verizon data plan.

I had an unpleasant experience in my last visit with the folks at this store. Its apparent they value their administrative fees and performance metrics much more than their customers experience. After being procured the wrong device, I was forced to return to the store, be told I was wrong, and pay an additional fee to be procured the device I actually wanted (which was also more expensive). I couldnt have imagined a more souring experience

Terrible place. Made us wait 30 minutes then when I asked for an update told us it would be another 15 minutes. And there were only 6 customers in the whole store. Lady working was sick, coughed all over our new phone while she set it up. Went home and wiped down our new phone, gross. I wont be back!

Update: After three calls to Verizon customer support and having been told that I was eligible for the BOGO all three times I have still not received the credit. I was told that I didnt receive the credit the last time because the form was not filled out correctly by the last representative I spoke with.While I appreciate the owner responding to my review it appears that any action they pretended to take didnt help. The fact remains that this store gave us the wrong promotional credit from the beginning which caused this entire problem. Dont buy anything here.About 2 years ago I was visiting Missoula and tried to buy two Pixel XLs from this store. The salesperson brought out two phones that looked too small and I asked her if she was certain that they were Pixel XLs. She said they were. In hindsight I should have walked over to the display and compared sizes but I took her word for it. After I found out they were actually Pixels I was angry and would have exchanged the phones but I didnt want to have to transfer my data again. So I just lived with it.In December 2018 I was again visiting Missoula and again decided to upgrade my phones at this same store since I assumed my earlier incident was a fluke. This time I tried to take advantage of the buy-one-get-one-free Pixel 3 event. A month later I noticed I was being charged for the free phone. I called Verizon customer support. They contacted the store and said that I should see the credit take effect by my March statement. It is now April and I am still being charged for both phones.Normally the customer service at this store is good and the staff is friendly but this level of incompetence has guaranteed that I will never, under any but the most desperate of circumstances, buy anything from them again. Do yourself a favor and go to a store with honest/competent staff members.

My “life proof” case started falling apart after just a few months of having it, and the rude manager told me there is no way it’s a manufacture defect but wear and tear caused by the user placing the blame on my for their faulty products like I spend my time throwing my phone around or something. That seems to be their answer to all the warranty issues these days is it your fault not ours I don’t care what else you have to say. Not impressed with the “solutions managers” solutions to my problem to say the least.
